About the role

You will support the effective delivery of People Services and Learning & Development (L&D) operations. This includes managing the People Services inbox and ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets, ensuring timely query resolution and escalation. You will maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading, updating, and organizing content, managing learner audiences, and supporting the learner experience.

You will coordinate Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and communications. • Manage the People Services inbox, handling queries efficiently and escalating when necessary.

The Data Processing Executive role will report into The Data Processing Manager position. The Data Processing Executive will be a key member of the newly formed India-based Data Processing Hub, supporting quantitative healthcare market research projects across global markets. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely production of tabulations, both interim and final, and requires close collaboration with research, project management, and scripting teams.

What you'll be doing

• Running and validating interim and final tabulations (uncoded and coded) for quantitative research studies using relevant software (e.g., Q, Quantum, SPSS, Excel-based platforms, or proprietary tools).
• Ensuring all tabulations meet internal and client-specific formatting, logic, and output requirements.
• Checking tabulated data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before delivery.

• More than 2 years of experience in a data processing within a market research agency (ideally healthcare but can be other market research sectors)

• Exposure to or understanding of survey scripting tools and survey data structures is a plus
• Experience working with survey data formats (e.g., XML, CSV), as well as knowledge of relational databases and data structure management.

Role Overview

The Senior Account Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across Ignite’s global sales ecosystem. CRM Usage & Adoption

• Drive consistent HubSpot adoption across the Account Enablement, Sales Executive, and seller-doer teams by reinforcing required fields, account/pursuit tagging, meeting and activity logging expectations, and the “minimum viable” data needed to run account reviews and forecasting
• Partner with Enterprise CRM/Commercial Ops to translate system changes into practical Ignite workflows (job aids, quick trainings, and in-the-flow guidance) and serve as a point of escalation for user issues that impact account visibility. Resolve in partnership with Ignite point of contact within Commercial Ops team.
• Monitor and improve data quality by flagging recurring gaps (e.g., missing close dates, inconsistent stages, untagged opportunities) and coordinating follow-ups with Sales Execs and seller-doers to improve compliance and accuracy over time (supported by business partner on Commercial Ops team).

BD Process Harmonization

• Standardize account planning and pipeline management routines across accounts by aligning on common definitions, templates, and “ways of working” (e.g., what constitutes a qualified opportunity, stage expectations, and handoff points between Sales and delivery teams).
• Support alignment on key commercial metrics (pipeline, win rate, days-to-sell, average deal size, forecast accuracy, account health indicators) by partnering with Business Intelligence/Reporting to document definitions, reconcile inconsistencies, and drive adoption of a single set of Ignite reporting standards.
• Capture best practices and process improvements across legacy teams and geographies, identifying friction points and recommending pragmatic enhancements that reduce rework, improve speed-to-respond, and strengthen account-level visibility for leadership and Sales.

Region-Specific Growth Team Enablement

• Enable region-specific GTM and account planning activities, providing structure and visibility to market-aligned growth teams, as needed.

CRM Usage & Adoption

• Drive consistent HubSpot adoption across the Account Enablement, Sales Executive, and seller-doer teams by reinforcing required fields, account/pursuit tagging, meeting and activity logging expectations, and the “minimum viable” data needed to run account reviews and forecasting
• Partner with Enterprise CRM/Commercial Ops to translate system changes into practical Ignite workflows (job aids, quick trainings, and in-the-flow guidance) and serve as a point of escalation for user issues that impact account visibility. Resolve in partnership with Ignite point of contact within Commercial Ops team.
• Monitor and improve data quality by flagging recurring gaps (e.g., missing close dates, inconsistent stages, untagged opportunities) and coordinating follow-ups with Sales Execs and seller-doers to improve compliance and accuracy over time (supported by business partner on Commercial Ops team).

BD Process Harmonization

• Standardize account planning and pipeline management routines across accounts by aligning on common definitions, templates, and “ways of working” (e.g., what constitutes a qualified opportunity, stage expectations, and handoff points between Sales and delivery teams).
• Support alignment on key commercial metrics (pipeline, win rate, days-to-sell, average deal size, forecast accuracy, account health indicators) by partnering with Business Intelligence/Reporting to document definitions, reconcile inconsistencies, and drive adoption of a single set of Ignite reporting standards.
• Capture best practices and process improvements across legacy teams and geographies, identifying friction points and recommending pragmatic enhancements that reduce rework, improve speed-to-respond, and strengthen account-level visibility for leadership and Sales.

Region-Specific Growth Team Enablement

• Enable region-specific GTM and account planning activities, providing structure and visibility to market-aligned growth teams, as needed.
• Partner with Client Solutions and Marketing to ensure tools, templates, and processes are pulled through to account focused discussions

Role Overview

The Executive Scripting role will report into The Scripting Manager position. The role will involve working on the live projects as scripter, support the Scripting Manager to collaborate with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business.

What you'll be doing

• Review questionnaires for scripting feasibility and flag potential issues.
• Strong understanding of survey logic, variables, and questionnaire structures.

Your primary role: 

The Scripting Senior Manager role will report to Associate Director based out of India. The role will involve scaling and running the scripting function, working with Research and Project Management stakeholders to define the best practice and establish processes for scripting and data processing within the business, as well as managing more junior data processing staff and actual scripting. This will include:

• Delivery of the scripting work, working with a variety of senior stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest improvements.
• Implementation of new processes and policies, including preparing “the best practice” manuals and guides for Research and Project Management staff globally.
• Supporting a transition from an outsourced model to a blended in-house approach.
• Line management of 1-2 junior Scripting Executives / Managers, including training, mentoring and involvement in recruitment and selection.
