About the team
The mission of Roku's Data Engineering team is to develop a world-class big data platform so that internal and external customers can leverage data to grow their businesses. Data Engineering works closely with business partners and Engineering teams to collect metrics on existing and new initiatives that are critical to business success. What you'll be doing
- Build highly scalable, available, fault-tolerant distributed data processing systems (batch and streaming systems) processing over 10s of terabytes of data ingested every day and petabyte-sized data warehouse
- Build quality data solutions and refine existing diverse datasets to simplified data models encouraging self-service
- Build data pipelines that optimise on data quality and are resilient to poor quality data sources
- Own the data mapping, business logic, transformations and data quality
- Low level systems debugging, performance measurement & optimization on large production clusters
- Participate in architecture discussions, influence product roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects
- Maintain and support existing platforms and evolve to newer technology stacks and architectures
We're excited if you have
- Extensive SQL Skills
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language, Python is required
- Experience in big data technologies like HDFS, YARN, Map-Reduce, Hive, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, Presto, etc.
- Proficiency in data modeling, including designing, implementing, and optimizing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support scalable and efficient data architectures.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Looker is a plus
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as developers, analysts, and operations to execute deliverables
- 8+ years professional experience as a data Engineer
- BS in Computer Science; MS in Computer Science preferred

What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced technical leader to join our team to shape and build a suite of products that will let our users model and operate their business more efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with engineering managers, senior engineers, and cross-functional partners to design the technical architecture of the product to enable scale, interoperability and an amazing user experience. Responsibilities
- Lead and Architect: Take ownership of end-to-end architecture and system design for large, complex projects. Drive technical decisions that ensure scalability, reliability, and high performance across distributed systems.

We are seeking an analytically-driven Data Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team at Stripe. What You'll Do
Financial Data Analytics & Modeling
- Design, build, and maintain financial dashboards for FP&A, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Develop automated financial reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy
- Create sophisticated data models to support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
- Build predictive models for revenue forecasting, customer lifetime value, churn analysis, and unit economics
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Partner with Finance Business Partners and FP&A teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and implement data infrastructure for financial planning cycles (monthly/quarterly reviews, annual budgets, long-range planning)
- Develop self-service analytics capabilities enabling finance teams to access real-time business insights
- Create executive dashboards tracking key financial and operational metrics (ARR, bookings, retention, CAC, LTV)
Data Engineering & Analytics Infrastructure
- Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple source systems
- Build ETL pipelines to integrate financial data from ERP, CRM, billing, and data warehouse systems

Strategic Analysis & Insights

Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Must Have: Advanced SQL proficiency (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
- Must Have: Expert-level experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Qlik)
- Must Have: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Preferred: Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling
- Preferred: Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks)
- Preferred: Knowledge of ETL tools (dbt, Airflow, Fivetran) and version control (Git)
Financial & Business Acumen
- Experience in data analytics within finance, FP&A, or revenue operations functions
- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Knowledge of key financial metrics: ARR, MRR, bookings, revenue recognition, CAC, LTV, gross margin, EBITDA
- Experience with financial planning processes: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario modeling
- Understanding of SaaS/subscription business models and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606 preferred)
Analytical & Problem-Solving
- Proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and derive meaningful insights

