As a Senior Software Engineer (GO) - DNS & Network Systems, you will own the architecture and delivery of Securly's DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) resolver — a production-grade, identity-aware DNS service that enforces filtering policy at the browser and OS level for millions of students on managed Chromebooks.
This is a critical infrastructure role at the intersection of DNS, identity, and network security. You will design and build a high-performance DoH resolver in Go that extracts device and user identity from Chrome enterprise policy URL templates and integrates with Securly's DNS policy engine and Redis infrastructure. You own the full lifecycle: architecture, implementation, TLS configuration, and production deployment on AWS.
This role is the technical foundation of a potential simplification of Securly's SmartPAC identity architecture. Done well, it could collapse significant DNS-RPC signaling complexity (DID/cookie system, IP fusing, brokering state) that has been a source of reliability issues. The scope of that architectural decision will evolve with the POC, and you will be the engineer best positioned to inform it.
Level: L5–L6_____Experience: 8–15 Years_____Location: Pune, India_____Work Type: Hybrid (2 days onsite)_____Reports To: Filter Engineering Manager
What You'll Do
Architect and build a production-grade DoH resolver in Go, integrated with Securly's DNS policy engine and Unbound infrastructure.
Implement identity extraction from Chrome's DnsOverHttpsTemplatesWithIdentifiers URL template variables — mapping encrypted DNS queries to device and user identity, and evaluate the degree to which this approach can replace SmartPAC DNS-RPC signaling.
Build an Unbound plugin with filtering business logic to process DoH queries with identity parameters from the URL template.
Integrate with Redis infrastructure for policy lookups, identity mapping, state management, and feature flags; document failure modes and define graceful degradation behavior.
Own TLS termination: certificate provisioning, renewal, and ensuring Chrome correctly validates the DoH endpoint certificate.
Architect and own the CloudFormation deployment stack: NLB, Auto Scaling Groups, Route53.
Lead the POC and production hardening phases in collaboration with Securly's Distinguished Engineer; produce a written ADR capturing tradeoffs and the go/no-go recommendation after POC.
Mentor junior engineers on DNS fundamentals, Go patterns, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Document the new architecture and own knowledge transfer as the system transitions.
Skills & Requirements
Must-Have
Go (Golang) — expert-level, 5+ years production proficiency. Must be ready to build on day one.
DNS protocol & architecture — RFC 1035, recursive vs. authoritative resolution, DNSSEC, DNS wire format, Unbound as a recursive resolver.
You think in protocols. DNS, TLS, HTTP/2 — you know what happens at the wire level and find that interesting, not painful.
You are comfortable owning a project end to end: from research and POC through production hardening and deployment, without being handed a spec.
You write Go that other senior engineers want to read. Idiomatic, tested, observable.
You have worked on infrastructure other products depend on and understand what production ownership actually means.
You produce written artifacts (ADRs, position papers, risk registers) to anchor ambiguous decisions rather than leaving them implicit.
You make other engineers better. Your code reviews are substantive, your design feedback is specific.
What It Means to Be L5 at Securly
L5 at Securly is a Staff Engineer. You are the technical owner, not just an implementer.
Drive technical direction for your initiative end-to-end: from architecture to production, with minimal oversight from your engineering manager.
Identify and resolve ambiguity in requirements, system boundaries, and design tradeoffs without waiting for a fully-formed spec.
Mentor L3/L4 engineers on the team: code reviews, design feedback, pairing, and raising the bar for what production-quality work looks like.
Partner with your L6 technical lead and the Distinguished Engineer on architectural decisions, surfacing tradeoffs clearly rather than deferring them upward.
Contribute to cross-team engineering standards: you are expected to influence practices beyond your immediate squad.
Translate technical context into clear written artifacts that non-engineers (PM, Support, Leadership) can act on.
Participate in on-call rotation and own the full incident lifecycle for your system: detection, diagnosis, resolution, and retrospective.
About Securly
Securly processes over 1.1 billion requests per day and 54 TB of data daily, protecting more than 20 million students across 20,000+ schools globally. The Role
We are looking for an elite engineer who builds like a hacker and communicates like a consultant. You will not just be building models in a notebook; you will be deployed to the front lines to build, architect, and ship end-to-end Agentic AI products directly for our most strategic customers.
This is a high-stakes role. You will face "tricky" customers who have vague requirements and high expectations. Your job is to translate their chaos into technical order, write production-grade code, and deploy autonomous agents that solve their actual business problems.
What You Will Do
Build & Deploy (60%):
Design and ship full-stack AI applications. You own the pipeline from data ingestion to the LLM inference layer to the frontend interface.
Architect autonomous agentic workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or custom implementations) that can reason, plan, and execute complex tasks.
