Job Summary
As a Business Process Transformation leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing business processes through process reengineering, digital/ automation solutions and innovation. Your focus will be on streamlining operations, improving workflows, and leveraging Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies along with Change management to identify and transformation process reengineering & technology to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Transformation Initiatives:
- Develop and execute strategic transformation initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

- Identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
- Develop strategies to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and enhance productivity using combination of process re-engineering & digital/automation solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with executives, department heads, and teams to align transformation efforts with business objectives.
- Influence decision-makers by presenting logical solutions backed by data driven discovery and decision making on approaches & prioritization & plan to optimize identified processes and demonstrating the value of optimization.
- Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Manage partnership between Technology and Operations for optimization solution discovery, implementation, deployment and digital operations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide timely solutions.
- Deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and technologies.
- Measure, benchmark and publish effectivity of deployed solutions and drive on continuous improvement.
- Establish and oversee process to work with operations and finance team to identify planned vs actual savings (post solution deployment) and realize/release/re-deploy the locked up operational budgets.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in business or engineering
- Certifications: Certifications such as PMP, LEAN, Six Sigma, Change Management, Project Management, Finance - P&L Mgmt.
- Experience: Proven experience in business process transformation, automation, P&L management and change management.
- Technology: Understanding & experience with leveraging digital & automation solutions for process transformation with experience in SNOW ITOM a nice to have.

Job Description: Business Intelligence Manager
Position Summary
The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and operational excellence of enterprise analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled insights. This role oversees BI platforms, data visualization, and analytical solutions—including the responsible application of AI and advanced analytics—to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The BI Manager partners with business leaders, data engineering, AI governance, and security teams to ensure insights are accurate, explainable, secure, and aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise BI and analytics strategy, including AI-enabled insights, aligned to business objectives and data governance standards

About the role and what you'll be doing:
The End User Support technician will be responsible for provide support for users of computers and software systems. They provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance. They also answer on-the-spot inquiries from users. Desktop support engineers may provide general training for applications and hardware as well. A key element in this role is having in-depth knowledge of computer systems and common issues to promptly address all user concerns. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing clear technical support and swiftly resolving desktop issues.

Job Summary
The Network Carrier Provisioning Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of wide area network (WAN) carrier services supporting Ensono’s internal infrastructure and customer environments. This role ensures reliable, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of global network connectivity services by coordinating with carrier vendors, internal network architects, project managers, sales teams, and customers.
The position plays a critical operational and strategic role in maintaining service continuity, enabling new business, supporting customer growth, and strengthening Ensono’s global carrier relationships. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge of modern WAN services with strong organizational, communication, and vendor‑management capabilities.
Job Role
- Ensure successful and disruption‑free delivery of all WAN connectivity services
- Maintain accurate visibility into Ensono’s global carrier inventory
- Strengthen carrier performance, accountability, and relationships

Job Responsibilities
WAN Provisioning & Lifecycle Management
- Own the complete lifecycle of WAN circuits, including ordering, provisioning, implementation, changes, and disconnections for internal and external customers.
- Track and manage all carrier orders to ensure milestones, due dates, and service levels are met.
- Coordinate disconnects and service changes to ensure zero unintended impact to remaining services.
- Identify provisioning risks, delays, or technical constraints early and drive resolution with carriers and internal teams.
- Validate circuit delivery against design requirements and hand off services for operational readiness.
Carrier Vendor Management
- Act as a primary operational interface with global WAN carrier vendors.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate service ordering, proper demarcation, and timely installation.
- Support Ensono management in maintaining strong carrier relationships, including participation in recurring vendor meetings.
- Escalate chronic service issues, performance gaps, or delivery risks and track them through resolution.
- Maintain current documentation of carrier contacts, escalation paths, and contractual considerations.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Communicate clearly and proactively with project managers, customers, account teams, and internal stakeholders regarding provisioning status, timelines, and issues.
- Participate in project team meetings as required to ensure network readiness aligns with broader delivery timelines.
- Provide accurate status reporting to internal leadership and customers.
Solution Design & Business Enablement
- Partner with Ensono lead network architects to determine optimal WAN solutions aligned to customer, performance, and cost requirements.
- Apply working knowledge of WAN technologies to recommend appropriate service types and access methods.
- Support sales, bid, and proposal efforts by providing WAN pricing, solution options, and comparative carrier analyses when required.
- Assist with evaluating new carrier services or technologies relevant to customer needs and Ensono strategy.
Site Readiness & Local Coordination
- Determine requirements for local loop extensions or demarcation changes.
- Coordinate with local wiring and facilities teams to ensure site readiness for carrier delivery.
- Verify physical connectivity requirements are met prior to installation dates.
Documentation & Operational Integrity
- Maintain accurate and current documentation for:
- WAN circuit inventory
- Carrier and vendor contact information
- Operational and support details related to installed services
- Ensure documentation supports efficient troubleshooting, auditing, and future planning.
- Contribute to process improvements related to provisioning workflows and documentation standards.
Technology Environment
The role supports a diverse, global WAN environment, including but not limited to:
- Internet Services
- Point‑to‑Point Ethernet / Wavelength Services
- MPLS
- SD‑WAN
- Public Cloud Connectivity (e.g., cloud on‑ramps)
- Multi‑carrier global environments (primarily U.S., with services in the UK, EU, India, and other regions)

