Key Responsibilities

• Assist in land acquisition and greenfield efforts by populating legal instruments, reviewing deeds, corporate documents, and legal descriptions before site control execution.
• Coordinate between development teams and outside stakeholders for surface and sub-surface title orders and intake.
• Manage physical and digital systems for real estate document retention and work directly with company’s Document Control Manager to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support in company migration to a land management system.
• Abstract real estate instruments for internal land management systems.  
• Manage the execution and recording of real estate instruments and the related processes.
• Perform detailed review title reports and underlying real estate documents and prepare real estate risk assessments.
• Develop and implement process improvements in line with company objectives.
• Support in project curative efforts.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience with a law firm, title company, or developer.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidence across the company.
• Ability to work as an integrated part of a team in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and the desire for continuous process improvement.
• A bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), or comparable education, training, and experience is required. A law degree or paralegal certificate is not required if candidate can demonstrate relevant real estate development experience.

The Position 

As an early member of our development team, you will have a hand in both defining and implementing the projects you take on. Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with the architectural design and implementation of product features based on business requirements provided by internal teams. 
• Design intuitive user interfaces for our data-intensive products with a focus on providing a clean and friendly user experience. 
• Flex up and down the stack, from database optimization and schema design to frontend UI design. 
• Maintain existing application cloud infrastructure and help to improve resiliency and efficiency. 
• Partner with data science teams to deploy and monitor predictive models. 
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, including testing. 
• Develop and uphold best practices, coding standards, and development processes for the team. 

Required Qualifications 

• You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Software Developer 
• You are willing to explore problems and solve them yourself — as part of a small team, self-sufficient problem solving is critical. 
• Feel comfortable expressing your opinions and suggesting solutions to any problems you identify. 
• You place a strong emphasis on implementing features correctly vs quickly, and minimizing technical debt.

The Position

The Senior Risk Analyst, Risk and Insurance will report to the Sr. Director, Risk and Insurance and is responsible for supporting all aspects of Arevon’s corporate insurance programs. Responsibilities will include the compilation of underwriting information to support coverage placement, assisting in the administration of insurance policies, certificates, claims, contract review, and analysis to support loss mitigation. The position is full-time and is based in our Scottsdale, AZ office. The role will require occasional travel in the U.S. for site visits, meetings, or participation in risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of insurance policies and certificates. Ensure accuracy of all documentation. Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the claims process (reporting, tracking, and analysis), including prompt notification of incidents, compiling necessary documentation, and maintaining communication with all relevant parties.
• Review and implement contractual insurance requirements to support the company’s operations, construction, development, and financing activities with the support of our insurance broker.
• Coordinate risk analyses and loss control services with internal departments, and external parties including insurance carriers, brokers, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain insurance budget and administration of invoices.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Sr. Director, Risk and Insurance, and engage in additional support as may be required. Clearly communicate findings, concerns, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Required Qualifications

Educational Experience

• Undergraduate degree with a focus in business, finance, insurance, risk management, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

Required Work Experience

• Candidates should have at least 3 or more years of risk management experience in either brokerage, risk management, or underwriting industry.
• Understanding of fundamental insurance terms and ability to apply that knowledge to company exposures.

Technical Skills

• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with an emphasis on using PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate messaging to all levels of management, and Excel to analyze complex data.
• Experience in data analytics or risk modeling tools is a plus.

Additional Skills

• CPCU / ARM designation is a plus.
• Experience in the power generation or energy industry is a plus.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The Position

Arevon is recruiting for the position of SCADA Supervisor, an outstanding opportunity for individuals seeking an exciting, high-growth work environment in renewable energy, one of the most important industries for the 21st century.  

