About the Role
Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager as a member of the Development team at IDC, the
Principal Software Engineer is responsible for delivering quality and performant software and design to handle the vast array of use cases that our customers have today.

Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
5+ plus years’ experience in product development field with hands on experience.

Hands on experience in design and development on UI front end Technologies.
Good exposure to web application development using HTML 5, CSS3 ,Bootstrap, JavaScript.
Experience in development of Angular 4+, VueJS or React.
Expertise in Responsive web design, HTML5, and CSS pre-processors
Strong in JavaScript (object oriented concepts) & JavaScript optimization
Strong logical, analytics and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work effectively across team boundaries.

Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS/Azure cloud services is essential
Hands on experience of building products for unix systems in addition to windows is good to have

About position
As Vice President of Sales, (EMEA), you will lead Energy Exemplar’s regional new business acquisition strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-impact Account Director to accelerate new logo growth across the North American utilities market. As a Lead Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Energy Exemplar, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the post-sale experience for our most strategic customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide organizations through their journey with our simulation software, maximizing adoption, accelerating time-to-value, and fostering long-term partnerships that lead to renewals and growth.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a proactive approach to value delivery. You will be responsible for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring they achieve measurable success through their investment in Energy Exemplar’s technologies.
Serve as the primary post-sales relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Act as a strategic partner to your customers, understanding their business goals and proactively driving outcomes that align with those goals.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build strategic account plans, support expansion opportunities, and deliver seamless customer experiences.
Lead regular executive business reviews to showcase value delivered, align on strategic priorities, and identify new growth opportunities.
Monitor and manage customer health scores, adoption metrics, and sentiment using tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Identify and mitigate renewal risks early by driving engagement strategies, surfacing concerns, and mobilizing internal resources as needed.
Drive successful, timely renewals by maintaining deep knowledge of your customers' usage, licensing, and business objectives.
Keep Salesforce records and dashboards accurate and up to date, including renewal opportunities, customer health, and stakeholder mapping.
Share product updates, feature releases, and best practices regularly to ensure customers are fully enabled and informed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success function through mentoring, process enhancements, and cross-team collaboration.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably supporting enterprise software customers.
Proven track record of driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion in complex, technical environments.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior/executive stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with CRM and customer success tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

About the Position
The Team Lead, Solutions, works as part of the APAC solutions team and is primarily responsible for leading and coordinating pre-sales and implementation support for the Japan sales team. Reporting to the Software Engineering Manager and as a member of the Development team at IDC, the Associate Software Engineer supports the development of high quality and performant software solutions that address the diverse needs of our customers.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and maintain software systems, contribute to data engineering initiatives, and support the full software development lifecycle. About the Position
The Algorithm Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the optimization engines and ancillary calculations in our products. These form a core part of the overall company’s platform offering and require in-depth domain knowledge and mathematical programming experience. Not only does this role address the platforms content software development needs, but it also covers the technical support element to the business. This includes interaction with clients to understand the domain issues they are trying to solve, as well as the implementation of these solutions.
Key Accountabilities and Duties
Algorithm Design and Development:
• Research new and emerging technologies in the energy domain (concentrating on specific areas, e.g. transmission developments, market rules, etc.)
• Propose concise and performant formulation specifications for new features required
• Develop the proposed feature/s while maintaining high quality coding standards (see “High Code Quality Contribution” accountability)
• Design, develop, review, re-factor, and maintain software with quality and performance in mind
• Collect feedback from design and technical staff on development needs
• Conduct technical testing to resolve existing or introduced problems
• Engage in requirement specification process for new software functionality
• Produce technical documentation such as incremental design specifications and user manuals.
Technical Support:
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to reproduce and correct any defective software
• Provide technical advice and suggestions to customers
• Ensure high priority items are addressed urgently, providing timely responses
• Understand the clients query, answering technical queries concisely in language they understand (i.e. understand the domain).
High Code Quality Contribution:
• Produce concise high-quality code, with performance and memory considerations at the forefront of any design
• Develop and demonstrate functionality through PoC (proof of concept) builds
• Understand core programming paradigms
• Experience with core development fundamentals, e.g. system architecture, memory management, parallel processing, base classing, etc.
• Add to engineering team’s culture of high code quality.
Global Team Interaction and Collaboration:
• Seek support from local and global developer teams when required
• Recommend solutions and options to global team when required
• Participate in global projects and attend stakeholder meetings, as and when required (often outside of “normal” work hours, due to the global nature of the meetings).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 3+ years of experience with .NET (including VB.NET and C#), and other development languages (e.g. C++, Python, etc.)
• Strong mathematical skills, with solid theoretical background in numerical analysis and optimization techniques
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Experience with linear and mixed integer programming tools
• Familiarity with analytical tools, such as Unit Commitment, Economic Dispatch, Load Flow, Contingency Analysis, etc.
• A deep understanding of Operations Research
• Strong knowledge and experience working with complex models
• Strong knowledge and experience working with energy system modelling and simulation, analysis and operation, optimization and numerical analysis methodology.