About the Role
We’re looking for a Software Engineer for Cloud Data Warehouse database connector team and supporting other databases teams to drive improved performance, reliability, and analytical power for our platform to delight our customers in how they use their data.
This team is tasked with evolving a high performance extract-load-transform data integration system that enables our connector teams to ship the Fivetran ELT product using powerful abstractions. What will you do every day?
We are looking for a Software Architect to join our Engineering team. Suki's architecture practice is at an inflection point. We have sustained significant CCU growth, completed a demanding OLTP Database scaling journey, leveraged Redis Streams based service orchestration, deployed self-hosted ML models, built agent-driven workflows, launched an Offline Data Platform, and maintained a client surface spanning iOS, Android, Web, SDKs, and a Chrome extension — with on-device ML capabilities across all of them.
The Architect is the person who holds institutional memory and architectural coherence across this surface area — so that decisions made in isolation don't quietly contradict each other, patterns are reused rather than reinvented, and deviations from established patterns are documented, not silently absorbed. The work ahead includes enhanced agentic capabilities, continued multi-region expansion, investments on stream-based/offline data processing, and a growing ML inference footprint.
On a day to day basis, you will:
- Maintain architectural coherence across a complex and wide surface area.
- Own the load-bearing substrate through future growth and failure scenarios. The system must survive several multiples of current enterprise scale and every class of infrastructure event we can name.
- Drive the structural decomposition of platform and domain boundaries, service boundaries across the microservice portfolio, agentic framework direction, auth and access-control architecture, and cross-cutting concerns like observability and rate limiting.
- Bridge AI research and production infrastructure. Translate LLM and model requirements into efficient, production-grade services. Lead the agentic framework direction — memory architectures, tool orchestration, A2A patterns, semantic caching. Operate a GPU fleet at high duty cycle and understand dynamic batching, cross-session batching tradeoffs, and HPA calibration for GPU workloads.
- Document architectural patterns and deviations. Write Architectural Design Records, RFCs, and breaking-points documents that stand alone for readers unfamiliar with the context. Document deviations from established patterns with their reasons — not as failures, but as data points.
- Remain hands-on — stay connected to the craft, read and write code. Prototype new architectures. Review pull requests for patterns that matter. Implement the hard parts of a new pattern yourself when it matters. Lead resolution of the most critical incidents.
- Mentor and elevate the engineering organization. Act as a technical multiplier for senior engineers across backend, data, and ML disciplines. Hold a room, defend a position under pushback without collapsing into agreement, and adjust register for engineering vs. product vs. leadership audiences. Foster a culture of deep technical understanding, not just pattern-matching.
- Represent Suki’s architecture and engineering both in internal and external forums through technical blogs, conferences and meetups
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent production experience
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record operating at an Architect, Staff, or Principal level
- Expert-level proficiency in Go or Python, with the ability to lead architectural decisions and remain hands-on in code
- Production ownership of a real-time streaming system (Redis Streams, Kafka, Pulsar, or equivalent) at scale — including personal pager experience and a specific debugging story for a duplicate-processing or lost-message bug
- Experience operating multi-TB storage systems with active OLTP traffic

