Job Description: Business Intelligence Manager
Position Summary
The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and operational excellence of enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled insights. This role oversees BI platforms, data visualization, and analytical solutions—including the responsible application of AI and advanced analytics—to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The BI Manager partners with business leaders, data engineering, AI governance, and security teams to ensure insights are accurate, explainable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise BI and analytics strategy, including AI-enabled insights, aligned to business objectives and data governance standards

Platforms & Technology

- Define standards for dashboard design, AI explainability, usability, accessibility, and performance

Stakeholder Engagement & Value Realization

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
- 7–10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data platforms
- 3+ years of experience leading BI or analytics teams
- Strong expertise in BI platforms (Power BI preferred) and enterprise data architectures
- Demonstrated understanding of AI-assisted analytics and advanced analytical techniques
- Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles
Preferred Qualifications

- Own P&L reporting and analysis for assigned product lines, business units, or functional cost centers

About the Role
We're building the infrastructure that lets companies actually activate their data, not just store it. As the first Account Executive selling into India you'll help define how we bring Hightouch to a region where data infrastructure is evolving fast, and enterprises are hungry for modern solutions.
You'll be building a pipeline from scratch, running full sales cycles with enterprise accounts, and testing what resonates in APAC markets. You'll work directly with founders to shape our regional go-to-market strategy, influence product priorities based on what you're hearing in the field, and close deals that move the needle. This isn't about executing someone else's playbook—it's about writing it.
We're looking for an AE who's as comfortable running outbound campaigns as they are running executive-level discovery calls. You'll build relationships with data leaders, marketing executives, and technical buyers. You'll also partner closely with our product and customer success teams to ensure what we're selling actually solves real problems.
What this looks like:
- Building and owning your pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and partner relationships
- Running enterprise sales cycles from first touch to close—discovery, technical demos, negotiation, and everything in between
- Testing messaging and positioning specific to APAC markets, then feeding insights back to refine our global strategy
- Collaborating with product and engineering to represent customer needs and influence our roadmap
- Establishing Hightouch's presence in the region—finding early design partners, building case studies, and creating momentum

About The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will become the bridge between Hightouch and our largest Fortune 5000 customers. You will oversee the entire customer journey starting from kick-off to onboarding to continued customer success and finally, increased adoption. You are a product expert and will leverage your knowledge to ensure our Enterprise customers understand and utilize the Hightouch platform to its fullest extent and beyond.
In this role, you strive to understand customer requirements and issues at the molecular level. - You will be part of a team that will work closely with Sales to strategize on how to increase the adoption of Hightouch within large organizations
- From a technical perspective, your primary responsibilities will be to deliver a timely and organized onboarding for customers through effective project management, ensure customers see the full value in Hightouch’s products, and advise on technical best practices

Smartsheet is establishing a new Enterprise Insights & Intelligence team to centralize ownership of corporate metrics, analytics governance, and self-serve data enablement. This is a foundational hire — you will help build this function from the ground up, with direct visibility to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how the entire organisation consumes and trusts its data.
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer who can operate across three strategic pillars: automating and governing corporate executive reporting, standardising metrics and reporting practices at scale, and enabling self-serve and AI-powered data solutions. Day to day, this means you could be building an automated executive scorecard, codifying metric definitions into a governed semantic layer, standing up an AI agent that lets business users query trusted data in natural language, or leading enablement sessions on our analytics platforms. The thread connecting all of it is ensuring that Smartsheet's data is trusted, consistent, accessible, and ready for both human and AI consumption.
This is not a traditional reporting or data science role. You will work across dbt, MetricFlow, Snowflake, and Databricks to build the governed data layer that underpins everything — from board-level scorecards to LLM-powered insights to self-serve dashboards.
You Will
- Design, build, and maintain governed metric models — standardised, reusable definitions of business KPIs that dashboards, reports, and AI agents all query from a single source of truth
- Own the automation and maintenance of corporate scorecards and executive reporting (SLT/XLT), ensuring trusted, timely data with AI-powered anomaly detection and alerting
- Conduct deep dives on key KPIs and company goals, surfacing actionable insights and translating short- and long-term business priorities into data-driven recommendations shared via reviews and async updates
- Lead metric certification and governance — maintain a centralised KPI glossary, standardise dashboards, and retire stale reporting assets
- Build AI agent integrations (MCP servers, skills, subagents) that allow tools like Claude and Snowflake Cortex to query enterprise data through the semantic layer with metric-correct SQL
- Drive self-serve analytics enablement — documentation, training, dashboard quality checks, and experimentation governance across Amplitude, Tableau, and other platforms
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Customer Success to align metric definitions and data sources cross-functionally
- Translate qualitative UX signals and customer feedback into measurable data pipelines
You Have
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role
- Experience with KPI design and insight generation — ability to define meaningful metrics, analyse trends, identify anomalies, and communicate findings that drive business decisions
- Familiarity with dbt (dbt Core or dbt Cloud) and concepts like YAML-based metric definitions and reusable data models; hands-on experience is a plus but not required
- Deep SQL expertise with experience working in cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and/or Databricks
- Experience building semantic layers, governed data models, or canonical metric definitions for downstream consumption
- Working familiarity with AI/LLM tooling — concepts such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), agentic frameworks, or tool-use patterns for large language models
- Proficiency with one or more BI/visualisation tools (Tableau, Amplitude, or similar)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and excellent async communication across time zones (IST / US Pacific overlap expected)
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable building new processes and standards in a greenfield environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI agent skills, subagents, or MCP server integrations for LLMs

