Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.
This is a remote role supporting a South East territory.

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.

● Own the technical relationship with C-level executives — CTO, CIO, CDO — at. Backbase's most strategic banking customers. Build trusted advisor relationships that outlast individual deal cycles.

● Get genuinely hands-on with architecture. Whiteboard end-state platform designs spanning the full Backbase stack, integrated into the customer's existing landscape — at whatever level of depth the situation demands.
● Turn the hardest technical objections into wins by combining architectural fluency with business context. Know when a concern is real and when it's a negotiation.

How you will make an impact:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Iterable, you'll be responsible for the core platform used by our growing customer base. Making this platform easy to use and attractive for non-technical users is extremely important.
Our Engineering team works closely with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and SRE to bring next-generation marketing solutions to our massively scalable platform. We believe in building an Engineering culture guided by our company values which you can learn more about here.
You will be working with the Analytics Application team that provides accurate and actionable insights to our customers so that they can establish a clear understanding of the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. Ultimately, we help enable our customers to provide the most relevant and joyful experiences to their own users.

We are seeking a Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer to support high-volume client projects, with a strong and growing focus on supply chain and manufacturing-related contracting work. The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the team building Nova’s agentic experiences within the Iterable platform. This team is responsible for the full end-to-end development of conversational and agent-driven workflows, including the interaction surfaces, orchestration layers, and core platform integrations that make these experiences seamless and intuitive for users.
