The Work:
As a Business Analyst, you will support mission‑driven technology initiatives by analyzing current business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating those needs into clear, actionable user stories for technical teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and support the full systems development lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business, functional, and compliance requirements.
You will:
- Lead and support requirements elicitation, discovery sessions, and workflow analysis to understand current‑state systems, data, and processes.
- Define future‑state business processes, business rules, and user journeys; perform gap analysis and document findings.
- Develop business, functional, and system requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Create process diagrams, data mapping artifacts, and functional specifications to support design and development activities.
- Partner with architects, developers, and testers to clarify requirements, support backlog refinement, and participate in sprint activities.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensure alignment on requirements, and document key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Need:
- Experience supporting the SDLC and Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban).
- Demonstrated ability to document business processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and/or similar collaboration and work‑tracking tools.
- Ability to perform SQL queries (read/joins/basic analysis).
Bonus Points:
- Experience supporting federal programs or mission‑oriented environments.
- Background in cloud/web modernization (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience supporting testing, QA, automation tools, or user‑facing training materials.
- Experience with tools such as Visio/Lucidchart, Power BI/Tableau, or Medallia (for CX programs)

Job Description
The Requirements Analyst will establish and maintain the system requirements management environment for the System. Document and track all system requirements from inception through implementation, ensure full traceability, and manage the requirements management process to support all systems engineering and development activities. Must have:

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Jr. Systems Engineer to join our team and support our client in the Ft. Meade, MD area.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and process flows
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and system design documents for the development team
- Assist in the functional configuration, setup, and maintenance of PeopleSoft modules to meet business requirements
- Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including creating test plans, writing test scripts, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, performing initial analysis, and collaborating with technical teams for resolution
- Develop and maintain critical documentation, including functional design documents, process flow diagrams, user guides, and training materials
- Provide ongoing functional support and training to end-users to promote system adoption and efficiency
- Utilize SQL and PeopleSoft Query Manager to perform data analysis, generate reports, and validate data integrity
- Assist senior analysts in identifying opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements
Here's what you need:
- Experience in financial analysis and modeling
- Experience with Data Visualization and tools such as Tableau
- Experience with data mining and dataset analysis
- Familiarity with SQL or Oracle
Bonus points if you have:
- Familiarity with reading PeopleCode and SQR to understand existing system logic is a strong plus
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
- Understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, core modules (e.g., HCM, FSCM), and navigation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of business processes and systems analysis

As a Functional Site Assessor, you will support pre-deployment discovery activities for an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers.

Position Overview:
The Technical Site Assessor plays a critical role in supporting pre‑deployment discovery and readiness efforts for the implementation of a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across multiple medical centers. Position Description
As a Senior Science and Technology Support Analyst for Accenture Federal Services, you will provide comprehensive technical coordination, strategic planning, policy coordination, and administrative support to our federal clients.

• Support and coordinate triage activities, including incident management workflows, issue forums, and deployment events.
Required Experience:
• US Citizenship
• Prior project management experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Healthcare IT or EHR system deployments, especially Oracle EHR
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise within relevant workstream domains
• Experience working with client organizations, veteran communities, and/or military culture
• Familiarity with clinical operations and workflows

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