Broadly, the role will focus on designing, building, and governing secure, scalable APIs and integrations between our core business platforms and third‑party systems (e.g., ERP, HCM, CRM, data platforms), while mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the organization. In addition, this role will help us embed AI capabilities (LLMs, Claude, decisioning services, intelligent workflows) into APIs and business processes to improve reliability, productivity, and insight.
You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, application owners, security, data, and IT teams to define API‑first, AI‑aware integration patterns and standards that deliver robust, secure, real‑time and batch integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, messaging, file‑based interfaces, and AI services.
This role will primarily leverage MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (or similar iPaaS) for API‑led connectivity and sits within the Enterprise Integrations & Intelligent Automations team as a key technical authority.
What you'll do
- Own the API and integration architecture and strategy for assigned domains, defining API‑led patterns (Experience, Process, and System APIs), reference architectures, and standards for how systems integrate across the enterprise.
- Design, build, and evolve RESTful APIs that expose well‑designed resources and operations to internal and external consumers, with clear contracts, documentation, and SLAs.
- Lead implementation of integrations between SaaS and on‑prem applications (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, Snowflake, ServiceNow), Finance, HR, Security, and GTM platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and observable.
- Create data integration strategies for high volumes of data in transit, optimizing for performance, reliability, and cost (e.g., streaming vs. batch, push vs. pull APIs, caching, backoff strategies).
- Define and enforce API governance, including:
- Provide technical leadership to integration and API engineers, including solutioning, design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring of junior and contract engineers.
- Implement and manage REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and messaging interfaces from conceptual design through development, performance testing, deployment, and lifecycle management via an API gateway or iPaaS (e.g., MuleSoft Anypoint Platform).
- Architect robust data integrations for both real‑time and scheduled (batch) workloads using APIs, messaging, sFTP, and file‑based exchanges (JSON, XML, CSV), with well‑defined contracts, SLAs, and monitoring.
- Define non‑functional requirements (NFRs) and SLAs for APIs and integrations—availability, latency, throughput, error budgets, RTO/RPO—and ensure designs and implementations meet or exceed them.
- Drive observability and reliability for APIs and integrations by standardizing logging, tracing, metrics, dashboards, and alerting, and by creating operational runbooks for incident response and post‑incident reviews.
AI & Intelligent Automation Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize AI opportunities within API and integration flows (e.g., data enrichment, anomaly detection, routing, summarization, classification, intent extraction).
- Define safe and governed AI usage within APIs and integrations, including:
- Clear input/output contracts for AI services
- Guardrails (prompt design, validation, constraints)
- Handling of sensitive data (PII/financial/HR data) in prompts and responses
- Monitoring for model performance and drift in production.
- Integrate with AI platforms and services (internal or external), including model APIs, vector stores, and feature stores, using strong API design and security practices.
Stakeholder, Security, and Platform Responsibilities
- Partner with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure integrations, APIs, and AI services meet security, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX‑sensitive data flows, access control, encryption, audit trails).
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for new API, integration, and AI‑automation initiatives, working with product managers, application owners, and business stakeholders to shape requirements and translate them into well‑defined technical designs.
- Own vendor and platform technical relationships for integration technologies and key SaaS systems; understand vendor APIs and change roadmaps, anticipate the impact of deprecations, and coordinate upgrades and migrations.
- Oversee CI/CD practices for APIs, integrations, and AI services, including branching and release strategies, automated testing (unit, integration, regression), and environment configuration management for Dev/QA/UAT/Prod.
- Champion reuse and standardization by building and curating shared assets such as:
- Generic APIs (e.g., email, JIRA, logging, AI utility services)
- Common connectors and API client libraries
- Templates and integration catalogs
and ensuring they are adopted broadly. - Participate in and improve KTLO/on‑call rotations for critical APIs, integrations, and AI services, using incident data to drive structural improvements, technical debt reduction, and increased reliability.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences, producing architecture diagrams, decision records, and documentation that make complex API, integration, and AI solutions easy to understand, operate, and evolve.

