As part of our HR Operating Model HR is created an agile and flexible team that focuses on solving cross-Business Unit (“BU”) talent challenges, supporting HR and enabling the BUs to continue driving improvement and moving away from traditional silos.
The People Solutions team will sit within the Change and Workforce Transformation team and be aligned to a specific BU. It will work with the BUHR Team of Senior People Partners, People Services, and the Centers of Expertise (“CoE”) to lead specific projects that have been identified as key priorities.
Projects may include enterprise-wide talent initiatives or activities that are BU specific.
You will report to the Director, People Solutions. Location and time zone are flexible, as long as business needs are met. This is a fixed term contract until the end of 2026.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Solve our greatest talent challenges and implement solutions that deliver value to the overall Inizio group, HR, and the Business while furthering the development of our talent strategy.
Specifically:
- Support the BU and BU Sr. People Partners in the execution of HR plans and processes for their BU including recruiting and retention plans, career development, compensation and benefits processes, and talent management
- Collaborate with the CoEs to address HR needs at the BU level and provide input to the CoE methodologies and plans to adapt to the specific business divisions
- Escalate complex issues to Sr. People Partner and People Solutions as needed and regularly inform on performance, initiative progress, and risks
- Support the BU to address structural issues and provide input/help in implementing reorganization when necessary
- Articulate the capabilities, resources, and actions needed to close talent gaps or optimize the workforce
- Proactively promote and maintain an environment where the company’s values are demonstrated
- Support the implementation of key HR initiatives
- Support the People Solutions Lead in working collaboratively across different teams / functions to deliver projects that improve / enhance Inizio HR practices
- Have the opportunity to work across the HR organization

- Experience with HR practices including training, organization design, HR metrics, performance management and compensation

- Working knowledge of HR related laws and regulations

About the role
The Business Analyst role will support optimisation of our Workday platform and delivery of Workday's Advanced Compensation module through improved processes, configuration, and governance across HR, Reward, and technical teams.
This is a 6-month project reporting into our HR Master Data Lead. The role can be performed remotely or in one of our office locations (hybrid options available).
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Workday optimisation initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline functionality and improve user experience.
- Facilitating workshops, process mapping, and requirements gathering with HR, Reward and business stakeholders.
- Translating business requirements into Workday functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Implementing automated solutions that resolve or reduce manual processes and align with Workday best practice.
- Supporting the creation, embedding and maintenance of HR data governance, including data definitions, controls, data quality frameworks and change governance.
- Developing and maintaining process documentation, including process flows, SOPs, configuration guides and change logs.
- Supporting UAT planning and execution, including test script creation and defect management.
About you
- Proven hands‑on experience with Workday HCM, including configuration, tenant review and troubleshooting.
- Experience implementing or enhancing Workday Advanced Compensation module (merit, bonus, stock).
- Strong capability in process improvement and understanding end‑to‑end HR process flows.
- Skilled at working with technical teams to ensure accurate configuration, integration and reporting outcomes.
- Understanding of HR processes, including Core HR, Talent, Compensation and data governance.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

About the role
Lead the delivery of HR compliance and policy frameworks across the organisation, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and regulatory requirements. The role will focus on building strong compliance foundations across the employee lifecycle, enabling the business to operate confidently while proactively managing risk.

- Global remit across multiple jurisdictions
- Direct impact on organisational risk, governance, and reputation
- Supports delivery of HRLT priorities and compliance strategy
- Builds foundational HR compliance capability across the organisation
Key responsibilities
- Deliver HR compliance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with employment legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g. ERA, legislative change, data protection, SOX).
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and standards, ensuring consistency across regions while reflecting local requirements.
- Proactively identify and manage compliance risks, including horizon scanning for legislative and regulatory change.
- Act as a key interface between HR, Legal, and Compliance, ensuring aligned and practical approaches to risk management.
- Embed compliant practices into HR and manager activity, providing clear guidance, training, and tools.