About This Role
Manifest Global operates four brands across 50+ countries, generating data across thousands of schools, hundreds of thousands of students, and 1,000+ university partners. Counselor behaviour, student application journeys, university conversion rates, placement outcomes, attribution revenue - it's all there. The data exists. The question is whether the infrastructure around it is good enough to make it useful.
Right now, the data platform works. Pipelines run, the warehouse holds data, the BI layer surfaces reports. But Manifest is growing - new brands, new markets, new activation use cases - and the infrastructure needs to scale with it. There are pipelines that need to be more reliable. Transformation logic that needs to be cleaner. Warehouse design that needs to handle more volume without degrading performance. And an activation layer - reverse ETL, operational analytics, data flowing into the tools the business actually uses - that is still being built.
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will own significant parts of the data platform end to end - ingestion, transformation, warehouse, activation - and you will be one of the people who determines whether Manifest's data infrastructure is a genuine competitive advantage or a persistent constraint. You will work closely with Principal Engineers, Product, and business stakeholders across all four brands, and you will be expected to operate with the ownership and judgment of someone who has built production-grade data systems before.
What makes this role different: Manifest has real data - cross-brand, multi-geography, commercially significant data. The stack is modern: Snowflake, dbt, Hevo, Airtable, Metabase. The problems are real. And when the data infrastructure surfaces the right insight, it changes a decision that affects real students and real institutions.
AI is central to how we build: This isn't just a data engineering role - it is a role where you will actively design and build AI infrastructure that accelerates the team's own development velocity. We use Snowflake Cortex AI with Claude in our daily engineering workflow - for debugging, RCA, query optimisation, and pipeline analysis. We have already cut root cause analysis time. The next step is embedding AI deeper: automated ticket handling, intelligent monitoring, and AI-assisted development tooling that lets the team move faster without sacrificing reliability.
What You Will Own
1. AI Infrastructure for Data Engineering
- Design and build AI-assisted development tooling - LLM-powered code generation for dbt models, SQL transformations, and pipeline scaffolding that dramatically reduces time-to-production for new data assets
- Build intelligent data quality and anomaly detection systems - AI-driven monitoring that learns normal patterns across pipelines and surfaces anomalies before they propagate downstream, replacing manual threshold-based alerting
- Implement AI-augmented data cataloguing and lineage - automated documentation generation, schema understanding, and semantic tagging so engineers spend less time writing docs and more time building
- Develop AI-powered pipeline debugging and root cause analysis - tooling that diagnoses failures, traces impact through the DAG, and proposes fixes rather than requiring engineers to trace failures manually
- Build and maintain the infrastructure that supports AI features - vector stores, embedding pipelines, retrieval layers, and model serving infrastructure that powers AI capabilities across Cialfo, BridgeU, and Explore
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI developer tools - stay ahead of how AI tooling (Claude, Cortex AI, GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs) can be embedded into the team's workflow to shorten feedback loops and accelerate feature delivery
2. Data Warehouse Design, Cost & Maintenance
- Own significant portions of the Snowflake data warehouse - schema design, performance optimisation, and the integrity of the data models that the rest of the stack depends on
- Apply strong data warehousing methodologies: dimensional modelling, layered transformation logic, clear separation between raw, staged, and served layers
- Design and build cross-brand data primitives - shared, canonical data layers for K12, Student, University, and Application data that work consistently across Cialfo, BridgeU, and Kaaiser. This is active work and a critical foundation for the multi-brand data platform
- Own Snowflake cost optimisation - monitor warehouse spend, identify high-cost queries and sync jobs, right-size warehouse configurations, and drive measurable reductions in monthly compute spend.
- Ensure the warehouse handles increasing data volumes from across all four brands without degrading query performance or downstream reliability
3. ETL/ELT Pipelines, Scheduling & Transformation Logic
- Design, build, and maintain production-grade data pipelines - ingestion via Hevo or similar, transformation via dbt, SQL-based logic that is clean, documented, and maintainable
- Design and manage Snowflake Task DAGs - build and maintain dependency-chained task graphs for ingestion, LLM processing, and sync workflows. Understand how to structure root tasks, child tasks, CRON scheduling, warehouse assignment, and failure isolation so pipelines don't cascade-fail
- Own Airtable as an operational data layer - manage Snowflake-to-Airtable and Airtable-to-Snowflake sync workflows, including the
SNOWFLAKE_TO_AIRTABLE_TABLELISTsync config, upsert logic, incremental filters, and sync cost optimisation. Airtable is both a key data source and a reporting destination across brands - Build and own reverse ETL workflows that activate warehouse data into operational tools - getting the right data into the hands of the teams that need it, not just into dashboards
- Take full ownership of pipeline failures: root cause identification, fix, downstream impact analysis, and prevention - not just resolution
4. Data Quality & Reliability
- Define and enforce data quality standards across datasets you own - automated validations, delta checks, row counts, time-based monitoring
- Build monitoring and alerting that surfaces problems before they reach the business
- Document data lineage, transformation assumptions, and technical decisions so the platform is understandable and maintainable as the team grows
5. BI Platform & Reporting
- Maintain and enhance the existing BI layer - Metabase and build reporting interfaces that non-technical stakeholders can actually use
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions
- Communicate clearly across all four brands - be the person who can explain a data problem in business terms and a business problem in data terms
What Success Looks Like
You'll start by building a complete picture of the current state - which pipelines are fragile, where data quality is inconsistent, what the highest-impact improvements look like, and where activation use cases aren't yet built. You will have a point of view on where to move first.
From there, the infrastructure will be measurably more reliable. Pipelines that were breaking will run consistently. Data quality issues will be caught early or prevented entirely. The BI layer will be getting used - not just maintained.
Over time, the data platform will be something the business genuinely relies on - fast enough to support the pace of growth, reliable enough that data consumers trust what they are looking at, and built in a way that the next engineer who joins can understand and extend without starting from scratch.