The SCADA Supervisor will lead the team in supporting the diverse array of SCADA systems used by Arevon’s operating fleet of photovoltaic (PV) solar and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.  Arevon’s SCADA team also supports the development, design, construction, and commissioning of new projects which are joining Arevon’s existing fleet of standalone PV, standalone BESS, co-located, and hybrid renewable energy projects.  The SCADA Supervisor will interface with and coordinate the activities of all SCADA vendors from the beginning to the end of each project’s lifecycle.  Additionally, the SCADA Supervisor will work closely with other teams internal to Arevon, including Operations, Energy Markets, and Regulatory Compliance to maximize project availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SCADA team on a day to day basis and provide guidance and prioritization to team members.
• Develop and maintain exhibits for standardizing SCADA and control requirements for PV and BESS projects.
• Perform technical due diligence towards upcoming technologies in energy storage and plant control systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SCADA issues.
• Assist in management of requirements from energy regulatory organizations (CAISO, FERC, NERC etc.)
• Assist in managing site acceptance testing for projects.
• Assist in managing the deliverables related to SCADA and plant communications outlined within the project interconnection agreements, CAISO New Resource Implementation Process, etc.
• Be able to demonstrate understanding of high voltage electrical system operations.
• Communicate with the Operations team and third-party O&M providers to evaluate real-time plant telemetry and control issues.
• Collaborate with SCADA vendors and associated parties for projects towards SCADA design, implementation, and testing.
• Assist in the development of turn-key EPC technical documents and support enforcement of the contract for the project duration.

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university or a similar level of technical training and education.
• At least 5 years of renewable energy SCADA experience.
• Strong working knowledge of medium and high voltage electrical systems as they relate to utility scale solar plants and battery energy storage systems.
• Experience in dealing with control systems and communication infrastructures related to automation.
• Prior understanding of operation of hybrid generating assets (i.e., PV + BESS).
• Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical explanations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

This position reports to the Deputy General Counsel, and will ideally be based in Scottsdale, Arizona (with a hybrid in-office policy), but remote candidates will also be considered (other than residents of California or New York).

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage:
• Engineering, procurement and construction agreements
• Equipment supply and other procurement-related agreements
• Operations and maintenance agreements
• Master services agreements, and other services agreements in connection with the development, construction, and operation of renewable energy power plants
• Non-disclosure agreements
• Advise management on business transactions involving customers, contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Proactively manage both upstream and downstream risk across multiple contracts and projects.

Required Qualifications

• Juris doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one United States jurisdiction.
• A minimum of two years of legal experience is required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts such as engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, capital equipment procurement agreements, or power purchase agreements.
• Demonstrate sound oral and written communication skills, sound judgment, and an ability to fulfill leadership responsibilities assigned; an ownership approach to projects and tasks is critical.
• Strong understanding of the laws in areas of expertise and proficient in their interpretation and application.
• Experience managing commercial disputes.
• Possess effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to handle heavy workload, critical time constraints, multiple project responsibilities and continually changing priorities.

The Position

The Analyst, Procurement Contracts is a supporting member of the Arevon Procurement Team, assisting in the full contract lifecycle to help safeguard the company's commercial interests. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to build foundational skills in contract management. The Analyst will support negotiations, execute meticulous document management protocols, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders under the guidance of a Senior Contracts Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Execution & Negotiation Support:

• Assist in the commercial negotiation of a wide range of agreements for PV + energy storage projects, including EPC, O&M, equipment supply, and master terms.
• Draft routine contracts, amendments, and change orders under the supervision of a Senior Contracts Manager.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and other internal departments to facilitate reviews and obtain necessary approvals for contracts.
• Support the development and maintenance of various contract templates and forms.

1. Redline, Version Control & Document Management:

• Meticulously execute and enforce the company's redline and version control protocols throughout the contract negotiation lifecycle.
• Maintain the document control for all project contracts, amendments, warranties, and insurance certificates, ensuring all versions and redlines are accurately filed in the designated repository.
• Assist in generating clean and redlined versions of documents for internal and external review.

1. External & Internal Communication:

• Liaise with external counterparties as directed by a senior manager to facilitate the exchange of documents and follow up on outstanding items.
• Assist in maintaining a proactive feedback loop with internal business units to document issues for future contracting efforts.
• Help prepare clear summaries of contractual issues and negotiation progress for internal stakeholders.
• Support due diligence processes for project financing by organizing and providing contract information.

1. Procurement & Process Optimization:

• Provide administrative support to the procurement process, including organizing RFP documentation and other bidding materials.

Required Qualifications

Foundational Knowledge:

Experience & Competencies:
