Job Description End User Support Technician

About the role and what you'll be doing:
The End User Support technician will be responsible for provide support for users of computers and software systems. They provide hands-on or remote assistance in computer setups, upgrades, software operation, and maintenance. They also answer on-the-spot inquiries from users. Desktop support engineers may provide general training for applications and hardware as well. A key element in this role is having in-depth knowledge of computer systems and common issues to promptly address all user concerns. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing clear technical support and swiftly resolving desktop issues.

Job Summary
The Network Carrier Provisioning Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of wide area network (WAN) carrier services supporting Ensono’s internal infrastructure and customer environments. This role ensures reliable, timely, and cost‑effective delivery of global network connectivity services by coordinating with carrier vendors, internal network architects, project managers, sales teams, and customers.
The position plays a critical operational and strategic role in maintaining service continuity, enabling new business, supporting customer growth, and strengthening Ensono’s global carrier relationships. Role Overview
Ensono is seeking an experienced Public Cloud Project Manager to support continued growth within our Global Public Cloud Consulting practice. This role focuses on delivering largescale data center to cloud migration and cloud transformation programs for enterprise clients.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will lead a variety of public cloud engagements across multiple verticals, geographies (mainly US and UK), and of varying complexity. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders — including Sales, Solution Architects, and technical delivery teams—to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual commitments and client expectations.
The ideal candidate has handson experience managing enterprise level migrations from onpremises data centers to cloud, including planning, dependency management, migration waves, cutover execution, and operational handoff, while minimizing business risk and disruption.
This role offers strong visibility, influence, and longterm growth opportunities within Ensono’s US, UK, and global delivery organization.

Key Responsibilities
PreSales & Project Initiation
Run internal and client kick off meetings, ensuring the project is setup for success
Maintain accurate project, contract, and commercial documentation
Provide project management expertise during presales for solutions across public cloud (Azure/AWS)
Use historical project data to improve estimates and delivery outcomes
Planning & Estimation
Develop project plans, schedules, and effort estimates for multiphase, moderately complex engagements
Define project scope, deliverables, governance models, and approval processes
Partner with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing and skill alignment
Mentor team members on planning, estimation, and scheduling best practices
Execution & Delivery
Manage multiple concurrent client engagements with crossfunctional delivery teams
Lead endtoend data center to Azure/AWS migration programs, including discovery, dependency mapping, migration waves, cutover planning, and transition to operations
Oversee migration of applications, infrastructure, and platforms from onpremises environments to Azure/AWS
Coordinate closely with cloud solution architects, engineering, security, and operations teams
Ensure delivery aligns with commercial agreements, governance standards, and Ensono delivery methodologies
Monitoring, Risk & Issue Management
Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes
Apply structured risk mitigation strategies and escalation processes

Experience & Qualifications
6+ years of project management experience (enterprise or consulting environment preferred)
Relevant industry recognized Project Manager accreditations
Proven experience managing largescale data center to Azure and/or AWS migration programs
Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor) in Azure and AWS environments
Experience delivering cloud migrations and client onboarding within managed services, infrastructure, or cloud consulting
Demonstrated strength in risk management, financial control, stakeholder management, and executive communication
Recognized expertise in project governance, estimation, and delivery execution

JOB ROLE SUMMARY
Storage Engineers ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Storage Area Networks, NAS (Network Attached Storage) Arrays and Out Of Band managed Storage Arrays as well as any array or appliance based replication. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the storage arrays and array based replication as well as the Storage Area Networks that they are attached to.

The Manager, Mainframe Systems Programming – CICS, MQ, and WAS will coordinate and delegate the responsibilities of their assigned IT teams, as they pertain to the installation and management of mainframe systems. Oversee the day-to-day functions aligning with their Global Leader(s) responsibilities/duties while maintaining on-going project management and statuses. The Manager will oversee training sessions with resources so that they can be equipped with new knowledge and skills to remain current. The Manager will do semi-annual reviews, set semi-annual goals, aligning to the Business Unit and Company.
