About the Team & Role
The Roku Pay, Core Payments team has played a pivotal role in driving Roku’s rapid growth in online subscriptions, powered by a seamless in-streaming, on-TV purchase experience. Supporting a wide range of Roku teams, Core Payments enables transactions across multiple consumer touchpoints — including TV, web, mobile, and advertising. These teams employ diverse strategies to sell digital content, from Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD) and Transactional Video on Demand (TVOD) to Roku-branded devices and shoppable ads directly on the device.
Core Payments is now seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the creation of our Payment Machine Learning Platform — a high-impact initiative designed to optimize payment retries, routing, and authorization success rates for our subscription business.
This platform will harness AI/ML to make real-time, data-driven payment decisions at scale, directly influencing revenue growth, reducing churn, and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of machine learning, payments infrastructure, and subscription growth, collaborating with engineering, data science, finance, and payment operations to deliver a platform that is both technically sophisticated and mission-critical.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment, possesses deep knowledge of payments and subscription economics, and can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. You will own the roadmap, drive flawless delivery, and continuously improve the platform through experimentation and data-driven insights.

We are a Series C growth company backed by leading investors, including Shell Ventures, National Grid Partners, G2 Venture Partners, Duke Energy, Edison International, Lightrock, Marubeni, among others. We have been recognized by Forbes two years in a row as one of “America’s Best Startup Employers.” We are also proud to be one of the few software companies in Time Magazine’s “America’s Top GreenTech Companies 2024”. Deloitte Technology Fast 500™ recently ranked us at No. 12 among San Francisco Bay Area companies, and No. 59 overall in their selection of the top 500 for 2024.
Join us in Securing Tomorrow!
As Director, AI Data Operations, you will own the people and operational backbone of a 50+ person team that powers data operations for AiDASH’s proprietary models — across model quality control for customer deliveries, training data generation for AI models, and multi-modal imagery sourcing. The team’s work directly determines the quality of our models, the rate at which our models improve, and what we ship to customers.
Reporting directly to VP, Product & Process Excellence; you will lead this team through a major transformation — from manual operations to AI-augmented operations — while raising the bar on quality, ownership, and execution. You will thrive in this role if you have run annotation pipelines, training data workflows, or model quality control operations, ideally in an AI product company — and you are ready to bring that experience to a domain where the stakes are high and the work has real-world consequences.
Good to have
What This Role Is Not
In Summary
This role is about people leadership, operational excellence, and leading the AI transformation of a function where precision, ownership, and quality are everything. If you love running great teams, setting a high bar, and are excited to use AI to reshape how operational work gets done, this is your role. One requirement: you've worked close to the model — in annotation pipelines, training data workflows, or quality operations — rather than in data analytics, BI, or IT services delivery.
We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices, and we promote a work environment where everyone, from any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, can do their best work.

About the team
The Support Experience engineering organization builds and improves Stripe’s user support from end to end: how users get help within our products, how they get in touch with us when they have questions, and how our teams use internal tools to answer those questions. We’re accountable for the quality and reliability of this support stack and we use data and firsthand experience to continuously improve it.
Providing great support to users of all sizes is culturally important to everyone at Stripe. We partner closely with Stripe’s design, product, and operational teams across a wide surface area: the external-facing support interfaces (https://support.stripe.com/), self-serve content, entry points, internal tooling, case routing, and helping product teams across the company reduce support volume by improving our products. We are also using the latest generative AI technologies to re-imagine support experiences, and are developing AI assistants for Stripe’s users and to help our operations teams be more productive.
You’ll lead and grow an established, high-performing engineering team within the Support Experience organization. Your job is to start with what’s been built and make it better: grow the team, elevate the technical bar, and expand the team’s impact across Stripe.
In this role, your team will build support experiences for priority user segments, solving problems such as how platforms, enterprises, and consumer users get help from Stripe. This includes implementing new API endpoints for use across multiple products, data engineering to improve our support operations with real-time insights, or building AI-enabled product experiences designed for each segment’s unique needs. You’ll lead your team to use the best tools for each job, whether that means experimental machine learning applications or proven techniques for building scalable distributed systems.

Our mission is to elevate the GDP of the internet, presenting an extraordinary opportunity for you to contribute to the global economy while engaging in the most impactful work of your career.
The Center of Excellence (CoE) was established to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery across the Technical Account Management (TAM) and Customer Success Management (CSM) functions. By centralizing, standardizing, and progressively automating repeatable, low-context activities such as reporting, onboarding, monitoring, and optimization support, the CoE alleviates the administrative burden on frontline TAMs and CSMs.
This operational model empowers account-facing teams to concentrate on high-value strategic engagement, technical advisory, and customer outcomes, while guaranteeing consistent quality and operational efficiency at scale. Although the initial focus is on supporting priority and strategic accounts, the CoE’s frameworks and outputs are designed to benefit the broader organization by enhancing deliverable consistency, expanding capacity, and facilitating sustainable, sublinear growth across the enterprise servicing model.
The Manager, Center of Excellence (CoE) Technical Account Management Lead, will be responsible for spearheading the TAM aligned function within the CoE. This role is a hands-on operational leadership position focused on managing contributors, overseeing intake and delivery across key TAM workstreams, and ensuring consistent, high-quality execution.
This role collaborates closely with frontline TAM teams to support activities such as onboarding, account reviews, operational assessments, payouts, verifications, and supportability initiatives. In addition to overseeing delivery, this leader is accountable for developing repeatable processes, enhancing operational rigor, and identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency and predictability. HackerRank helps companies like NVIDIA, Amazon, and Microsoft hire and upskill the next generation of developers based on skills, not pedigree. Our platform is trusted by over 2,500 of the world’s most innovative companies to build strong engineering teams ready for what’s next.
Software has entered an era where humans and AI build side by side. As this shift accelerates, the definition of strong technical talent is changing. We give companies better ways to identify and invest in next-generation skills.
People at HackerRank care deeply about the impact of their work and sweat the small details so our customers can be wildly successful with products they genuinely love to use. We move with urgency and believe great outcomes come from high standards
About the role
The developer's job is shifting from writing code to directing AI agents, and hiring needs to catch up. HackerRank has shaped how 3000+ companies identify engineering talent, with 30M+ developers assessed on our platform. Chakra is our bet on what the next generation of that looks like: an AI interviewer built for a world where the interview itself has to be as intelligent as the candidates it is evaluating.
Open Problem
An interview that thinks, listens and gets it right every time.
Running an interview is easy. Running a good one is hard.
Chakra is an AI interviewer. It holds a conversation with a candidate, asks follow-up questions, evaluates how they think, and produces a report a hiring manager can actually act on. It is to conduct interviews that are more consistent, more probing, and more fair than most human interviewers manage in practice.
Here is the problem. A great human interviewer can do this. They read the candidate. They push on the right things. They know when an answer is shallow and when it just sounds shallow. Getting a model to do that reliably is genuinely difficult. Not because the technology cannot hold a conversation. It can. The gap is in judgment. Knowing what to probe. Knowing what the answer actually reveals about the candidate. Knowing when to move on.
Now do that 200,000 times. With candidates who speak differently, think differently, and approach problems differently. Without the model drifting. Without it being gamed. Without every report reading like it was written by the same template.
That is where the field currently falls short. Closing that gap is the work.