About the role
We are seeking an accomplished Data Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Tech Ops division. With significant projected growth, this is an opportunity to drive meaningful technical impact. In this role, you will work directly with customers, data vendors, and internal engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize complex data integration solutions within a modern, large‑scale cloud environment.
You will leverage advanced skills in distributed computing, data architecture, and cloud-native engineering to enable scalable, resilient, and high‑performance data ingestion and transformation pipelines. As a trusted technical advisor, you will guide customers in adopting Abacus’s core data management platform and ensure high-quality, compliant data operations across the lifecycle.
Your day to day
- Architect, design, and implement high-volume batch and real-time data pipelines using PySpark, SparkSQL, Databricks Workflows, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Build end‑to‑end ingestion frameworks integrating with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS services (S3, SQS, Lambda), and vendor data APIs, ensuring data quality, lineage, and schema evolution.
- Develop data modeling frameworks, including star/snowflake schemas and optimization techniques for analytical workloads on cloud data warehouses.
- Lead technical solution design for health plan clients, creating highly available, fault-tolerant architectures across multi-account AWS environments.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications, engineering artifacts, and reusable components.
- Implement security automation, including RBAC, encryption at rest/in transit, PHI handling, tokenization, auditing, and compliance with HIPAA and SOC 2 frameworks.
- Establish and enforce data engineering best practices, such as CI/CD for data pipelines, code versioning, automated testing, orchestration, logging, and observability patterns.
- Conduct performance profiling and optimize compute costs, cluster configurations, partitions, indexing, and caching strategies across Databricks and Snowflake environments.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational standards.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews, coaching, and training sessions for both internal teams and clients.
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Engineer working with large‑scale, distributed data processing systems in modern cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare data domains—including claims, eligibility, and provider datasets—and experience applying this knowledge to complex ingestion and transformation workflows.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Expert‑level proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark, including developing distributed data transformations and performance‑optimized queries.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating production‑grade ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Airflow, or similar orchestration and workflow automation tools.
- Proven experience architecting or operating large‑scale data platforms using dbt, Kafka, Delta Lake, and event‑driven/streaming architectures, within a cloud‑native data services or platform engineering environment—requiring specialized knowledge of distributed systems, scalable data pipelines, and cloud‑scale data processing.
- Experience working with structured and semi‑structured data formats such as Parquet, ORC, JSON, and Avro, including schema evolution and optimization techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS data ecosystem components—including S3, SQS, Lambda, Glue, IAM—or equivalent cloud technologies supporting high‑volume data engineering workloads.
- Proficiency with Terraform, infrastructure‑as‑code methodologies, and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab) supporting automated deployment and versioning of data systems.
- Deep expertise in SQL and compute optimization strategies, including Z‑Ordering, clustering, partitioning, pruning, and caching for large‑scale analytical and operational workloads.
- Hands‑on experience with major cloud data warehouse platforms such as Snowflake (preferred), BigQuery, or Redshift, including performance tuning and data modeling for analytical environments.

The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.
You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. An average week will find you partnering with these teams to understand their measurement needs, reviewing engineering plans to ensure we capture critical data signals from the Auth0 product and developing data products that drive key success metrics. You will have multiple tools and teams at your disposal to achieve the core outcome of creating product and customer insights that help our partners drive value and long-term customer success.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with peers and leaders in Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Program Management to develop scalable measurement strategies for our data assets, products and services
- Drive scalable, semantic data models that can support stakeholders both inside of Auth0 and across the enterprise
- Educate and enlighten data stakeholders with newly available objects and models that will unlock product, revenue, sales and business insights
- Build reusable data models that support key concepts of the business (Entitlement, Activation, Utilization, Engagement, etc.)
- Deliver executive dashboards and product insights based on foundational productionalized data models