What will you do every day?
We are looking for a Software Architect to join our Engineering team. Suki's architecture practice is at an inflection point. We have sustained significant CCU growth, completed a demanding OLTP Database scaling journey, leveraged Redis Streams based service orchestration, deployed self-hosted ML models, built agent-driven workflows, launched an Offline Data Platform, and maintained a client surface spanning iOS, Android, Web, SDKs, and a Chrome extension — with on-device ML capabilities across all of them.
The Architect is the person who holds institutional memory and architectural coherence across this surface area — so that decisions made in isolation don't quietly contradict each other, patterns are reused rather than reinvented, and deviations from established patterns are documented, not silently absorbed. The work ahead includes enhanced agentic capabilities, continued multi-region expansion, investments on stream-based/offline data processing, and a growing ML inference footprint.
On a day to day basis, you will:
- Maintain architectural coherence across a complex and wide surface area.
- Own the load-bearing substrate through future growth and failure scenarios. The system must survive several multiples of current enterprise scale and every class of infrastructure event we can name.
- Drive the structural decomposition of platform and domain boundaries, service boundaries across the microservice portfolio, agentic framework direction, auth and access-control architecture, and cross-cutting concerns like observability and rate limiting.
- Bridge AI research and production infrastructure. Translate LLM and model requirements into efficient, production-grade services. Lead the agentic framework direction — memory architectures, tool orchestration, A2A patterns, semantic caching. Operate a GPU fleet at high duty cycle and understand dynamic batching, cross-session batching tradeoffs, and HPA calibration for GPU workloads.
- Document architectural patterns and deviations. Write Architectural Design Records, RFCs, and breaking-points documents that stand alone for readers unfamiliar with the context. Document deviations from established patterns with their reasons — not as failures, but as data points.
- Remain hands-on — stay connected to the craft, read and write code. Prototype new architectures. Review pull requests for patterns that matter. Implement the hard parts of a new pattern yourself when it matters. Lead resolution of the most critical incidents.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering organization. Act as a technical multiplier for senior engineers across backend, data, and ML disciplines. Hold a room, defend a position under pushback without collapsing into agreement, and adjust register for engineering vs. product vs. leadership audiences. Foster a culture of deep technical understanding, not just pattern-matching.
- Represent Suki’s architecture and engineering both in internal and external forums through technical blogs, conferences and meetups
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent production experience
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record operating at an Architect, Staff, or Principal level
- Expert-level proficiency in Go or Python, with the ability to lead architectural decisions and remain hands-on in code
- Production ownership of a real-time streaming system (Redis Streams, Kafka, Pulsar, or equivalent) at scale — including personal pager experience and a specific debugging story for a duplicate-processing or lost-message bug
- Experience operating multi-TB storage systems with active OLTP traffic
- Hands-on experience with offline/batch architectures: Airflow or equivalent orchestration, columnar formats (Iceberg, Delta, or Hudi), and warehouse-scale query engines (BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift)
- Experience designing and operating GPU inference infrastructure at scale, including dynamic batching, Triton/TensorRT, and HPA calibration for GPU workloads — or equivalent ML inference platform depth
- Experience integrating and scaling systems using LLM APIs or foundation models, with opinions about agent framework design, memory architectures, and tool orchestration
- Demonstrated experience navigating product-vs-platform decomposition in a real organization — including having been wrong, and articulating what the reversing signal was
- Proven ability to reason about client-side implications of backend decisions across native mobile, web, SDK, and browser extension surfaces
- Familiarity with healthcare-adjacent regulation (HIPAA, PIPEDA, PHIPA, SOC2, or HITRUST) as a design constraint, not just a compliance requirement, will be a strong plus
- Strong experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, and Protocol Buffers; multi-region architecture and data residency design will be a strong plus

