The Role
We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner to run GTM recruiting at MaintainX. This role sits on the Talent Acquisition team, owning hiring across Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and revenue-adjacent functions. Our GTM org is rated in the top 5% of B2B sales teams on RepVue, with 4.2/5 inbound quality and 104% attainment, and our quota carriers are landing seven-figure ARR deals against Fortune 500 buyers. The bar is high; the closes are real; the room for elite sellers to compound is significant. Your job is to keep that engine fed.
What You'll Do
- Own 10–15 active GTM requisitions at a time across Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and RevOps. Move candidates through stages with 48-hour SLAs and present a calibrated shortlist to every hiring manager within two weeks of intake.
- Source and engage senior sales talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, RepVue, direct outreach, referrals, and events. Build pipelines on always-on roles (AE, AM, CS) before reqs are even opened so we never start a cycle from zero.
- Run structured intake meetings with sales leaders and RevOps. Sharpen role scope, level, territory carve, ramp expectations, and OTE math before the first candidate is touched.
- Calibrate on quota attainment as the leading signal. Read W-2s, ramp curves, and stack rankings the way our hiring managers do. Underwrite risk on every senior offer the way a deal review reads a forecast.
- Maintain a data-driven pipeline review in partnership with revenue leadership. Track pass-through rates, stage conversion, sourcing yield, and offer accept rates on a weekly cadence.
- Configure and own your req portfolio in Ashby: job setup, interview plans, scorecard design, and stage automation. Hands-on-keyboard, not delegated.
- Own the deal-review and presentation interview objects for sales hires. Calibrate the rubric, train the panel, and make sure the selling motion we hire for is the selling motion we run.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting, with meaningful depth on senior sellers (AEs, AMs, Sales Managers, Sales Directors).
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company ($100M+ ARR or Series C+) where you've recruited against an aggressive plan.
- Hands-on ATS expertise, ideally Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, including job configuration, scorecard design, and pipeline reporting.
- Proven track record closing senior revenue talent in competitive markets, including head-to-head against other late-stage SaaS offers.
- Fluency in sales economics. You can read OTE structures, accelerators, ramp schedules, and quota attainment data, and you can hold your own with a CRO on a comp conversation.
- Data-driven operating style. You run your pipeline from a dashboard, not a gut feeling.
- Ability to manage 10+ concurrent searches without letting candidates go cold.

The Role:
We're hiring a Talent Operations Manager to build and lead the operational engine behind how MaintainX hires. This is a people management role: you'll lead a team of recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and specialists while owning the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that powers 400+ hires per year.
You'll report to the VP of Talent and partner closely with Talent Partners, People Ops, Engineering, and Finance. This isn't a support function. You're building the operating system for a $2.5B company's talent machine.
What you’ll do:
People Leadership The most important part of this role you're building a team, not just systems.
- Lead 4–5 direct reports (recruiting coordinators, sourcers, ops specialists) across EPD, GTM, and G&A, growing with the company
- Set clear expectations, run 1:1s, deliver direct feedback, and build development plans for every team member
- Elevate the team beyond scheduling into true ops: data analysis, process optimization, systems ownership, and candidate experience
- Own hiring and performance management who to hire, develop, or move on
- Build career paths that retain strong coordinators and sourcers within MaintainX
- Foster a culture of speed, accuracy, and candidate obsession
Talent Operations Strategy & Execution
- Own the ATS (Ashby, migrating from Greenhouse in April 2026) workflows, automations, approval chains, and reporting
- Build real-time analytics dashboards for pipeline health, funnel conversion, time-in-stage, and capacity
- Drive process discipline: 48-hr stage movement, 24-hr interview feedback, structured debriefs define the standards and enforce them
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling
- Identify and eliminate manual steps through automation; ensure data integrity and compliance across all systems
Tools & Systems Ownership
- Ashby: Own configuration, workflows, reporting, integrations, and team adoption
- Assessment tools: Partner with engineering on HackerRank/CodeSignal integration into Ashby
- Sourcing stack: Manage Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and emerging AI tools; drive adoption and measure ROI
- Interview intelligence: Evaluate and roll out Brighthire for recording and notetaking
- Cross-functional: Ensure talent systems integrate with IT, Security, and People Ops; maintain compliance
About You:
- 5+ years in talent operations or recruiting operations, with at least 2 years managing a team of coordinators, sourcers, or specialists.
- You've built or significantly improved talent operations at a high-growth tech company (Series C+ or 200+ employees).
- Deep expertise with a modern ATS. Ashby experience is a strong plus. Greenhouse migration experience is relevant.
- Comfortable with data: you build dashboards, define KPIs, and use metrics to drive decisions, not just report on them.
- You've managed recruiting coordinators before and know how to develop them into strong operations professionals.
- You move fast, communicate directly, and don't wait for permission to fix something that's broken.
- Builder mindset: you'd rather create something from scratch than tweak something that doesn't work.
Even Better if You:
- Experience with Ashby specifically, including workflow automation, custom reports, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with capacity modeling and recruiter workload analysis.
- You've led an ATS migration end-to-end (scoping, data migration, template rebuild, training, adoption tracking).
- Experience with technical assessment tools (CodeSignal, HackerRank) and their ATS integrations.
- SQL or BI tool experience for building custom analytics beyond what the ATS provides.

The role
We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Talent for Revenue to lead the recruiting function behind our entire go-to-market motion — from lead generation through post-sales. This is a manager-of-managers role. You'll lead a team of Talent Partners, set the Revenue hiring strategy with our EVP Sales and his leaders, and own the function's outcomes. You will not carry a personal req load. Your job is to make every recruiter on your team great, every search predictable, and every hiring manager partnership tight.
You'll report directly to the VP Talent and partner closely with the EVP Sales and his leadership team across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Partnerships — covering the US, Canada, the UK, EMEA, and LATAM.
What you'll do
- Lead the Revenue talent team. Manage a team of Talent Partners (manager-track and IC) covering Sales, SDR/XDR, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Partnerships. Hire, coach, and level up the team. Run a development cadence that turns strong ICs into senior recruiters.
- Own the full Revenue hiring plan. Translate the EVP Sales's plan into a sourcing strategy, capacity model, and weekly pipeline — across AEs, ADs, ISRs, SDRs, XDRs, CS, AM, SE, Pro Services, and Partnerships. Allocate reqs across the team. Reforecast every time the plan changes — and on a Revenue team, the plan changes.
- Run the operating cadence with Revenue leadership. Stand up weekly pipeline reviews with the CRO and his direct reports. Deliver clean dashboards on funnel health, time-to-fill, ramp readiness, and offer acceptance. Surface bottlenecks early and own the fix.
- Build the international hiring engine. Partner with the CRO and People Ops on EMEA and LATAM expansion — entity setup, comp localization, and recruiter coverage by region. Make sure a hire in London, São Paulo, or Madrid runs as cleanly as one in Raleigh.
- Drive interview quality and bar discipline. Own the structure of Revenue interview loops — discovery sims, deal-cycle case studies, role-plays, and exec panels. Calibrate interviewers, enforce scorecard discipline, run the debrief standard. When the bar slips, you call it.
- Reduce reliance on contingency agencies. Build the internal team capacity, sourcing tooling, and pipeline depth that compresses time-to-hire on tier 2/3 Revenue roles. Reserve agency partnerships for retained search where it's actually the right tool.
- Own your numbers. This team runs on data. You'll own team-level and function-level metrics: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, sourcing response rates, screen-to-onsite conversion, ramp readiness, and recruiter productivity. You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity.
What you bring
- 8+ years in Revenue / GTM recruiting, with at least 3 years leading a team of recruiters at a high-growth SaaS company.
- Demonstrated track record of building Revenue pipelines across the full GTM stack — SDR/BDR, AE (SMB through Enterprise), CS/AM, SE, and Sales leadership.
- Experience hiring internationally — UK and EMEA at minimum; LATAM is a strong plus. You understand the operational realities of entity setup, comp localization, and time-zone-distributed recruiting.