Write robust, clean, and highly testable code (Python/Typescript). "It works on my machine" is not acceptable; it must work in the customer's restricted cloud environment.
Handle DevOps and MLOps constraints: Dockerizing agents, managing Kubernetes clusters, and optimizing inference latency.
Customer Engineering (40%):
Serve as the technical face of the company for our most demanding accounts.
Navigate complex stakeholder environments. You will push back on unrealistic demands, clarify ambiguous requirements, and steer "tricky" customers toward technically feasible solutions without breaking rapport.
Translate technical constraints into business value for non-technical executives.
Generate high-quality data for our customers and ability to review the data generated by other experts. This is one of the most critical aspects of the role.
The "Must-Haves"
Experience: 8–12 years of total engineering experience. You started as a strong Software Engineer and evolved into an AI specialist.
Education: B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Math, or Physics from a top-tier institution (IIT, MIT, Stanford, Harvard, Berkeley, CMU, or similar global top-ranking universities).
Deep AI Fluency: You aren't just calling APIs. You understand RAG implementation nuances, vector database optimization, fine-tuning (LoRA/PEFT), and the architecture of agentic loops.
Production Engineering: Experience with end-to-end deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Docker).
The "Why You" (Soft Skills)
Thick Skin & High EQ: You don't get flustered when a customer changes their mind for the third time in a week. You can hold your ground with a CTO and explain "why not" to a CEO.
Extreme Attention to Detail: You catch the edge cases that others miss. You obsess over error handling, retry logic in agents, and data privacy.
Grit: You enjoy the "messy" work of integrating legacy enterprise data just as much as prompting the latest model.
What will set you apart
Public Code: A visible GitHub footprint is very helpful. We want to see your side projects, your contributions to open source, or your experiments with LLMs. Please include your GitHub link in your application.
Tech Stack
Languages: Python (Expert).
AI/Data (Expertise in all is not required): PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone/Weaviate, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, HuggingFace.
Infra (Expertise in all is not required): Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS/GCP.

Strategic Project Lead / Delivery Manager
Data Annotation & AI Delivery
8+ Years of Experience
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Manager (8+ years of experience) to lead large-scale data annotation and curation projects in support of cutting-edge LLM and multimodal AI research. You will oversee end-to-end delivery for projects with 100+ team members, ensure world-class data quality, and drive process and tooling innovation in collaboration with AI researchers and cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise, proven leadership in managing large teams, and a passion for advancing AI/ML innovation. Given that our key customers operate in the data analytics, data engineering, and Business Intelligence (BI) space, the ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership experience with platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, enabling them to deeply understand customer domains, speak their language, and deliver annotation outcomes that are contextually relevant and technically sound.
Primary Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development

Drive performance management, career development, and targeted training.
Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
Design and implement motivation strategies (including gamification) to boost engagement and reward top performers.
Project Management & Coordination
Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and quality metrics.
Align with cross-functional stakeholders on goals and deliverables.
Proactively identify and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Provide clear and consistent reporting on progress, challenges, and solutions.
Data Quality & Integrity
Own quality control and data integrity across the annotation lifecycle.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and insights for improvement.
Implement best practices for annotation, evaluation, and data curation.
Share learnings and continuously improve quality processes.
Technical Collaboration & Innovation
Partner with engineering and research teams to optimize internal tooling.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, ML, and multimodal processing.
Champion innovations that reduce task completion times and improve efficiency.
Maintain clear and scalable documentation for processes and training.
Customer & Domain Engagement
Serve as a domain-knowledgeable point of contact for customers operating in data engineering, analytics, and BI environments.
Leverage hands-on experience with platforms like Databricks and Snowflake to understand customer data workflows, terminology, and quality expectations.
Translate customer-specific data engineering and BI contexts into clear, actionable annotation guidelines and quality benchmarks for delivery teams.
Collaborate with customers to define annotation taxonomies and evaluation criteria that align with their data pipeline and analytics use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in engineering, program management, or delivery of large-scale projects.
Proven ability to lead and scale large teams (100+ members) with measurable impact.
Strong technical grounding in AI/ML, data annotation, and multimodal systems.

Track record of driving high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Certifications in Databricks (e.g., Data Engineer Associate) or Snowflake (e.g., SnowPro Core) are a plus.

HG Insights delivers the world's most powerful technology intelligence for B2B go-to-market teams. Our platform helps customers identify high-value accounts, optimize territory coverage, and prioritize prospects based on real tech spend, install base, and intent signals. We don't guess; our customers win by using real data.
Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager II on the Growth team, you'll own a portfolio of accounts and serve as the primary relationship, strategic advisor, and accountability partner for each customer. You're not a ticket-taker or a check-in coordinator. You're the person who helps customers connect HG's data to real GTM outcomes: better targeting, more pipeline, stronger territory coverage.
This role requires deep GTM domain fluency. You need to speak the language of sales ops, demand gen, and revenue leadership. Not just understand it conceptually, but use it to build trust quickly and deliver meaningful guidance. You'll navigate renewals, escalations, and difficult conversations with confidence, and you'll proactively surface expansion opportunities before anyone asks.
Every employee is expected to approach AI as a strategic collaborator that can 10x individual output, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new ways to solve problems. Whether you're optimizing workflows, analyzing data, drafting communications, or supporting customers, AI should be your first instinct, not your last resort.
Responsibilities
Customer Success and Value Realization
Own onboarding for new accounts, driving customers through key milestones and ensuring early value is realized and documented.
Build and maintain value realization plans tied to each customer's GTM objectives, with measurable KPIs and a clear link between platform usage and business outcomes.
Conduct regular working sessions (1:1 and 1:many) with customer stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Ops to review progress, surface new use cases, and deepen adoption.
Track platform engagement weekly, identify usage gaps, and proactively intervene before disengagement becomes a risk.
Account Health and Risk Management
Maintain a clear, up-to-date picture of account health across your entire book, leveraging signals from platform usage, support tickets, Slack activity, and stakeholder sentiment.
Own weekly pulse checks for all active opportunities, documenting sentiment trends and escalating risks with a clear diagnosis and mitigation plan.
Lead difficult conversations head-on: renewals with pricing pushback, executive escalations, and at-risk accounts where the relationship needs to be rebuilt. You don't avoid these; you run toward them.
Manage the full renewal motion for your accounts in close partnership with your AE, including negotiation support and executive alignment.
Strategic GTM Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor on how HG data integrates into customers' existing GTM workflows, including ICP definition, territory design, account scoring, ABM campaigns, and pipeline generation.
Coach customers on operationalizing HG data in tools like Salesforce, 6sense, or Outreach. You don't need to admin these systems, but you must speak the language fluently.
Deliver executive-ready insights that connect platform usage to commercial outcomes, and present to senior stakeholders confidently.
Expansion and Cross-Functional Orchestration
Proactively identify whitespace and expansion opportunities within your book by understanding the customer's full GTM footprint, not just the current contract scope.
Collaborate with AEs to build a shared account strategy, acting as the customer's internal advocate.
Loop in Product, Solutions, and Data Science teams when customer initiatives require it, and follow through to make sure those commitments are met.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Traits
GTM domain fluency. You have genuine experience in B2B go-to-market. You understand how revenue teams are built, how they use data, and what "good" looks like across demand gen, sales ops, and account-based strategy. Without this, ramp time is too long.
Strategic orientation. You find ways to help customers succeed rather than waiting to be asked. You come to meetings with a point of view, not just an agenda.
Persistence. You don't accept "no" and move on. You dig deeper, find another angle, and come back with something better. You're tenacious without being pushy.
Comfort with hard conversations. Renewals with budget pressure, executive escalations, at-risk accounts: these don't rattle you. You handle them with composure and directness.
Execution discipline. You're reliable. You don't let situations stall. You track your own commitments, ask for help when you need it, and follow through.
Interpersonal range. You build trust with technical operators and C-suite executives alike. You read the room and adjust your style accordingly.
Adaptability. You're energized by change, not drained by it. As the team and product evolve, you evolve with them.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years in a Customer Success, account management, or GTM advisory role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting customers with go-to-market strategy, including topics like ICP definition, account prioritization, territory coverage, or pipeline generation.
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach, or similar GTM systems (workflow awareness required; configuration not required).
Proven ability to manage a book of business through renewals, expansion conversations, and at-risk situations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can build a brief, lead an executive meeting, and send a tight follow-up email, all in the same day.
Demonstrated head-first adoption of AI tools in day-to-day work.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a data intelligence, ABM, or intent data category.
Background supporting Revenue Ops or demand generation teams as part of your CS work.
Exposure to CS platforms such as Vitally, Gainsight, or Totango.
What Success Looks Like
Your customers treat you like a strategic advisor. They bring you into budget conversations, planning cycles, and cross-functional initiatives.
Your book is healthy: usage is up, pulse checks reflect genuine engagement, and you can articulate the business value each account is realizing.
You identify renewal risks and expansion opportunities before your AE does.
You've delivered documented value plans for 100% of your accounts, tied to measurable GTM outcomes: pipeline acceleration, coverage improvement, CAC reduction, or segment lift.
Difficult conversations happened on your watch, and you owned them, recovered where possible, and learned from the ones you didn't.