About This Role
Manifest Global operates four brands across 50+ countries, generating data across thousands of schools, hundreds of thousands of students, and 1,000+ university partners. Counselor behaviour, student application journeys, university conversion rates, placement outcomes, attribution revenue - it's all there. The data exists. The question is whether the infrastructure around it is good enough to make it useful.
Right now, the data platform works. Pipelines run, the warehouse holds data, the BI layer surfaces reports. But Manifest is growing - new brands, new markets, new activation use cases - and the infrastructure needs to scale with it. There are pipelines that need to be more reliable. Transformation logic that needs to be cleaner. Warehouse design that needs to handle more volume without degrading performance. And an activation layer - reverse ETL, operational analytics, data flowing into the tools the business actually uses - that is still being built.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own significant parts of the data platform end to end - ingestion, transformation, warehouse, activation - and you will be one of the people who determines whether Manifest's data infrastructure is a genuine competitive advantage or a persistent constraint. You will work closely with Principal Engineers, Product, and business stakeholders across all four brands, and you will be expected to operate with the ownership and judgment of someone who has built production-grade data systems before.
What makes this role different: Manifest has real data - cross-brand, multi-geography, commercially significant data. The stack is modern: Snowflake, dbt, Hevo, Airtable, Metabase. The problems are real. And when the data infrastructure surfaces the right insight, it changes a decision that affects real students and real institutions.
AI is central to how we build: This isn't just a data engineering role - it is a role where you will actively design and build AI infrastructure that accelerates the team's own development velocity. We use Snowflake Cortex AI with Claude in our daily engineering workflow - for debugging, RCA, query optimisation, and pipeline analysis. We have already cut root cause analysis time. The next step is embedding AI deeper: automated ticket handling, intelligent monitoring, and AI-assisted development tooling that lets the team move faster without sacrificing reliability.
What You Will Own
1. AI Infrastructure for Data Engineering
- Design and build AI-assisted development tooling - LLM-powered code generation for dbt models, SQL transformations, and pipeline scaffolding that dramatically reduces time-to-production for new data assets
- Build intelligent data quality and anomaly detection systems - AI-driven monitoring that learns normal patterns across pipelines and surfaces anomalies before they propagate downstream, replacing manual threshold-based alerting
- Implement AI-augmented data cataloguing and lineage - automated documentation generation, schema understanding, and semantic tagging so engineers spend less time writing docs and more time building
- Develop AI-powered pipeline debugging and root cause analysis - tooling that diagnoses failures, traces impact through the DAG, and proposes fixes rather than requiring engineers to trace failures manually
- Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports AI features - vector stores, embedding pipelines, retrieval layers, and model serving infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across Cialfo, BridgeU, and Explore
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI developer tools - stay ahead of how AI tooling (Claude, Cortex AI, GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs) can be embedded into the team's workflow to shorten feedback loops and accelerate feature delivery
2. Data Warehouse Design, Cost & Maintenance
- Own significant portions of the Snowflake data warehouse - schema design, performance optimisation, and the integrity of the data models that the rest of the stack depends on
- Apply strong data warehousing methodologies: dimensional modelling, layered transformation logic, clear separation between raw, staged, and served layers
- Design and build cross-brand data primitives - shared, canonical data layers for K12, Student, University, and Application data that work consistently across Cialfo, BridgeU, and Kaaiser. This is active work and a critical foundation for the multi-brand data platform
- Own Snowflake cost optimisation - monitor warehouse spend, identify high-cost queries and sync jobs, right-size warehouse configurations, and drive measurable reductions in monthly compute spend.
- Ensure the warehouse handles increasing data volumes from across all four brands without degrading query performance or downstream reliability
3. ETL/ELT Pipelines, Scheduling & Transformation Logic
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines - ingestion via Hevo or similar, transformation via dbt, SQL-based logic that is clean, documented, and maintainable
- Design and manage Snowflake Task DAGs - build and maintain dependency-chained task graphs for ingestion, LLM processing, and sync workflows. Understand how to structure root tasks, child tasks, CRON scheduling, warehouse assignment, and failure isolation so pipelines don't cascade-fail
- Own Airtable as an operational data layer - manage Snowflake-to-Airtable and Airtable-to-Snowflake sync workflows, including the
SNOWFLAKE_TO_AIRTABLE_TABLELISTsync config, upsert logic, incremental filters, and sync cost optimisation. Airtable is both a key data source and a reporting destination across brands - Build and own reverse ETL workflows that activate warehouse data into operational tools - getting the right data into the hands of the teams that need it, not just into dashboards
- Take full ownership of pipeline failures: root cause identification, fix, downstream impact analysis, and prevention - not just resolution
4. Data Quality & Reliability
- Define and enforce data quality standards across datasets you own - automated validations, delta checks, row counts, time-based monitoring
- Build monitoring and alerting that surfaces problems before they reach the business
- Document data lineage, transformation assumptions, and technical decisions so the platform is understandable and maintainable as the team grows
5. BI Platform & Reporting
- Maintain and enhance the existing BI layer - Metabase and build reporting interfaces that non-technical stakeholders can actually use
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions
- Communicate clearly across all four brands - be the person who can explain a data problem in business terms and a business problem in data terms
What Success Looks Like
You'll start by building a complete picture of the current state - which pipelines are fragile, where data quality is inconsistent, what the highest-impact improvements look like, and where activation use cases aren't yet built. You will have a point of view on where to move first.
From there, the infrastructure will be measurably more reliable. Pipelines that were breaking will run consistently. Data quality issues will be caught early or prevented entirely. The BI layer will be getting used - not just maintained.
Over time, the data platform will be something the business genuinely relies on - fast enough to support the pace of growth, reliable enough that data consumers trust what they are looking at, and built in a way that the next engineer who joins can understand and extend without starting from scratch.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support in the continued development of WPP’s client operations analytics team, using business intelligence tools and visualisations to share with WPP HQ and the wider WPP network.

