Role Overview
The ServiceNow Engagement Manager leads client-facing implementations and drives successful delivery across ServiceNow ITOM / ITSM environments. This role combines end-to-end engagement ownership with pre-sales support, including solutioning, scoping, and proposal development. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who can translate business needs into effective solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Assist direct Manager in overseeing and leading clinical data abstractors and related operations. QUALIFICATIONS:

Clinical Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in clinical data abstraction and medical records review, preferably in cancer, women’s health, rare diseases.

We're looking for an Engineering Manager I to lead one of our autonomous feature squads. You'll own the day-to-day engineering leadership of a cross-functional team (1 PM, 1 Designer, 4–5 engineers) responsible for a meaningful area of the Shopmonkey platform. Our platform is built on two primary monorepos (backend and frontend) using TypeScript throughout. In the United States the range is typically $140,000 to $165,000 with bonus + equity + benefits. The range provided is Shopmonkey’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. You must be able to draw a straight line between an AI-driven product decision and its direct implication on recurring revenue and LTV.
Product-Led Growth Strategy
Lead the strategy and execution for Rocket Copilot by identifying "magic moments" where AI can proactively surface value to a user. You will use a mix of quantitative data and qualitative customer empathy to ensure our AI portfolio isn't just a collection of features, but a cohesive engine that guides users from their first "Aha!" moment to long-term, habitual usage. Role Description
As our Technical Program Manager, Outside Plant (OSP) Construction, you will work on cross-product and cross-functional initiatives, partnering closely with a variety of stakeholders to plan, deploy, and deliver OSP Forward Build projects, new technologies to local markets and surrounding communities.
