The Work:

The team is responsible for supporting the sustainment of Applications/Services providing the backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Individual will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts. Other responsibilities include:

Install Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools

Troubleshoot connections to Applications and integrations Load Balancing Configuration for Applications

Application configuration with SAML/SSO Authentication

Provide Level 2 and 3 support for related integration issues

Create a management plan, validate sizing, and forecasted sizing

Maintain licenses and key secrets in vault STIGs and CDRL Documentation

Here’s What You Need:

Must have administration experience with at least two of the following applications: ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk"

Must have T3/T5 eligibility

Linux experience

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience

VMware VDI experience

Microsoft Windows Server Administration experience

The Work:

Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking an experienced Oracle Application Framework (OAF) Developer to support a large scale modernization effort for a Department of Defense (DoD) client. This role focuses on designing, enhancing, and maintaining custom OAF pages and extensions within Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) to support mission critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

OAF Development & Enhancements

Design, develop, and maintain OAF pages, extensions, and controller logic, aligned to technical requirements and functional design documents.
Build customizations within Oracle EBS using Java, OA Framework components, personalization, and page customizations. Technical Delivery & Support
Support analysis and troubleshooting of OAF related defects, page behavior issues, and configuration gaps across environments.
Work collaboratively with functional SMEs, testers, and other developers to deliver user facing features requiring OAF expertise Integration & EBS Alignment
Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) where they intersect with OAF UI components.
Ensure OAF components interact correctly with PL/SQL packages, APIs, and EBS modules. Quality, Documentation & Compliance
Produce technical design documents, user interface specifications, and test evidence following AFS and DoD client standards.
Follow secure coding practices and contribute to code reviews and quality assurance tasks.

Here’s What You Need:

4+ years of hands on experience developing in Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and core modules (e.g., PO, AP, AR, GL, HR).
Proficiency with Java, SQL, PL/SQL, and OA Framework MVC components.
4+ years’ experience working in Agile environments supporting iterative delivery.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot OAF related issues across multiple environments.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience supporting large federal, DoD, or regulated enterprise environments.
Familiarity with BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, or APEX reporting solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.

Administer over 30 AWS RDS databases running Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSFT SQL Server, and MySQL in multiple AWS accounts. Perform many related database functions across one or more teams or clients, including account management, AWS Data migration services (DMS) design and implementation for inter-database synchronization, backup/recovery, disaster recovery testing, and configuration management. The Work:

You will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing the performance, security, and reliability of network systems. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructure, with a focus on advanced technologies such as F5 networks and Palo Alto firewalls. You will be tasked with ensuring seamless connectivity, implementing robust security measures, and supporting the organization's mission-critical operations. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving network issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall network efficiency. Experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect with expertise in federal budgeting, formulation, and execution.

The Work:

Proven leader with a strong technical background in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and a track record of delivering end-to-end budgeting and financial transformation projects within the public sector.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
