Position Overview:
The Account Executive/Strategic Account Executive - PBA Services is responsible for managing the planning, execution, growth & retention and client satisfaction of assigned clients in the Pharmacy Benefit Administration (PBA) market segment including Health Plans, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and other Platform services. Additionally, this position will lead and collaborate through the broader Account Management team and with internal Capital Rx teams/departments as the client voice and advocate to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and to achieve client priorities and contractual obligations.
This position acts as the quarterback and leader of the broader Account Management team who are aligned in support of our clients. This position reports to the Senior Account Executive/Senior Director, PBA Client Services.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide oversight and direction to the broader Account Management team with a focus on member and client satisfaction, trend management, client growth & retention, and regulatory compliance to meet client specific objectives, client priorities and service model deliverables
Lead and develop the client relationship strategy and the strategic business planning process across the clients in your portfolio while incorporating other internal staff where and when needed to build and foster relationships with influencers and decision makers.
Maintain thorough knowledge and tracking of contractual obligations on assigned book of business, including financials, performance guarantees, terms, and reporting/compliance
Manage and facilitate the Account renewal and contracting process with a focus on client retention and the client financial/PNL management
Serve as the relationship lead on assigned book of business, incorporating other internal staff where and when needed to the relationship; build and foster relationships with influencers and decision makers at the client
Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our business, including products and services to field questions from the client side and to answer timely & accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings and solutions, aligning with Health Plan/TPA Account needs and market demands - assemble internal resources to overcomes challenges.
Analyze and interpret current pharmacy and healthcare trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to inform strategic decisions, provide proactive recommendations for plan management and enhance the company's positioning within the PBA Services segment
Lead, coach and support the Account Team on the effective positioning of the Capital Rx value proposition, our suite of Capital Rx Products and Solutions and JUDI capabilities available to our PBA clients
Partner with our Business Development, Underwriting Teams & Senior Account Executives to support our PBA Account level growth and retention efforts by providing with Capital Rx sales support and market differentiator positioning, including RFP support, Broker/Consultant engagement and Best & Final support for prospective, existing and new and client business development needs
Provide ongoing direction, coordination and coaching to the broader Account Team to align the Account Team understanding of the assigned client(s) business lines, strategies, key stakeholders & decision makers and priorities
Serve as the content expert for Health Plan/TPA clients & opportunities
Identify and help contribute to process improvement efforts
Be accountable & own the client end-to end, inclusive of service model deliverables, contractual negotiations, client escalations and PNL management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in health administration, business, or relevant professional experience. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution is a plus
Relevant professional experience for at least five (5) years in pharmacy – working within a health plan, managed care, or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) focused on Health Plans and Payer Commercial (Insured, Self-Funded, Exchange) and Government Program (Medicare & Medicaid) business lines. Health plan industry experience highly preferred
Market and operational knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid and Health Exchange pharmacy is required along with experience in supporting highly regulated business lines
Track record of building trust in internal and external relationships
Solution-focused problem solving and client positioning skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with and influence peers in a team effort; leading cross-functional initiatives, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables while building strong internal relationships
A decisive individual with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus and detail-oriented perspective
Flexible, highly organized, and able to shift priorities easily and work independently to meet deadlines

5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements specifically within the Energy sector (Utilities, Oil & Gas, and/or Renewables). Deep understanding of business processes native to the Energy sector (such as Asset Management, Field Services, Supply Chain, Capital Projects, or Trading) with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific, impactful AI use cases.
Expertise in generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning used to build high-impact use cases (e.g., automated processing of engineering documents, regulatory filings, or intelligent diagnostic chatbots).
Solid knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) as well as data engineering tools and technologies relevant to handling large-scale industrial data.
Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including C-level executives and operational leaders), whether leading technical whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos.

This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a professional to bridge the gap between Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations. As the Workforce Insights Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor to the Director of Recruiting Operations on the feasibility, health and execution of our global hiring plan. You will move the organization from reactive headcount tracking to a predictive, data-driven model that ensures our recruiting capacity is always aligned with our business needs.

Predictive Forecasting: Lead the development of hiring forecasts. You will provide the Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) with the data and insights needed to advise Business Unit leaders on when to activate roles, when to defer hiring and how to reallocate capacity.
Capacity Governance: Establish and maintain the standards for recruiting bandwidth. You will identify when business demand exceeds recruiter or interviewer capacity and provide the impact analysis used for trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits into the recruiting lifecycle. You will identify specific friction points; such as late-stage requirement changes, interviewer misalignment or funnel drop-offs and quantify their impact on total hiring velocity.
Productivity Modeling: Analyze activation dates and historical time-to-fill data to provide high-accuracy projections for start dates, enabling Finance to more accurately develop forecasts and resource allocation.
Operational Advisory: Act as an internal consultant on hiring efficiency and resource allocation. When data indicates a decline in productivity, you will diagnose the cause and propose specific structural or process improvements to restore velocity. Customs Compliance Projects
Support Reachdesk’s customs compliance work across import/export activity, customs documentation, product classification, valuation, country of origin, duties, and related operational controls.
Review existing customs processes and help design, improve, and document scalable compliance procedures.
Partner with internal teams and external logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, and 3PLs to support compliant shipment flows and customs clearance.
Help investigate and resolve customs issues such as holds, clearance delays, documentation gaps, or shipment exceptions.
Assist with compliance for restricted items, sanctions-related considerations, and broader cross-border trade requirements where relevant.
Identify compliance risks within current and proposed operating models, and recommend practical mitigations.
Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Operations, Logistics, Marketplace, Product, Legal, and Finance to embed customs compliance into day-to-day processes and project decisions.
Support project work connected to new shipping lanes, markets, warehouse flows, sourcing models, or operational changes.
Help create and maintain internal documentation, including SOPs, guidance notes, controls, process maps, and audit-ready records.
Provide clear, practical guidance to internal stakeholders on customs-related requirements and best practices.
Data, Controls, and Documentation
Support the maintenance and improvement of key customs-related data, including product classifications, origin information, shipment documentation standards, and related compliance records.
Help assess whether tools, automation, or systems changes could improve customs compliance workflows and reporting.
Assist with audit preparation, evidence gathering, remediation tracking, and general compliance project management where needed.
Significant experience in customs compliance, global trade compliance, import/export compliance, or a closely related cross-border trade role.
Strong working knowledge of customs requirements, import/export controls, HS classification, valuation, duties, origin, and international shipment documentation.
Experience working with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs, or other logistics partners.
Comfortable operating in a project-based role where priorities may evolve and where you are expected to work independently.
Able to spot risks, solve problems pragmatically, and balance compliance requirements with commercial and operational realities.
Strong documentation and process-design skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear and workable procedures.
Confident working cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, product, and external partners.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, supply chain, fulfilment, or other high-volume cross-border environments is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with VAT or indirect tax concepts is helpful, but this role is primarily focused on customs compliance projects.

Job Summary
The Contracts Manager is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and administering contracts entered into by JRM, with a primary focus on owner/client contracts for construction and construction management projects. This role will work closely with Legal, Operations, Estimating, Risk Management, and project leadership to ensure that contractual risk is appropriately identified, negotiated, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has substantial experience with construction contracts, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of complex agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
