The Role
As a core member of the marketing team at Eulerity, you'll own both the narrative and the execution of our growth strategy — spanning thought leadership at the top of the funnel through to the operational mechanics of demand generation. Role Summary: The Associate Director of Digital Marketing Client Success will direct and oversee part of the Customer Success Team that acts as the primary point of contact between Eulerity and our mid-market clients. 4+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience, with a proven track record of managing mid-market clients
2+ years managing a team required
Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including paid advertising, organic social media, online reputation management, and directory listings
Strong Plus: Direct experience working with multi-location clients, franchise models, or distributed networks
Must be able to commute to the office at least twice per week
Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Very organized with a keen attention to detail