Mandatory(Technical Skills)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in WAN provisioning, carrier services, or network engineering.
- Strong understanding of WAN access technologies, including:
- Fiber, copper, and third‑party access models

The Network Engineer is responsible for the implementation, and support of enterprise and data center–wide voice and data network solutions that align with Ensono’s architecture standards and business objectives. This role ensures stable, secure, and scalable network services for Ensono and its customers by developing, implementing, and maintaining network, security/threat, and voice solutions.
The Network Engineer works independently on complex assignments, collaborates with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams, and provides technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical Delivery & Operations
- Implement, and maintain enterprise and data center network solutions, including routing, switching, security, voice, and load‑balancing technologies.
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot routing and switching devices across enterprise networks.
- Implement and maintain firewall solutions using Palo Alto and/or Check Point technologies, including policy configuration, NAT, VPNs, and platform upgrades.
- Configure, monitor, and optimize load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler, A10, or equivalent) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
Incident, Change & Problem Management
- Perform proactive network monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis for escalated issues.

Senior Application Developer - Workday Finance
JOB ROLE SUMMARY: This is the position placed in the organization for building and developing relationship in the finance function from IT. You will be responsible for working day-to-day with your finance stakeholders to drive strategy, roadmap, and plan to deliver priorities that meet the current and future business transformation needs. You will be working with the senior leadership in accounting/finance and IT so prior experience working at that level is highly desirable. You should understand finance & accounting operations, modeling, processes, and reporting to influence and drive strategic decisions. Additionally, the position requires hands-on experience in gathering requirements, designing, building, and testing in Workday and Adaptive financial system. You should have working experience in integrating technologies and Workday security & reporting. This role requires influential skills to drive changes resulting from either the process changes, additional functionalities, or system enhancements. You need to be current with the technology to help drive changes for business benefits in the form of productivity, simplification, and standardization. You will interface with business teams regarding business problems, issues, and opportunities in the context of business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead/drive meetings and cadence with the senior leadership in the finance and accounting team for strategic priorities, key business transformation initiative or roadmap discussions.
- Lead Workday and Adaptive projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) optimization related to Information Technology (IT) operations, business processes, security, and data integrity
- Lead/Participate in interactive discussions regarding requirements and possible methods of configuration within the Workday and Adaptive Module.
- Interact/partner with the business to understand their needs and usage of Workday and Adaptive. Obtain and document all requirements for all setup and business processes, including all self-service aspects.
- Plan, design, configure, test, and deploy functionalities for all new release, enhancements, or break/fix
- Develop reports, calculated fields, validation rules, conditional routing, and business processes that support the requirements outlined. Mitigate any opportunities of inaccurate data, business process routing, or impacts to other business areas.

- Conduct testing of configuration and develop functional test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and guide the business users through the testing phase.
- Review and map Workday business processes. Advise the business on system services available within the Workday and Adaptive applications.
- Maintain the integrity of the Workday and Adaptive environment while being flexible and nimble to the business.
- Manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and result in complete and accurate outcomes within a timely manner.
- Conduct root cause analysis to determine appropriate action plan for break/fix including impacted employees/users/data clean-up.
- Utilizes business knowledge to identify areas of systems improvement opportunity and submits proposals for analysis that lead to recommendations of systems improvements.

- Workday Financials or Adaptive Certified / Pro is highly desired. CPA is a plus.

- 6+ years of configuring experience in Workday Financials, PeopleSoft, or SAP Financials
- 3+ years of experience in budgeting and forecast processes
- 2+ years of configurating experience in Workday PSA
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
The degree in Computer Science is acceptable provided the candidate has prior work experience in leading & supporting finance/accounting operations and fully conversant with financial processes.

