We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Representative who brings positive energy, strong coordination skills, and a genuine love for helping others. As the communication hub of our service team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our customers and supporting field operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
Scheduling and dispatching technicians efficiently to meet customer and operational needs
Coordinating with field teams to ensure jobs are completed on time and to standard
Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
Entering and updating customer, service, and scheduling information accurately in our system
Identifying service opportunities and recommending relevant products or solutions
Becoming an expert in our services and scheduling processes
1+ year of experience in customer service, dispatch, or scheduling (home services or trades is a big plus!)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Confidence in handling multiple priorities and tasks at once
Friendly, calm, and adaptable under pressure
Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (but not required—we’ll train you!)
High school diploma or equivalent