Within the Data organization, the Data Enablement team is chartered with creating scalable semantic models that make it safe for anyone to see and understand data. By partnering with product and engineering leaders, this team owns the data lifecycle from strategy to prototyping to implementation, executive dashboard and product level self-service support.
The Senior Data Analyst Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Data Enablement - this role will be responsible for unlocking analytics across the company. You will do this through a combination of data lifecycle ownership, data tooling enablement and outreach programs designed to foster the safe usage of scalable data models for reporting and analytic consumption.
You'll serve as a critical data and technical partner that empowers our Sales, TAM, and Customer Success teams with the deep product insights they need to succeed. An average week will find you partnering with these teams to understand their measurement needs, reviewing engineering plans to ensure we capture critical data signals from the Auth0 product and developing data products that drive key success metrics. You will have multiple tools and teams at your disposal to achieve the core outcome of creating product and customer insights that help our partners drive value and long-term customer success.
What you’ll be doing
- Partner with peers and leaders in Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Program Management to develop scalable measurement strategies for our data assets, products and services
- Drive scalable, semantic data models that can support stakeholders both inside of Auth0 and across the enterprise
- Educate and enlighten data stakeholders with newly available objects and models that will unlock product, revenue, sales and business insights
- Build reusable data models that support key concepts of the business (Entitlement, Activation, Utilization, Engagement, etc.)
- Deliver executive dashboards and product insights based on foundational productionalized data models
- Partner with other analysts to create composite measures and insights that span Auth0 and the enterprise
- Ensure that data privacy and governance is a first priority at all stages of the data lifecycle
What you’ll bring to the role
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or analytics engineering, or product management
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, PowerBI, Sigma, Omni, etc.)
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management including instrumentation, governance, modeling and self-service interfaces
- Experience working within a Jira/Agile environment to manage and prioritize technical work.
- Build relationships with partners and stakeholders to understand product data needs, distill business requirements into technical documentation and prioritize work accordingly
- Excellent business acumen and emotional intelligence in ambiguous environments
- BA or higher, preferred; additional relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable

- Cloud based data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.)

We are seeking a Senior Security Engineer to bridge the gap between traditional Security Operations and modern Data Engineering. You will be responsible for the day-to-day health of our SIEM ecosystem while simultaneously contributing in transition toward a Security Data Lake architecture. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that leverages Programming, Cloud Warehouses and AI to defend a global multi-cloud footprint.
What you’ll do?
- SIEM Administration: Handle day-to-day operations of market-leading SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, or Chronicle). This includes log ingestion from a variety of sources like Network devices, 3rd party vendor APIs, Cloud Services, Webhooks etc.. parsing/normalisation to a common schema, health monitoring checks, User access management and Cost Monitoring.

Experience you'll need:

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager in the Risk Management team you will develop best in class credit risk strategies that reward our members and deliver value to Liberis. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and workstreams that provide credit risk insights while ensuring we stay within the organisation’s risk appetite.
You should have experience in a similar analytical role where you have used statistical and analytical tools to drive innovative strategy changes. You should be able to derive insights from data and be able to present results in a concise way to relevant stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
1. Risk Data Architecture & Structuring
- Design and maintain scalable credit risk data marts and portfolio datasets.
- Define and document data definitions, schemas, and maintain metric logic for key risk indicators (e.g. delinquency, roll rates, vintage curves, loss metrics).
- Partner with Data Engineering to optimise warehouse structures (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift or equivalent) and to improve the accuracy, consistency, and automation of risk reporting processes.
- Ensure consistency and governance across risk, finance, and commercial datasets.
- Validate and reconcile underlying data sources, ensuring data quality standards are upheld.

TITLE: Cotton & Blends Production Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fiber Inventory & Quality Control
- Oversee Cotton & Blends fiber inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for spinning schedules while minimizing waste and overstock.
- Inspect and verify that only quality fiber—meeting specified micron, length, and color consistency standards—is released into the spinning process.
- Implement checkpoints to catch non-conforming fiber before production begins, preventing downstream defects.
- Coordinate with sourcing and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory records and proper storage conditions for raw Cotton & Blends.
On-Time Delivery (OTD) Management
- Own fiber OTD performance, tracking delivery timelines from suppliers to spinning mills and flagging potential delays.
- Proactively manage production schedules to ensure fiber is available when needed, communicating risks to cross-functional partners.
- Resolve supply interruptions by expediting shipments or reallocating inventory as necessary to meet production deadlines.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier lead times and delivery reliability.
Spinning & Production Support
- Partner with spinning mills to ensure fiber lots are processed according to technical specifications and quality expectations.
- Monitor fiber consumption during spinning to identify discrepancies, yield loss, or quality deviations.
- Work upstream with suppliers to align fiber bale composition, lot sizing, and traceability for smoother mill integration.
- Maintain clear documentation of fiber lots, test results, and production flow to support traceability and continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with planners and production team to align fiber availability with production demand and spinning schedules.
- Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to support seamless production handoffs.
- Provide input on fiber purchasing decisions based on production capacity, lead times, and quality performance history.
- Escalate production blockers (e.g., fiber shortages, quality holds) with recommended solutions to meet OTD goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Degree in Textile Engineering, Material Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Production Experience: Proven experience managing raw materials in a textile or apparel production environment, preferably with Cotton & Blends or other luxury fibers.
- Quality Focus: Strong ability to assess fiber quality and enforce standards before spinning.
- Inventory & OTD Acumen: Demonstrated skill in tracking inventory levels and driving on-time delivery performance.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to monitor fiber usage, identify yield issues, and improve production flow.
- Collaboration: Experience working with spinning mills, suppliers, planners, and internal production teams to resolve issues quickly.
Preferred:
- Experience with Cotton & Blends fiber grading, testing, or lot management.

