Key Responsibilities:

In this role as a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing signal distribution and networking, including AV-over-IP protocols, EDID/HDCP management, and HDBaseT. Your expertise in specialized hardware maintenance and calibration of LED Video Walls will be crucial, as well as your ability to set up and troubleshoot immersive audio systems. Job Description

The Service Desk Lead will oversee all system operations activities, develop and enforce operational policies, mentor junior staff, and manage large-scale projects. Develop and maintain the System Operations Plan and coordinate between different operational teams. Establish operational standards and best practices, lead operational reviews and assessments, and ensure integration of all operational components. Analyze operational performance metrics and recommend improvements, manage operational risks, and collaborate with program management to align operational solutions with program objectives. Design and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability, establish incident management and problem management processes, and develop capacity planning strategies to ensure adequate resources. Lead operational readiness activities for new system deployments, coordinate operational activities across multiple teams and environments, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage operational budgets, establish service level agreements for operational services, and represent operations in cross-functional leadership forums.

Job Description

The Performance Reporting Architect will conduct comprehensive systems engineering activities to support the client platform. Translate customer requirements into detailed system designs, develop and analyze system alternatives to recommend optimal solutions, and define user roles and personas to establish appropriate system access controls. Create and maintain system models, diagrams, and technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle. Perform trade studies to evaluate technical options against requirements, develop verification and validation procedures to ensure system compliance, and participate in technical reviews to assess design progress and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration, identify and mitigate technical risks before they impact delivery, and support the resolution of technical issues throughout the system lifecycle. Implement requirements traceability to verify all customer needs are addressed, conduct system performance analysis to optimize operations, and develop technical specifications for system components. Evaluate emerging technologies for potential system enhancements, support system testing activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and methodologies.

Must have:

• 8 years of experience in systems engineering for complex technical platforms

The Mission Analyst will serve as the critical liaison between the program and the warfighter/stakeholder community, ensuring the platform's capabilities are directly aligned with operational needs and mission priorities.  Act as a domain expert and advocate for mission user needs, translating complex operational requirements, tactics, and strategic objectives into actionable insights for the technical and customer success teams. Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to contextualize data, ensuring that analytics, dashboards, and data products are directly relevant to mission outcomes. Work with the Customer Success team to validate that solutions developed on the program are operationally effective and meet the intended mission needs. Analyze mission-area problems and processes to identify opportunities where the program can provide value, improve efficiency, or enable new capabilities. Maintain a deep understanding of the stakeholder's operational environment, challenges, and decision-making processes. Review technical solutions and training materials for mission relevance and clarity, providing feedback to ensure they resonate with the end-user community. Stay current with evolving mission sets, operational priorities, and stakeholder challenges to proactively guide the program's development efforts.

Job Description

The Decision Analyst will apply quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and decision science techniques to support strategic decision-making and optimize programmatic investments for the platform.  Responsible for conducting comprehensive business case analyses, Analyses of Alternatives (AoAs), and trade-off studies for proposed technical solutions, architectural changes, and resource allocations. Develop and utilize statistical models, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessment frameworks to evaluate different options against performance, cost, and schedule metrics. Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and financial analysts to structure complex problems, quantify uncertainties, and provide data-driven recommendations that ensure the client program makes the most efficient and effective use of its resources. Generate decision briefs, sensitivity analyses, and outcome forecasts to provide leadership with clear, defensible evidence for strategic choices, ensuring that major programmatic and technical decisions are grounded in rigorous analysis.

Job Description

The Compliance/Audit Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the program and external independent public auditors, leading all aspects of the annual System and Organization Controls (SOC1) audit process including preparation, evidence collection, documentation review, and audit reporting. This role ensures program compliance with federal regulations, DoD policies, and industry standards while serving as the principal point of contact for external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle. 

Must have:

• 8 years of experience with audit/compliance experience (SOC, FedRAMP, FISMA, etc.)
• Experience supporting federal audits and working with internal controls frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems (or 4 additional years of experience)

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA  
• Exceptional attention to detail, proactive risk identification capabilities, and a proven track record of successful audit outcomes