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field / Master’s in operations research, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.

About the Role
Energy Exemplar is the market leader in Energy Simulation Software. We are calling for Energy Market Analyst to work with our team that develops simulation ready datasets in Pune/Bengaluru.

• Helping to supervise the development and maintenance of Global (North America/Europe/APAC regions) Power and Natural Gas Market models/dataset using PLEXOS/Aurora tools
• Lead and coordinate market research, model updates, result analysis, model benchmarking etc.
Day to day duties:
• Work in a team of energy data analysts
• Work on projects to deliver standalone dataset and portions of dataset using fundamental data along with PLEXOS and Aurora power market models
• Applying heir knowledge in various power market to direct that analysis of power markets, undertaking research, analyzing and manipulating data and processing data for input into power market models
• Trouble shooting market models
• Benchmarking production cost models
• Running PLEXOS and/or Aurora and or directing others analysts in running and interpreting output model results and energy balances
• Comparing models and reviewing preliminary forecast output results for inconsistencies to ensure deliveries meet product specification
• Problem solving and interpretation of market models and ability to detect errors and omissions
• Troubleshoot market models and intermediate work products for errors, omissions, and improvements.
Foundation Skills and :
• Experience with energy market modelling
• High level of numeracy, computer, and web literacy.
• Strong foundational skills and understanding of energy economics for power market fundamentals and economic concepts of power markets
• Knowledge of production cost modelling software’s like PLEXOS (preferred), Aurora or Pro-mod, or similar
• Expert knowledge of Power Plant/Natural Gas Economics, Power Systems, Gas supply chain, Operation research/Optimization techniques, statistics, and Energy (Power &/ Gas) Markets/Industry
• Knowledge and experience with transmission planning and nodal market modeling including generator mapping, assessing N-x contingencies, understanding and troubleshooting nodal model infeasibilities and other planning related power flow analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, direct other analyst productively, and oversee projects/assignments through from start to finish.
• Self-starter, organized, persistent, goal driven, has a can-do attitude, takes challenges as opportunities to perform and add value
• Diligent, systematic, and pays attention to detail to ensure work accuracy and quality
• Punctual, Professional work and phone etiquette
Experience:
• 2 to 4 years of experience with Energy Modeling and Power Market Analysis.
• Knowledge of or experience working in several North American, European or Asian power markets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and learn new techniques
• Experience in creating and analyzing energy data sets for power models
• Experience working at a market operator, project developer, or at a utility in planning or commercial operations would be an asset
• Knowledge of one or more energy economic modeling tools: PLEXOS, Aurora, PROMOD, PSO, Market Analytics and/or PROSYM
• Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Agile/Sprint Best Practices
• Expert skills using Excel, Power BI and similar tools
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (preferred), Electric Engineering (Transmission preferred), or Mathematics. Master’s degree or Ph.D would be preferred.

About the Position
CISO is a critical role for Energy Exemplar to protect and safeguard organization’s digital assets, employee and customer data in today’s evolving threat landscape. The CISO will handle cybersecurity threats, respond to incidents, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements while contributing to EE’s overall strategic objectives and resilience. About the Role
Energy Exemplar is the leader in energy market/system simulation software, with its two platforms: PLEXOS and AURORA. These software platforms have a significant presence in global markets. We are seeking a confident, self-motivated and professional person for the role of Energy Market Analyst in our Support Division. The company has consistently grown its global client base and the successful candidate will have many opportunities to interface with a diverse mix of clients with the goal of enhancing their software user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Learn our software to an advanced level
• Provide technical support to customers and track support cases from start to finish
• Work with clients to resolve issues related to our SaaS/Cloud offerings and our Desktop version
• Collaborate with Cloud Developers and Engine/GUI Developers to ensure issues are resolved and development requests are properly documented
• Provide onsite and web-based trainings to existing and potential clients
• Maintain and update training materials
• Compose articles and produce videos to educate clients and to market our software.
• Construct tools and examples that clients can utilize to more effectively utilize our software
• Assist in maintaining software user documentation and help platforms
• Maintain a high level of power market knowledge, news, trends and developments
• Communicate market trends and customer requirements with the development team as needed
• Assist Account Management with Retention calls and visits with clients
• Assist in preparation and presentations for energy related tradeshows and conferences
• Travel to client sites as required
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:
• Bachelor’s degree: Electrical Engineering, Another Engineering Degree, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Applied Math, Physics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and learn new techniques
• Ability to articulate the business problem to be analyzed, quickly identify the critical elements of the problem, achieve a high-quality answer in a timely fashion, and synthesize answers to resonate with decision makers
• Excellent communication skills, including strong verbal, presentation, and technical writing abilities
• Team player, with the ability to be a self-starter and work independently as needed.
Education:
• 2 to 4 years of demonstrated working knowledge of power plant operations, electricity and gas markets.
• Knowledge of fundamental energy market analysis, capacity markets, environmental markets, demand side management/energy efficiency, electric utility resource planning approaches
• Demonstrated working knowledge of SaaS products and experience troubleshooting issues with Cloud offerings
• Demonstrated capability of effectively communicating complex ideas and analysis verbally, in document format (Word), and in presentation format (Power Point).
• Experience with computer and database management languages such as VBA, Python and SQL
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Experience with power market production cost and expansion planning models.
• Degree or certificate specializing in Power Markets.

