The Position

The Finance & Investing Analyst will play an integral part in deploying capital commitments from Arevon’s institutional investors and optimizing the capital structure for that equity deployment through tax equity and debt project financings. The Analyst will be responsible for managing the financial modeling, due diligence, and market research for infrastructure asset acquisitions, company acquisitions or investments, and project financing transactions. This role spans across the Investment and Project Finance teams, providing support and analysis to optimize everything from new and existing investments to high level company economics.  

This position will collaborate with other teams throughout Arevon to develop and understand development, construction and operating assumptions for both new investment opportunities, as well as portfolio assets. The position directly supports the growth of the company by screening new investment opportunities and analyzing investment strategies for the business. The Analyst will also work to support the growth of the company by screening and underwriting new buyside investment opportunities and working with the Origination team to price and submit offtake opportunities on development-stage projects. This job will be located in Arevon’s office in New York, NY. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and manage financial models analyzing the economics and risks associated with potential acquisitions, company investments, and project financing structures. 
• Support transactions across the Investment, Project Finance and Origination teams. 
• Review and help create investment memos detailing market analysis and returns sensitivities for potential project and portfolio acquisitions. Communicate results and recommendations to the management team. 
• Support third party capital raises, including debt, tax equity, refinancing's and project equity structures that allow the company to efficiently finance projects and optimize returns. 
• Collaborate across internal teams including Development & Construction, Engineering, and Asset Management to develop underwriting assumptions. 
• Manage due diligence and third-party consultant reports. Coordinate directly with external parties. 
• Support the growth of the development pipeline by working with the Origination team to determine competitive bid pricing based on project assumptions, capital structures and market dynamics. 
• Review purchase agreements, operating agreements, financing agreements, and offtake agreements and contract support negotiations. 

Required Qualifications 

• At a minimum, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Math or Engineering. 
• 1-3 Years’ experience in the Renewable Energy Industry, Utilities Sector or Banking. 
• Demonstrated financial acumen and experience developing and building complex financial models using Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Model Ownership & Valuation

• Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of the Arevon Corporate Model, ensuring accuracy, consistency, auditability, and scalability.
• Work closely with the Vice President of Investments & Corporate Finance to deliver quarterly valuation updates and analysis to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
• Manage model enhancements and clearly communicate drivers of valuation and return impacts.

Required Qualifications

The Position

Arevon is recruiting for the position of SCADA Supervisor, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in renewable energy, one of the most important industries for the 21st century.  

The SCADA Supervisor will lead the team in supporting the diverse array of SCADA systems used by Arevon’s operating fleet of photovoltaic (PV) solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.  Arevon’s SCADA team also supports the development, design, construction, and commissioning of new projects which are joining Arevon’s existing fleet of standalone PV, standalone BESS, co-located, and hybrid renewable energy projects.  The SCADA Supervisor will interface with and coordinate the activities of all SCADA vendors from the beginning to the end of each project’s lifecycle.  Additionally, the SCADA Supervisor will work closely with other teams internal to Arevon, including Operations, Energy Markets, and Regulatory Compliance to maximize project availability.

The Power Markets Modeler will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining Arevon’s short-term production cost modeling tools. This includes using Dayzer and Tranzer to forecast nodal prices across all ISOs and assess the impacts of grid changes on Arevon’s operating fleet. The candidate is expected to work closely and collaboratively with internal teams to develop grid and market scenarios to assess outcomes across a broad range of sensitivities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the short-term Production Cost Models with market and in-house views.
• Oversee the daily backcast process ensuring appropriate weather and fuel inputs and integrating internal feedback on outages and topology.
• Work with Market Operations and Origination teams to integrate in-house market-specific views.

The Position

The Senior Risk Analyst, Risk and Insurance will report to the Sr. Director, Risk and Insurance and is responsible for supporting all aspects of Arevon’s corporate insurance programs. Responsibilities will include the compilation of underwriting information to support coverage placement, assisting in the administration of insurance policies, certificates, claims, contract review, and analysis to support loss mitigation. The position is full-time and is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The role will require occasional travel in the U.S. for site visits, meetings, or participation in risk assessments.

• Assist in the management of insurance policies and certificates. Ensure accuracy of all documentation. Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the claims process (reporting, tracking, and analysis), including prompt notification of incidents, compiling necessary documentation, and maintaining communication with all relevant parties.
• Review and implement contractual insurance requirements to support the company’s operations, construction, development, and financing activities with the support of our insurance broker.

Required Work Experience

Technical Skills

The Position

This position will report directly to the project Site Manager in Rosamond, CA. The Field Technician will be responsible for assigned aspects of the maintenance and operation of utility scale PV power plant. Duties include monitoring PV Plant operation through SCADA, commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying AC and DC solar PV systems, including inverters, PV module arrays, transformers, switchgear, trackers, and metering systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for the supervision of contractors to ensure safe, high quality and timely performance of maintenance activities in the field.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of direct experience as a PV solar technician or 6 years' experience in a non-solar electrical maintenance role.  
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver license with acceptable MVR history.