- Operator's instincts. You can pull your own pipeline reports, design a capacity model, and forecast hires by quarter without a separate ops partner.

Nous recherchons un(e) Partenaire principal(e) en acquisition de talents pour prendre en charge le recrutement complet dans les domaines de l'Ingénierie, du Produit et du Design. Il s'agit d'un rôle de contributeur individuel à haute performance — pas un rôle de joueur-entraîneur. Vous gérerez un portefeuille complet de postes techniques et produit, travaillerez directement avec les responsables ingénierie, les leaders produit et l'équipe design, et piloterez les recherches de l'ouverture du poste jusqu'à la clôture.
Vous relèverez du Responsable de l'équipe TA (EPD) et travaillerez aux côtés d'une équipe de Partenaires Talents et de Coordinateurs répartis entre San Francisco, Montréal et Toronto.
Vos responsabilités :
- Piloter l'intégralité du cycle de recrutement EPD. Gérer les recherches de bout en bout pour les ingénieurs logiciels, les responsables ingénierie, les chefs de produit et les designers produit. Vous êtes le responsable unique du processus, de la prise de brief jusqu'à l'acceptation de l'offre.
- Sourcer et conclure avec des talents techniques seniors. Construire des viviers de candidats pour des postes difficiles à pourvoir dans les domaines du backend, frontend, mobile, ML/IA, plateforme et infrastructure. Nous sommes en compétition avec les meilleures entreprises SaaS pour attirer les talents — et vous devez remporter ces batailles.
- Mettre en place des processus d'entretien structurés. Accompagner les candidats à travers des parcours techniques multi-étapes incluant la conception de systèmes, des évaluations de code (CodeSignal), des exercices à domicile et des panels exécutifs. Maintenir la dynamique avec chaque candidat.
- Être un conseiller stratégique pour les responsables du recrutement. Animer des briefs de calibration, définir des stratégies de recherche et présenter des bilans hebdomadaires du pipeline avec des données. Savoir s'opposer lorsque les critères sont revus à la baisse. Être propriétaire de la relation, pas seulement du processus.
- Maîtriser vos indicateurs. Cette équipe fonctionne à la donnée. Vous serez responsable de vos métriques : taux de réponse au sourcing, conversion entretien-présentiel, délai de recrutement, taux d'acceptation des offres. Vous serez évalué(e) sur les résultats, pas sur l'activité.
Ce que vous apportez :
- 6+ ans d'expérience en recrutement technique cycle complet, dont au moins 3 ans axés sur des postes d'ingénieurs logiciels dans des entreprises SaaS ou d'infrastructure en forte croissance.
- Bilan démontré dans la conclusion d'offres avec des ingénieurs seniors et de niveau staff dans des marchés compétitifs (SF, Toronto, Montréal sont nos marchés principaux).
- Solides compétences en sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub et approche directe. Vous construisez des viviers de zéro — les candidatures entrantes seules ne suffiront pas ici.
- Expérience dans la conduite de processus d'entretien structurés avec des grilles de calibration et des standards de débriefs.
- Aisance avec les données : vous savez extraire vos propres rapports de pipeline, calculer les taux de passage et présenter la santé de l'entonnoir à la direction.
- Expérience avec les plateformes ATS modernes (Ashby fortement préféré, Greenhouse/Lever acceptés).
- Forte préférence pour les candidat(e)s ayant recruté pour des postes en IA/ML, ingénierie de plateforme ou outils pour développeurs.

Le Poste :
Nous recrutons un Responsable des Opérations Talents pour construire et diriger le moteur opérationnel derrière la façon dont MaintainX embauche. Il s'agit d'un rôle de gestion des personnes : vous dirigerez une équipe de coordinateurs de recrutement, de sourceurs et de spécialistes, tout en gérant les systèmes, les processus et l'infrastructure de données qui alimentent plus de 400 embauches par an.