The primary role of the Mainframe System Security Engineer is to create, modify and maintain security access on internal and external userids and security rules access for mainframe systems. All three security products, ACF2, Top Secret and RACF are utilized for supporting mainframe system access. Primary Responsibilities:
- Acts as a client advocate and a point of escalations for client service delivery needs.
- Coordinates internally across Ensono with cross-functional teams to ensure the relationship and services levels are achieved. Key responsibilities:
• Act as a technical escalation point for unresolved data platform issues in the SRE Pod/s;

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $140,000 to $182,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. What You Will Do:
Provide premium DB2 Systems Programmer support and services to Ensono mainframe clients as they relate to Mainframe DB2 systems. The successful candidate will perform mainframe database software upgrades coupled with administration and tuning to support our customers’ DB2 environment. The individual will need to work with vendor personnel to achieve timely solutions of database problems. The individual will be responsible for day-to-day database maintenance such as creating backups, performing restores, monitoring file extent growth, scheduling reorganizations, creating and maintaining DR procedures and overall support of customer needs and requests. The successful candidate will be called upon to perform a variety of database optimizations that will include general reporting and analysis of the efficiency of the database configuration and periodic review of database performance.

Position Summary
The Expert Mainframe Systems Programmer provides support for on-going projects that require the installation, testing, and implementation of new z/OS operating systems and other ‘system’ software. Also, the Maintenance and debugging of systems software. Position Summary
The Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer provides support for on-going projects that require the installation, testing, and implementation of new z/OS operating systems and other 'system' software. About the role and what you'll be doing:
As a Lead Consultant at Ensono, we will expect you to be playing a leadership role and will be spending most of your time leading an agile delivery team across all aspects of the data and analytics lifecycle on an exciting project and helping that client to realise the business benefit of an investment into the cloud.
Our Technical Leads are hands-on; you will also be responsible for identifying the appropriate technologies to use for your project, designing and architecting scalable data platforms and solutions using cloud-based services for your client and influencing the success of the project.
You will work closely with senior technical people from the client, navigating through complex stakeholder relationships, and guiding architectural and technical decisions across data engineering solutions such as data lakes, large-scale ingestion pipelines and distributed processing platforms, as well as enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions that help clients unlock more value from their data.
You will also support teams in designing data platforms that enable machine learning, AI and intelligent data products, ensuring the right data architecture and governance is in place to support these capabilities.
Required Experience :
You will be leading across all aspects of the data engineering lifecycle on large, complex and scalable data platforms. Such as, you’ll need to bring your skills and experience:
• Engineering Big Data patterns and solving complex data challenges
• Designing and architecting scalable data platforms including data lakes and ingestion pipelines
• Engineering and modelling best practices for both RDMS and NoSQL databases
• Designing distributed data processing solutions using technologies such as Apache Spark (particularly DataBricks), Google BigQuery or similar platforms

- Support and lead RFP responses and Statements of Work (SOWs) for cloud migration and transformation engagements

Financial Systems & Process Ownership
- Serve as a power user of financial consolidation and reporting systems (e.g., Workday, Office Connect), optimizing system capabilities, data integrity, and reporting efficiency.
Global Close & Consolidation
- Lead the global monthly close and consolidation process, ensuring timely, accurate completion.

We are looking for someone near Downers Grove, Illinois or Madison, Wisconsin to take on this hybrid role. You'll need to travel between locations as needed for client meetings.
About the role and what you'll be doing:
We are seeking a Patch Analyst with deep hands-on experience across enterprise patch management and configuration automation platforms, including Tanium, Ansible, Puppet, SCCM, Ivanti, Azure Update Manager, and Foreman, along with foundational knowledge of AWS. The analyst will support patching operations across global data centers in the US, UK, and Europe, ensuring secure, compliant, and timely deployment cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain standardized patching processes across Windows, Linux, and non-Windows environments.

Use Tanium to deploy OS and third‑party patches, perform compliance assessments, and troubleshoot deployment issues.

Leverage Ansible and Puppet for configuration drift management and automated patch application.
-
Coordinate and deploy monthly security patches using Foreman, Ivanti, SCCM, Azure Update Manager, Tanium, and AWS.

Analyze vulnerability scan results and coordinate remediation.

Conduct compliance and configuration health checks.
-
Log and manage incidents and changes, including CAB participation.
-
Maintain documentation and develop Master Patch Records.

Support emergency patching and high‑impact vulnerability response.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-
6–10 years of patch management experience.
-
Expertise in Tanium, Ansible, Puppet, SCCM, Ivanti, Azure Update Manager, AWS.
-
Background in VMware, Active Directory, SQL/Oracle.
-
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
-
Knowledge of CIS, NIST, DISA, STIG hardening standards.

Strong communication and documentation abilities.
-
Willingness to work in 24x7 shifts.
Essential Skills:

Deep understanding of OS vulnerabilities and patch cycles.

Strong networking and security fundamentals.

Ability to automate remediation tasks.

Self-driven and detail-oriented.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $80,000 to $135,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