About the Position
Energy Exemplar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst – Solution Modeling Services to join our growing Professional Services team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to work directly with energy market participants and gain hands-on experience with power systems modeling and analysis using industry-leading tools such as PLEXOS, Aurora, and Adapt2.
In this role, you will support the delivery of modeling solutions for clients across Japan, including utilities, system operators, independent power producers, and energy traders. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to configure models, run simulations, interpret results, and help solve real-world energy challenges related to generation planning, market participation, and system operations.

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to support and scale our global marketing function. This role will play a critical part in establishing, optimizing and scaling marketing processes, managing marketing technology (MarTech), and ensuring high-quality data and reporting to drive effective decision-making.
You will partner closely with the global and regional marketing teams, sales, and revenue operations to optimize campaign performance, streamline workflows & processes, and enhance the overall efficiency of our marketing efforts across the lead lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Systems & Tools
- Own and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn) and CRM integrations (e.g. Salesforce)
- Serve as the primary HubSpot owner, establishing governance, best practices and system architecture
- Ensure seamless data flow between marketing and sales systems
- Evaluate and implement new tools to support marketing effectiveness
Campaign Operations & Processes
- Support the setup, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaign operations
- Standardize campaign processes and workflows across regions
- Define and implement a consistent campaign tracking and attribution framework aligned to business KPIs
Data Management & Governance
- Maintain data integrity across marketing systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations
- Develop and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and best practices
- Establish processes to prevent duplicate records, standardize data and key segmentation fields, and enrich data to enable effective targeting & reporting
- Audit existing fields, workflows, and data structures to eliminate duplication and inconsistencies
- Own and optimize email subscription types, consent management, and opt-in processes to ensure compliance and usability in collaboration with Legal & RevOps
- Implement marketing & non-marketing contact management framework to improve database health in HubSpot
- Standardize forms and associated fields; ensure proper data capture, routing & workflow integration from all inbound sources
Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Management
- Own and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead capture, lead management, scoring, qualification and routing processes
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead management and inbound nurture programs
- Ensure clear alignment with Marketing, Sales & RevOps on lead definitions, SLAs, and routing processes
- Optimize inbound lead deal creation processes and ensure accurate syncing between HubSpot and Salesforce in collaboration with RevOps & MDRs/SDRs
Reporting & Analytics
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks aligned to executive and board-level KPIs (e.g., MQLs, funnel conversion rates, pipeline impact, ROI)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on key marketing KPIs (e.g. pipeline contribution, conversion rates, ROI, content & channel performance, campaign impact, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign and channel performance
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes across the marketing function
- Establish best practices, document workflows and create SOPs for global consistency
- Support alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue operations through improved lead management processes
Key Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce); deep HubSpot expertise required (including workflows, data structure, reporting and integrations)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working in a global or cross-regional environment is preferred
- Understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and attribution models
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience establishing system governance, data hygiene processes, and cross-functional alignment

