About the role
The Business Analyst role will support optimisation of our Workday platform and delivery of Workday's Advanced Compensation module through improved processes, configuration, and governance across HR, Reward, and technical teams.
This is a 6-month contract reporting into our HR Master Data Lead. The role can be performed remotely or in one of our office locations (hybrid options available).
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Workday optimisation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline functionality and improve user experience.
- Facilitating workshops, process mapping, and requirements gathering with HR, Reward and business stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into Workday functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Implementing automated solutions that resolve or reduce manual processes and align with Workday best practice.
- Supporting the creation, embedding and maintenance of HR data governance, including data definitions, controls, data quality frameworks and change governance.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, including process flows, SOPs, configuration guides and change logs.

About you

The role
We are seeking a Global Benefits Director to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our benefits programs, with a strong focus on the U.S. and key markets including the UK and Ireland.
This role requires a thoughtful, planful, and commercially minded leader who is both strategic and hands-on — a strong project and stakeholder manager who can build and execute a cohesive benefits strategy while driving cost discipline and operational rigor. This individual will be entrepreneurial and proactive, able to operate at pace, take ownership, and drive both strategy and execution in a fast-moving environment.
The role partners closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure benefits programs are aligned with business objectives, cost targets, and talent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Design
- Lead the development and execution of a global benefits strategy, with primary ownership of U.S. health and welfare programs
- Ensure benefits programs are aligned with cost targets, market positioning, and overall Total Rewards strategy
- Design and optimize benefits across the U.S., UK, and Ireland (medical, pension, and risk benefits)
U.S. Benefits Leadership (Primary Focus)
- Own U.S. health and welfare programs, including medical, pharmacy, dental, vision, and disability
- Drive plan design, vendor strategy, and cost management initiatives
- Lead renewals, RFPs, and vendor management to optimize performance and cost outcomes
- Ensure compliance with U.S. regulatory requirements (ACA, ERISA, etc.)
UK & Ireland Benefits
- Oversee pensions, medical (where applicable), and insured benefits
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (e.g., UK pensions, auto-enrolment, Irish frameworks)
- Support harmonization and optimization across markets
Financial Management & Governance
- Partner with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reduction initiatives

Execution & Operations

Experience & Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in benefits / total rewards, with deep U.S. health and welfare expertise
- Experience within a large professional services organization
- Working knowledge of UK and Ireland benefits (pensions, medical, regulatory requirements) with the willingness to deepen expertise
- Proven experience managing complex, global programs and vendor relationships
- Strong financial acumen (cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting)
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-change environment (private equity experience preferred)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required
- Master's degree preferred

Role Overview
The Pricing Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the RP Pricing Team by assisting in the development of accurate and competitive costs for global healthcare market research projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, collecting quotes from third partners, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring pricing aligns with industry benchmarks and Research Partnership objectives. The Pricing Analyst will work on multi-market qualitative and quantitative studies, helping to optimize pricing strategies while maintaining profitability and efficiency. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Core, but not exclusive, responsibilities will include:
- Owning the end-to-end pricing lifecycle for RP proposals, from RFQ intake and supplier outreach via the RFQ management system through to final cost proposal development. This includes defining and sourcing all cost components required for successful project delivery, including external vendor costs and internal resources and hours, to ensure accurate, comprehensive, and commercially sound proposals.
- Vendor selection at RFQ stage and quote collection from third parties
- Creation of internal cost sheets for client proposals, ensuring accuracy and financial viability
- Completion of client cost sheets
- Assistance with RFI client pricing exercises
- Successful handover of final project cost sheets to The Project Management Team
- Working closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and finance, to align pricing with business strategy
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Strong commercial, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- More than 5 years of experience in a role involving costs and negotiations or at market research agency
- Significant experience with teamwork and collaboration
- Strong project management skills (adhering to agreed timelines, troubleshooting and communication with internal and external stakeholders)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent Excel and numerical skills
- Familiarity with inflation indices and pricing models is a plus.
- Finance degree or relevant discipline degree.

The Role
The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for strategic management, coordination, and oversight of a portfolio of Client Accounts. You will partner with each of the Inizio Businesses to expand customer relationships, increase sales and exploit whitespace opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and build strong, enduring relationships with key decision makers.
- Align with Inizio business stakeholders to set account strategy and document this according to the approved Sales / Account Management methodology (e.g., Miller Heimann).
- Partner with Inizio businesses to drive account performance to meet or exceed annual sales targets for specified Accounts.
- Drive strategic proposal volume and assist in development of proposal content as appropriate.
- Develop and identify prospective solutions based on customer needs, and portfolio/pipeline strategy.
- Engage with operational programme teams to track milestones and results - identifying, trouble-shooting and escalating issues (where necessary) to drive Client satisfaction.
- Gather client and competitive intelligence to inform Inizio's account strategy, coordinate with Inizio client data & insights team and Advisory businesses to identify whitespace aggregated to Advisory level (incl. functions, Therapeutic areas, geographies, etc. and establish connections to transition these opportunities into qualified leads.
- Triage & coordinate account enterprise capability overviews, RFPs, and/or data requests.
- Function as the key POC within Inizio for nominated accounts, supporting coordination across the businesses for these accounts.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Accountant to join our Global Financial Services (GFS) organization. This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial operations of the business, with a focus on centralised revenue recognition processes. You will contribute to process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in a dynamic and evolving environment.
This is a hybrid role based in our central Manchester office on a hybrid basis (2 days per week), reporting to the Global Revenue Controller.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Transition: Partner with local finance teams to transition processes through documentation and knowledge sharing.

About the role
You will support the effective delivery of People Services and Learning & Development (L&D) operations. About you
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing Maconomy Cloud Finance solutions, specifically in global company with financial shared services.

- Proven experience in business case creation, value identification, and delivering measurable ROI.
Technical Skills:
- Deep expertise in Maconomy Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting). PPM experience bonus.
- Experience in integrating Maconomy with other ERP systems and third-party applications.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and SaaS implementation approaches.

Business Partnering

Role Overview
The Commercial Analyst supports recurring reporting, forecasting, and business intelligence efforts across Inizio Ignite. This role focuses on compiling month-end reports, updating dashboards and data models, and supporting teams with accurate, well-organized data. The Analyst works closely with the Business Intelligence & Reporting Lead and Sr. Commercial leaders to help ensure reports are timely, reliable, and easy to use for decision-making.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Support month-end reporting, including MFR (Monthly Financial review) and Monthly KPI deliverables, by pulling data, updating Excel files, and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Help respond to follow-up questions and ad-hoc data requests that come out of monthly reporting meetings.
- Support company-level reporting, including preparing bi-weekly PowerPoint updates using data pulled from Power BI.
- Support Power BI data models by uploading revenue forecasts by account and sales forecasts by month.
- Calculate and update weekly pipeline metrics and help ensure the data remains accurate and consistent.
- Maintain Account mapping file (in excel) to help keep Account-level data organized across reporting tools.
- Update and maintain Power BI dashboards, including making quarterly updates to reflect revised timelines. Support updates related to fiscal year changes and other routine reporting adjustments.
- Help troubleshoot common PowerBI dashboard and data refresh issues.
- Assist with dashboard improvements and help build new reports as needed, with guidance from senior team members.
- Collaborate with IT and log ServiceNow tickets for data issues that arise

Role Responsibilities
- Submit invoices to clients for processing.
- Responsible for the creation of accurate client invoices in compliance with contract terms and billing schedule.