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors.

The Position

The Analyst, Procurement Contracts is a supporting member of the Arevon Procurement Team, assisting in the full contract lifecycle to help safeguard the company's commercial interests. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build foundational skills in contract management. The Analyst will support negotiations, execute meticulous document management protocols, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of a Senior Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Execution & Negotiation Support:

• Assist in the commercial negotiation of a wide range of agreements for PV + energy storage projects, including EPC, O&M, equipment supply, and master terms.
• Draft routine contracts, amendments, and change orders under the supervision of a Senior Contracts Manager.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal departments to facilitate reviews and obtain necessary approvals for contracts.
• Support the development and maintenance of various contract templates and forms.

1. Redline, Version Control & Document Management:

• Meticulously execute and enforce the company's redline and version control protocols throughout the contract negotiation lifecycle.
• Maintain the document control for all project contracts, amendments, warranties, and insurance certificates, ensuring all versions and redlines are accurately filed in the designated repository.
• Assist in generating clean and redlined versions of documents for internal and external review.

1. External & Internal Communication:

• Liaise with external counterparties as directed by a senior manager to facilitate the exchange of documents and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in maintaining a proactive feedback loop with internal business units to document issues for future contracting efforts.
• Help prepare clear summaries of contractual issues and negotiation progress for internal stakeholders.
• Support due diligence processes for project financing by organizing and providing contract information.

1. Procurement & Process Optimization:

• Provide administrative support to the procurement process, including organizing RFP documentation and other bidding materials.
• Support the generation of contract reporting metrics and participate in compliance auditing activities.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal processes and procedures to create efficient workflows.
• Support the management of contract obligations, renewals, expirations, and terminations.

Required Qualifications

Foundational Knowledge:

• A foundational understanding of the contract lifecycle and its key stages.
• Familiarity with common contract types and terminology used in the procurement of goods and services.
• An interest in the renewables and construction industries and a willingness to learn the business environment and key contracts.

Experience & Competencies:

• 1-3 years of experience in a contracts, paralegal, or administrative role, preferably in the construction or renewables sector.
• Demonstrated experience with redline and version control protocols using tools like Microsoft Word's "Track Changes."
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Adaptability, including a positive mindset plus an ability to discard what has been done, regardless of the effort involved, and quickly change direction.

The Position

This position will report directly to the project Site Manager in Grand Terrace, CA. The BESS Field Technician will be responsible for assigned aspects of the maintenance and operation of utility scale BESS ( Battery Energy Storage System) power plant. Duties include monitoring BESS Plant operation through SCADA, commissioning, testing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying AC and DC BESS systems, including inverters, transformers, switchgear, Sub-Station equipment and metering systems. Additionally, this position is responsible for the supervision of contractors to ensure safe, high quality and timely performance of maintenance activities in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment through strict adherence to company and client protocols, safety procedures and regulations. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and safe best practices (e.g. lock-out/tag-out compliance, JHA completion, and compliance with all company safety policies or procedures and work practices). 
• Attend, participate in and pass all assigned training in safety, environmental and other areas assigned.
• Understanding of electrical safety, local and national electrical codes and arc flash standards.
• Proficient understanding of Electrical schematics and electrical principles.
• Always maintain integrity and follow Arevon safety policies and procedures. 
• Perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems. 
• Perform onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting. 
• Carry out site root analysis and apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and recurring faults. 
• Investigate technical failures and prepare formal technical reports. 
• Collaborate with internal Arevon teams to collect and produce data for various agencies that require reporting documents (NERC, EPA, OSHA, etc.). 
• Ability to create and follow operating, switching, maintenance, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Proficient understanding of Electrical schematics and electrical principles.
• Ability to perform testing, switching and troubleshooting of low, medium, and high voltage equipment, including transformers, breakers, relays, contactors, motors, batteries and inverters to name a few.
• Capable of retrieving relay files and submitting to engineering for review.
• Assist with writing and enforcing work and equipment testing instructions and procedures, including normal and maintenance operating procedures.
• Ensure CMMS work orders are complete in their entirety. Prepare documents necessary for procurement and utilization of materials and vendor services.
• Perform testing using Power Quality Meters, Insulation Resistance Testers, Multimeters, and other equipment, as needed.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, and stock levels of all materials on the sites.
• Proven computer skills in a Windows environment (Microsoft Office Products) are required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Self-directed and accountable, able to think critically about processes and issues.
• Communicate cross-functionally across all necessary parts of the organization to achieve resolution to plant issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of direct experience as a BESS technician or PV solar technician or 6 years' experience in a non-solar electrical maintenance role.  
• Excellent writing and verbal skills.
• Valid U.S. Driver license with acceptable MVR history.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers and vendors.  
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel/composite toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective jacket or apron and arm guards).
• Will sit, stand, or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift.
• Will lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