About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to drive new logo growth across the Energy industry for Energy Exemplar. This role is critical to expanding our footprint across the Iberia region.
Working autonomously, the Sales Director will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, leveraging deep industry expertise and regional market knowledge. About the Position
The Senior Algorithm Developer is responsible for developing and maintaining the optimization engines and ancillary calculations in our products. These form a core part of the overall company’s platform offering and require in-depth domain knowledge and mathematical programming experience. Not only does this role address the platforms content software development needs, but it also covers the technical support element to the business. This includes interaction with clients to understand the domain issues they are trying to solve, as well as the implementation of these solutions.
Key Accountabilities and Duties
Algorithm Design and Development:
• Research new and emerging technologies in the energy domain (concentrating on specific areas, e.g. transmission developments, market rules, etc.)
• Propose concise and performant formulation specifications for new features required
• Develop the proposed feature/s while maintaining high quality coding standards (see “High Code Quality Contribution” accountability)
• Design, develop, review, re-factor, and maintain software with quality and performance in mind
• Collect feedback from design and technical staff on development needs
• Conduct technical testing to resolve existing or introduced problems
• Engage in requirement specification process for new software functionality
• Produce technical documentation such as incremental design specifications and user manuals.
Technical Support:
• Liaise with colleagues and clients to reproduce and correct any defective software
• Provide technical advice and suggestions to customers
• Ensure high priority items are addressed urgently, providing timely responses
• Understand the clients query, answering technical queries concisely in language they understand (i.e. understand the domain).
High Code Quality Contribution:
• Produce concise high-quality code, with performance and memory considerations at the forefront of any design
• Develop and demonstrate functionality through PoC (proof of concept) builds

About the Role
Energy Exemplar is the market leader in Energy Simulation Software. We exist so that our customers can make the most informed decisions at the most impactful times and want you to be part of that success. We are calling for Senior Energy Market Analyst to work with our team that develops simulation ready datasets in Pune/Bengaluru.
Key Accountabilities and Duties:

• Reporting to Global Director of Data and Market Analysis
• Helping to supervise the development and maintenance of Global (North America/Europe/APAC regions) Power and Natural Gas Market models/dataset using PLEXOS/Aurora tools
• Lead and coordinate market research, model updates, result analysis, model benchmarking etc.
Day to day duties:
• Work in a team of energy data analysts
• Work on projects to deliver standalone dataset and portions of dataset using fundamental data along with PLEXOS and Aurora power market models
• Applying heir knowledge in various power market to direct that analysis of power markets, undertaking research, analyzing and manipulating data and processing data for input into power market models
• Trouble shooting market models
• Benchmarking production cost models
• Running PLEXOS and/or Aurora and or directing others analysts in running and interpreting output model results and energy balances
• Comparing models and reviewing preliminary forecast output results for inconsistencies to ensure deliveries meet product specification
• Problem solving and interpretation of market models and ability to detect errors and omissions
• Troubleshoot market models and intermediate work products for errors, omissions, and improvements.
Foundation Skills and :
• Experience with energy market modelling
• High level of numeracy, computer, and web literacy.
• Strong foundational skills and understanding of energy economics for power market fundamentals and economic concepts of power markets
• Knowledge of production cost modelling software’s like PLEXOS (preferred), Aurora or Pro-mod, or similar
• Expert knowledge of Power Plant/Natural Gas Economics, Power Systems, Gas supply chain, Operation research/Optimization techniques, statistics, and Energy (Power &/ Gas) Markets/Industry
• Knowledge and experience with transmission planning and nodal market modeling including generator mapping, assessing N-x contingencies, understanding and troubleshooting nodal model infeasibilities and other planning related power flow analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, direct other analyst productively, and oversee projects/assignments through from start to finish.
• Self-starter, organized, persistent, goal driven, has a can-do attitude, takes challenges as opportunities to perform and add value
• Diligent, systematic, and pays attention to detail to ensure work accuracy and quality
• Punctual, Professional work and phone etiquette
Experience:
• 4 to 6 years of experience with Energy Modeling and Power Market Analysis.
• Knowledge of or experience working in several India, APAC, North American or European power markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and learn new techniques
• Experience in creating and analyzing energy data sets for power models
• Experience working at a market operator, project developer, or at a utility in planning or commercial operations would be an asset
• Knowledge of one or more energy economic modeling tools: PLEXOS, Aurora, PROMOD, PSO, Market Analytics and/or PROSYM
• Strong organizational skills, familiarity with Agile/Sprint Best Practices
• Expert skills using Excel, Power BI and similar tools
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics (preferred), Electric Engineering (Transmission preferred), or Mathematics. Master’s degree or Ph.D would be preferred.

About the Position
This role reports to the Head of Solutions. The main responsibility is to lead, manage, and operate the Pre-sales activities for Energy Exemplar's in the ASEAN region.
The Solutions Lead is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that aim to drive business growth and innovation in the region. To achieve this, they work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to plan and implement processes supporting service delivery and product innovation.
