Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset
Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs

Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks

Compensation:
• $22/hour during paid training
• Realistic annual earnings of $80,000–$150,000 after training
Experience: No garage door or sales experience required – we’ll train the right candidate! Mechanical aptitude and comfort speaking with customers are key.

🔧 What You’ll Do
Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers
Perform thorough inspections to identify issues and ensure safe, high-quality work
Explain findings and solution options to customers in a clear, respectful way
Recommend repairs or upgrades when they truly make sense for the customer
Document work with notes and photos for efficiency and follow-up
Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
Always put safety first—yours, your team’s, and your customers’
Deliver excellent service that builds trust, referrals, and repeat business
👷 What We’re Looking For
Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn a skilled trade
Comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining solutions (sales experience not required)
Positive attitude, coachability, and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical work
Strong communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards is a plus
Experience with garage doors or ServiceTitan is helpful—but not required