We are seeking a proactive, safety‑minded Supply Chain Warehouse Supervisor to join our Warehousing Leadership Team. This supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, leads a team of material coordinators and specialists, and ensures materials flow efficiently and accurately across multiple sites—including filling and complex operations, offsite raw materials warehouses, and transport between Bloomington locations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring material availability, maintaining cGMP compliance, supporting production, and upholding inventory accuracy from receipt through final product shipment. The responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, direction, and positive support for warehouse personnel across multiple shifts.

This role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking operations across our supply chain. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient material movement—from raw material receipt to final product shipment.
Assignments may vary based on warehouse area (Raw Materials, Finished Product, Production Support). Some travel between facilities and occasional overtime are required.
The responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving
- Safely load and unload trucks; verify BOL/packslip accuracy and assess for damages.
- Properly pack materials for shipment, including use of FedEx/UPS systems.
- Complete accurate documentation for shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities.
- Investigate and adjust orders for shortages or damages as needed.
- Follow all applicable regulations including DOT, IATA, and internal SOPs.
- Maintain compliance for shipping, receiving, storage, and transport of materials including hazardous goods.
Warehouse Operations
- Perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, work order picking, ERP transactions, and material storage.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor workflow throughout the shift.
- Operate PIT (powered industrial trucks) and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond to environmental chamber alarms.
- Support internal and external operational demands across multiple sites.
Truck Driving & Material Transport
(Must obtain For‑Hire license within 45 days of start date)
- Drive company trucks to move materials between warehouses and facilities at correct temperature conditions.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, fueling, and temperature control checks.
- Prepare dangerous goods documentation (BOLs) when required.

The role:
The Associate Director of Quality Assurance, is a member of the Quality Assurance Leadership Team reporting directly to the Quality Director. He or she provides leadership and direction for Filling Quality Line Operations and Finishing Quality Line Operations. The Associate Director provides decision making and oversight to ensure compliance to all standard operating procedures for areas of responsibility. He or she must fully support and drive quality operations, communicate effectively with production team members, multiple levels of management, and other customer support departments. The Associate Director creates an environment where teamwork, productivity, safety, identity, strength, purity, and quality (SISPQ) are reflected in the finished product.
The responsibilities:
- Provide guidance, support, direction, and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations.
- Interviews, hires, coaches, and develops staff. Conducts annual performance reviews for all direct reports. Assist in setting performance objectives and development plans.
- Creates/Develops a strong team by setting clear direction and empowering members to obtain results that support strategic objectives.

- Represent Quality Operations during client audits and regulatory inspections as needed. Provide information as necessary to auditors that establishes credibility and demonstrates compliance with cGMPs.
- Review and Approve deviations and or non-compliance issues that occur during production activities and ensures thorough investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventative action.
- Serve as designee for some reviews and approvals performed by the Quality Director, including Quality Review Board endorsements.
- Responsible for setting strategic direction of department, including coordination of coverage across team to support filling and packaging operations 24/7.
The requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required preference in a Life Science field; advanced degree preferred.
- 12 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience required. Preference in quality operations, manufacturing, or technical services
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA Annex One requirements and supporting audits
- Experience with international regulatory bodies preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include: JDE, BPLM, Pilgrim, Trackwise, etc.)

