The Data Platform Team at Scout is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of data by building a secure, scalable, and distributed platform that enables real-time insights, drives informed decision-making, and fosters innovation across the organization.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00
Initial California base salary range = $154,000.00 - $187,000

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. We're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to own and advance the forecasting and predictive modeling capabilities at the heart of the Camus platform. This is an individual contributor role with real technical depth and product influence; you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of ML model development, from exploratory analysis and model design through to production deployment and monitoring.
This is not a role where the problem statements are handed to you. You'll work directly with Camus’ teams and external stakeholders to understand their data, define the right questions, and translate messy real-world signals into reliable, production-grade data driven analytics. You'll bring that ground-truth perspective back into product decisions, and work closely within the Engineering team to integrate ML models into our planning and operational workflows.
The forecasting and predictive modeling problems we're solving often don't have off-the-shelf answers. We work as a tight, technical team that moves with urgency but builds with the discipline that production-grade software demands. If you want to do the most technically interesting ML work in the clean energy space while directly shaping how it becomes a product, this is the role.

Salary Range
Canada: the pay range for this role is $216,000 to $297,000 per year.

As a senior Data Analyst (DA III), you will own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle for one or more business areas at Brex. This role is for someone who wants to own the technical win. As a Solutions Engineer (EMEA) at Hightouch, you will partner with your Account Executives to drive the full technical sales motion from deep discovery and architectural solutioning to tailored product demonstrations and rigorous technical validation. You will own relationships with technical champions, co-develop account strategy, and guide customers to our solutions by navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and running competitive enterprise sales cycles. This role is particularly exciting as we are looking for our first German speaking Solutions Engineer aligned to the EMEA team. You will work across all customers in the German market, but also have the opportunity to work with the wider EMEA team as well. *must be based in Europe, outside of Germany*
Quickly build technical expertise, moving from foundational product, use case, and demo fluency in the first three months to independently closing deals and solving complex, multi-product problems within six months.
