The Role
We are looking for an Salesforce Developer to deliver various projects across the Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for taking requirements from our Product Development team and leading the design and development of both changes to existing features and new features in the Salesforce environment involving Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other integrations.
You will develop custom applications, Apex and web components, to implement scalable solutions in collaboration with other Salesforce administrators and development teams across the Pico organisation.
You will participate in sprint planning and estimation, and daily scrum meetings to report progress and resolve any issues. You will ensure high quality delivery with automated unit tests and manual integration testing in our UAT environment.

PICO is expanding its test engineering team which is responsible for ensuring the quality of its high performance, real-time market data, order entry, and trading application products. This team delivers innovative, automated testing solutions to verify the accuracy, performance, functionality, stress, resilience, and use case validation of the company’s products.
Working from our Krakow office, you will be working in a team that is passionate about quality. As a part of our agile teams, you will be responsible for functional testing and automating tests, using an in-house automation test framework, to ensure our industry's leading product is high quality.

The successful applicant will have 2+ years of test engineering experience, preferably dealing with enterprise products based on Linux and scripting languages. THE ROLE - Senior Full Stack Engineer
This is a great opportunity to work in a small close-knit team, collaborating with other teams, on a world class analytics platform, to deliver new updates, visualisations, and integrations in a responsive and agile environment.
You will be exposed to the full product lifecycle, designing, developing, and testing new features for our product, features that involve both server side and front-end development as well as integrations with Pico, or 3rd Party APIs over REST or SOAP. Past collaborations with other teams have included working with our Data Science team to deliver cutting-edge Machine Learning based features to customers.
Our front-end stack is built up using Web Components and Angular, backend integrations with Python and Java, in a modular implementation environment, to enable making immediate and meaningful additions to the feature set of the product.
