JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Manager, Learning & Development – North America Manufacturing & Distribution is a hands-on, business-connected leader who brings learning to life where it matters most—on the plant floor and in distribution centers. You influence through strong relationships, practical solutions, and follow-through, not hierarchy.