The Role:
The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Planning manages the long term and short term planning functions for their assigned section of the business as part meeting the overall objectives of the organization. This role supports all supply chain aspects of planning from forecast through staging of firm batch material. The Sr Manager, Supply Chain Planning facilitates continuous improvement and ensures support and alignment with the overall facility initiatives.
The Responsibilities:
- Accountable for maintaining executable schedules to meet manufacturing daily requirements through a team.
- Provide guidance and leadership in all aspects of planning from forecast entry, order creation, material planning, through staging of materials for production.
- Responsible to support and lead S&OP/Operating Review meetings – identify business critical issues and facilitate discussion and decision making in support of goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance, support, direction and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations.
- Assist in setting performance objectives and development plans.
- Responsible for working with Directors to develop strategies and plans for maturing the organization.
- Works with Project Management, Manufacturing, Process Validation, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and Technical Services in support of business objectives.
- Lead and facilitate cross functional teams in support of strategic initiatives both within the SC organization and across the business units.
- Accountable for embracing change, challenging status quo, and making recommendations for improvements to projects and processes.
- Analyze complex data with the understanding of trade-offs between different business objectives and present recommendations and assist in determining the feasibility of projects based on facility capacity.
The Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Supply Chain Planning preferred.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning required.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to use enterprise software (examples include: D365, Veeva, etc.)

This role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support receiving, shipping, storage, inventory accuracy, and picking operations across our supply chain. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient material movement—from raw material receipt to final product shipment.
Assignments may vary based on warehouse area (Raw Materials, Finished Product, Production Support). Some travel between facilities and occasional overtime are required.
The responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving
- Safely load and unload trucks; verify BOL/packslip accuracy and assess for damages.
- Properly pack materials for shipment, including use of FedEx/UPS systems.
- Complete accurate documentation for shipping, receiving, and batch dispensing activities.
- Investigate and adjust orders for shortages or damages as needed.
- Follow all applicable regulations including DOT, IATA, and internal SOPs.
- Maintain compliance for shipping, receiving, storage, and transport of materials including hazardous goods.
Warehouse Operations
- Perform cycle counts, temperature monitoring, work order picking, ERP transactions, and material storage.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor workflow throughout the shift.
- Operate PIT (powered industrial trucks) and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Respond to environmental chamber alarms.
- Support internal and external operational demands across multiple sites.
Truck Driving & Material Transport
(Must obtain For‑Hire license within 45 days of start date)
- Drive company trucks to move materials between warehouses and facilities at correct temperature conditions.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, fueling, and temperature control checks.
- Prepare dangerous goods documentation (BOLs) when required.
- Download and maintain truck data logs.
- Dispense materials from the Raw Materials warehouse.
- Use barcode scanning equipment for all transactions.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or technical office experience.
- Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Ability to obtain Hazardous Materials certification.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use enterprise systems (e.g., D365, Veeva, Trackwise).
Physical / safety requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to bend, twist, stoop, and lift regularly.
- Must work overtime as required, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Ability to operate PIT equipment for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in extremely cold environments (–65°C to –85°C).

Application Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA)
Clinical Architecture is seeking an experienced Application Database Administrator (SQL Server DBA) to join our team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This role blends hands-on SQL development and developer support (approximately 80%) with core DBA responsibilities (approximately 20%). The DBA will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, reliable healthcare data solutions by partnering closely with Application Developers, Cloud Engineers, Implementation Architecture, and DevOps teams.
The ideal candidate is an experienced SQL Server professional who thrives in a collaborative development environment. This individual will write, review, and optimize SQL, assist with schema design, improve query performance, and promote best-practice coding standards across multiple systems. The role also includes DBA responsibilities such as managing on-premises SQL Server environments and cloud-based SQL platforms (including Amazon RDS, Azure Managed SQL Instances, and Google Cloud SQL), with a focus on availability, security, and overall platform reliability. Experience must be rooted in 3-tier application development with real-time, high-volume transactional (OLTP) workloads — not ETL pipelines or data warehouse environments.