Reporting into the Director of Data Operations, this role will work in several capacities including analysing data, creating technical solutions, assessing business issues, rolling out a software solution and building internal client relationships. About the role
We are seeking an accomplished Data Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Tech Ops division. With significant projected growth, this is an opportunity to drive meaningful technical impact. THE ROLE

- Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect (CCW/CCB), EIBs, and RaaS.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations across HR, Legal, and other internal service platforms (including Workday, ServiceNow, ERPs, payroll/benefits vendors, finance systems, identity management, and case management tools) leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and JSON.
- Own the integration lifecycle end to end: gather and refine requirements, design technical solutions, develop and deploy integrations, configure appropriate Workday security, and provide ongoing support for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Ensure integration reliability, performance, and data quality by proactively monitoring jobs, troubleshooting failures, resolving data discrepancies, and optimizing integration patterns, reports, and complex calculated fields.
- Maintain strong controls and documentation by creating clear technical specifications, process flows, test scripts, and runbooks, and by supporting SOX, audit, and GDPR‑related evidence requests.

THE ROLE

The Auth0 Data Engineering Team
Within Auth0, the Data Engineering team builds solutions to support analytics needs for the whole organization and is in charge of the Data Platform. It is divided into 3 groups:
- Pipeline team, sitting closer to the Platform team and data producers and in charge of the efficient data ingestion and provision of quick access to unmodeled data
- Warehouse team sitting closer to the business teams and data consumers and in charge of modeling the data in the data warehouse to abstract away the complexity for data consumers, simplifying the organization’s analysis, reporting and decision-making
- Interface team responsible for creating and managing connections between the data platform and various external systems (internal or external facing), making sure everyone has access to consistent and reliable data
The Senior Data Engineer Opportunity
Reporting to the manager of the Data Engineering Pipeline team, the senior data engineer will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our core data platform. This role is crucial, providing the stable data foundation that not only 'runs the business' day-to-day but also directly empowers the organization to unlock growth and build innovative new products. We are looking for an autonomous and proactive engineer who can take ownership of our data ingestion pipelines, work closely with platform teams and data producers, and onboard new data from various internal and external systems. You will be part of a team creating robust, scalable data solutions using a modern, best-in-class toolset.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and operate our critical data pipelines and infrastructure, participating in the team's support rotation to ensure high availability and business continuity.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to fix complex pipeline or infrastructure issues, demonstrating a willingness to go beyond the direct scope of the team to find resolutions.
- Manage the data onboarding lifecycle, working with stakeholders to integrate new internal and external data sources into our platform using our suite of tools.
- Develop and deploy robust, scalable data solutions using modern tools and technologies like Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Terraform.
- Continuously learn and advocate for modern technologies and best practices to improve data delivery and engineering efficiency.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years working on large-scale data systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and Python for data pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience building and operating data pipelines in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with the modern data stack, specifically:
- Data Warehousing: Snowflake
- Data Transformation: dbt
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
- Experience with data ingestion, streaming, and event-driven architecture (e.g., Kafka, CDC, Snowpipe).
- Knowledge of data security and data privacy best practices
- A strong understanding of data modeling principles
- data security best practices.
- A highly autonomous and proactive mindset. You are a quick learner who can self-motivate, prioritize needs, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
And extra credit if you have experience in any of the following!
- Experience with Snowpark.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes is a nice to have).
- Familiarity with the Identity Access & Management (IAM) domain.
- Experience building developer-friendly, API-driven applications using REST and/or gRPC.
