The Senior Director of Financial Systems serves as the finance product owner and strategic partner, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to oversee the finance functional vision and business outcomes including Revlon’s financial systems to ensure alignment with business goals. This role is responsible for defining finance business processes, system requirements, data usage, and reporting needs, and for providing finance governance and finance oversight to ensure that financial processes, internal controls, and data definitions support accurate and effective reporting enabled by the systems. This role will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) and is accountable for finance outcomes, priorities, and sign‑offs.
This role defines the what and why from a finance perspective, translating accounting and operational needs into clear functional requirements and priorities, while partnering closely with the Technical Product Owner and Technology team, which owns system administration, access controls, platform maintenance, infrastructure, and technical execution. The Technical Owner will be responsible for end-to-end technical delivery, including solution design, configuration/build, integrations, environments, security implementation, releases and technical operations.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and business stakeholders, with a strong background in financial systems and integrations. This individual will translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements and decision‑ready recommendations, ensuring solutions meet finance control, compliance, and reporting needs while the Technical Product Owner partners with Technology to design and deliver the technical implementation.

The base pay range for this position is $190,000.00 - $240,000.00; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of base salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). SUMMARY
The Vice President (VP), Corporate Tax is the senior executive leader responsible for shaping and directing the company’s global tax strategy, overseeing tax planning, tax accounting (ASC 740), tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax risk management. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, this role partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic business initiatives, optimize outcomes, and ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
This serves as an essential role for the organization as it protects and strengthens enterprise value through disciplined governance of tax positions and controls, ensures accurate and timely tax reporting and provisions, and proactively manages audit exposure and regulatory change across jurisdictions. The VP, Corporate Tax also enables sound business decisions by translating complex tax implications into actionable guidance on investments, transformation initiatives, and cross-border operating models—while maintaining credibility with external auditors, advisors, and tax authorities.
This leader will be a strategic ax executive with multinational experience, deep ASC 740 expertise, and strong crossborder capabilities, able to translate complex tax matters into clear, executive level decisions. They will take a hands on approach while leading and developing a high performing global tax team with direct involvement in critical deliverables such as tax provisions, audits, and complex tax positions. The VP, Corporate Tax will serve as the primary interface with external auditors, tax authorities, and professional service providers, effectively leveraging internal and external partners to deliver results with speed, rigor, and integrity.
This leader will be able to successfully demonstrate a strong grasp of the company’s global tax landscape, progress in strengthening the tax operating model, and advancement of key initiatives and play a central role in building trusted partnerships and delivering a more efficient, well‑governed global tax function.

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a highly visible, strategic finance leader who plays a pivotal role in shaping enterprise decision‑making and driving organizational performance. This role sits at the center of the business, transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy, investment decisions, and long‑term growth. This role plays a critical role in enabling disciplined investment, accelerating innovation, and ensuring enterprise resources are deployed to the highest-value opportunities.
Leading core FP&A disciplines for Corporate Functions —including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and executive reporting—the Director ensures senior leadership has timely, forward‑looking insights into financial performance and key business drivers. As a trusted advisor to Executive Leadership Team members overseeing Corporate Functions such as Research & Development, Technology, and Finance, this role partners closely with leaders to evaluate trade‑offs, prioritize investments, and unlock value across the organization.
In addition, the Director leads enterprise capital planning and governance, new product development pipeline tracking, and the forecasting and tracking of non‑recurring items, bringing rigor, transparency, and strategic perspective to high‑impact decisions. The Finance Lead (Director), Canada serves as the senior finance business partner to the GM, Canada and the Canada Leadership Team, while remaining tightly connected to the North America Finance organization through direct reporting to the SVP, Finance – North America. This role supports executive decision-making by delivering clear, rigorous financial analysis, strategic modeling, and business performance insights — elevating transparency, standardizing reporting, and enabling strong outcomes for the Canada business.
