A Software Development Engineer works as an integrated part of the NiCE Analytics software engineering team with specific focus on developing and delivering software products into a cloud-native production environment. Lead Software Engineer
The Lead Software Engineer designs and evolves core services within the NICE CXone platform, building scalable cloud systems that support enterprise customers worldwide. Job Summary
We are seeking a Business Project Manager to join the Global Business Operations team, focused on improving and managing post-sales processes across Services, Support, and Business Partner organizations. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from discovery and business requirements through implementation and rollout, driving operational efficiency and scalable process improvements across a global software environment. Education:

So, what’s the role all about?
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. SDRs are valued and recognized for the work they do creating the sales pipeline we need for NiCE’s success. Director Engineering
The Director of Engineering is an energetic, passionate software leader who thrives on successfully releasing products to the market, building bridges across the organization. This is achieved through directing the development, testing, delivery, and support of cloud based contact center solutions and applications, including resource schedules and delivery milestones, overall product quality, system capacity planning and support across the inContact platform.