Responsibilities
Database Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain on-prem SQL Server instances (SQL Server 2016 and newer).
- Administer Cloud Service Provider SQL Server instances, including monitoring, snapshots, and instance configuration.
- Manage SQL Server Agent jobs, linked servers, Database Mail, and other database platform components.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Performance and Reliability:
- Troubleshoot performance issues using execution plans, Query Store, and dynamic management views (DMVs).
- Identify and resolve blocking, deadlocks, and query performance bottlenecks.
- Design and maintain effective indexing and statistics strategies.
SQL Development:
- Write, review, and optimize stored procedures, functions, views, and inline SQL used by application teams.
- Collaborate with developers to improve schema design, query patterns, and performance optimization.
- Promote and enforce SQL coding standards and best practices.
Security and Compliance:
- Apply least‑privilege security models and manage database access and permissions.
- Support compliance initiatives such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITRUST, as required.
- Ensure encryption, auditing, and secure connectivity are consistently implemented.
Monitoring and Automation:
- Configure monitoring and alerting for both on-prem SQL Server and Amazon RDS instances.
- Automate routine tasks using T‑SQL or PowerShell.
- Assist with capacity planning and system lifecycle management.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment.
- Strong experience with SQL Server installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.

The Data Engineer will work closely with clients and the eCS Biometrics team to optimize the elluminate® platform for end-to-end solutions to aggregate, transform, access and report on clinical data throughout the life cycle of a clinical trial. This includes study design in elluminate®, collaboration on specifications, and configuration of the various modules to including Data Central, Clinical Data Analytics and Trial Operational Analytics, Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), Statistical Computing Environment (SCE) and Operational Insights. The Data Engineer will be involved in standard ETL activities as well as programming custom listings, visualizations and analytics tools using Mapper and Qlik. The position involves a high level of quality control as well as adherence to standard operation procedures and work instructions and a constant drive towards automation and process improvement.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, test, and deploy highly efficient code for supporting SDTM, Custom reports and Visualizations using tools like MS SQL, elluminate® Mapper and Qlik
- Configure ETL processes to support of the aggregation and standardization of clinical data from various sources including EDC systems, SAS and central laboratory vendors

Senior Data Engineer
This role will serve as core member of a data engineering team assigned to one of WPP’s major global clients, who will be maintaining and expanding upon a global data warehouse, automated reports, and data provisioning applications to ensure that media and marketing stakeholders the world will have access to the right data and insights to inform their marketing decisions.

About the role
We are seeking an accomplished Data Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Tech Ops division. Cubberley's Distribution Corporation is a wholesale distribution of confections, tobacco products, institutional foods, automotive, janitorial supplies, etc. We are currently looking for a Full-Time Delivery driver/Warehouse associate for our location in Marion, Indiana.
General duties include regular delivery route, complete warehouse orders, customer service, load/unload products, general warehouse duties. No overnight and benefits are available. Deliveries are within 150 mile radius of Marion, Indiana. This is an hourly position starting at $16-17/ and working hours would be dayshift Monday thru Friday and 1 Saturday a month from 8am to noon.
Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, pass BMV check, pass background and drug screen. Would prefer a candidate with Chauffeur's License endorsement.

Want to join our team as an PM Shift TEMPORARY Distribution Associate?
Under general direction from the Distribution Supervisor and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible for all aspects of product distribution, while meeting company standards and facility safety guidelines.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently empties and inventories received product containers.
- Fills product orders while ensuring correct products are being packaged and shipped.
- Loads appropriate products onto delivery vehicles for carrier pick up.
- Maintains product inventories for pick departments.
- Checks shipping documents for accuracy and completion.
- Handles orders that require special services, including stickering, re-labeling, packing list application, etc.
- Keeps work area clean and orderly, ensuring operations run safely and efficiently.
- Notes any facility safety issues and reports them to management in a timely manner.
- Performs other various duties and responsibilities, as required.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in distribution experience is preferred. Material handling certificate is helpful.
- Ability to work well as a member of a team.
- Must be detail-orientated and able to multi-task.
- Follows directions, and can read, count accurately, perform simple math, and write legibly.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of SAP, and common knowledge of sporting goods.
- For equipment operators: ability to work at heights of approximately 30 feet while correctly wearing provided safety harness.
This position primarily works in a warehouse environment, which requires working on or around machinery, moving objects, and vehicles. Requires frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires awareness of surroundings and ability to focus and prioritize. Work hours vary and may require working early or late shifts during peak season.