Vous serez rattaché(e) au VP Talent et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les Partenaires Talents, les Opérations RH, l'Ingénierie et la Finance. Ce n'est pas une fonction de support. Vous construisez le système d'exploitation de la machine à talents d'une entreprise valorisée à 2,5 milliards de dollars.
Ce que vous ferez :
Leadership des Personnes — La partie la plus importante de ce rôle : vous construisez une équipe, pas seulement des systèmes.
- Diriger 4 à 5 rapports directs (coordinateurs de recrutement, sourceurs, spécialistes des opérations) dans les domaines EPD, GTM et G&A, en évoluant avec l'entreprise
- Définir des attentes claires, animer des entretiens individuels, fournir des retours directs et établir des plans de développement pour chaque membre de l'équipe
- Élever l'équipe au-delà de la planification vers de véritables opérations : analyse de données, optimisation des processus, gestion des systèmes et expérience candidat
- Gérer le recrutement et la performance — qui embaucher, développer ou faire évoluer
- Construire des parcours de carrière pour fidéliser les coordinateurs et sourceurs performants au sein de MaintainX
- Favoriser une culture de rapidité, de rigueur et d'obsession du candidat
Stratégie et Exécution des Opérations Talents
- Gérer les workflows de l'ATS (Ashby, migration depuis Greenhouse en avril 2026), les automatisations, les chaînes d'approbation et les rapports
- Construire des tableaux de bord analytiques en temps réel pour la santé du pipeline, la conversion des entonnoirs, le temps par étape et la capacité
- Imposer la discipline des processus : mouvement d'étape en 48h, retour d'entretien en 24h, débriefings structurés — définir les standards et les faire respecter
- Collaborer avec la Finance sur la planification des effectifs, les prévisions et la modélisation des capacités
- Identifier et éliminer les étapes manuelles grâce à l'automatisation ; garantir l'intégrité des données et la conformité sur tous les systèmes
Gestion des Outils et Systèmes
- Ashby : Gérer la configuration, les workflows, les rapports, les intégrations et l'adoption par l'équipe
- Outils d'évaluation : Collaborer avec l'ingénierie sur l'intégration de HackerRank/CodeSignal dans Ashby
- Stack de sourcing : Gérer Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter et les outils d'IA émergents ; favoriser l'adoption et mesurer le ROI
- Intelligence des entretiens : Évaluer et déployer Brighthire pour l'enregistrement et la prise de notes
- Transversal : Assurer l'intégration des systèmes talents avec l'IT, la Sécurité et les Opérations RH ; maintenir la conformité
Votre Profil :
- 5 ans ou plus en opérations talents ou opérations de recrutement, avec au moins 2 ans de gestion d'une équipe de coordinateurs, sourceurs ou spécialistes
- Vous avez construit ou considérablement amélioré les opérations talents dans une entreprise tech à forte croissance (Série C+ ou 200+ employés)
- Expertise approfondie d'un ATS moderne. L'expérience avec Ashby est un atout majeur. L'expérience de migration depuis Greenhouse est pertinente
- À l'aise avec les données : vous construisez des tableaux de bord, définissez des KPIs et utilisez les métriques pour prendre des décisions, pas seulement pour les rapporter
- Vous avez déjà géré des coordinateurs de recrutement et savez les développer en professionnels des opérations solides
- Vous agissez rapidement, communiquez directement et n'attendez pas la permission pour corriger ce qui est cassé
- Esprit de constructeur : vous préférez créer quelque chose de zéro plutôt que de modifier quelque chose qui ne fonctionne pas
Encore Mieux Si Vous Avez :
- Une expérience spécifique avec Ashby, notamment l'automatisation des workflows, les rapports personnalisés et les intégrations API
- Une familiarité avec la modélisation des capacités et l'analyse de la charge de travail des recruteurs
- Dirigé une migration ATS de bout en bout (cadrage, migration des données, reconstruction des modèles, formation, suivi de l'adoption)
- Une expérience avec des outils d'évaluation technique (CodeSignal, HackerRank) et leurs intégrations ATS
- Une expérience SQL ou avec des outils BI pour construire des analyses personnalisées au-delà de ce que l'ATS propose
