Job Description

The Supply Chain Risk Management Specialist will identify and assess supply chain risks, develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure risk management compliance. The specialist will conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and evaluations of suppliers' security practices, and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks. This role will develop and maintain risk management documentation and reports and will also be responsible for addressing supply chain security concerns. This person will perform various types of supply chain risk assessments, including vendor assessments, product security evaluations, and supply chain mapping. They will assist in the development and implementation of supply chain security controls and will collaborate with procurement and legal teams to ensure security requirements are included in supplier contracts. They will monitor and analyze supply chain threats and vulnerabilities, contribute to the organization's threat intelligence efforts, and support incident response activities related to supply chain security events. This role will participate in supplier security awareness programs and help develop training materials for internal stakeholders. They will contribute to the development of supply chain risk metrics and key performance indicators.

Must have:

The work:

As an End-user Engagement Operations Lead, you will be responsible for visualizing the change journey of different stakeholder groups impacted by a transformation. You will develop and execute communication strategies to enhance readiness, lead engagement initiatives, and select the best techniques based on objectives. It is expected that you will be a self-starter and have the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments. You will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. 

The work:

• Oversee the activities of multiple deployments occurring at the same time, ensuring consistency, quality and on-time execution
• Coordinate with the client to deliver technical and functional support in line with their processes and technology

The Mission Trainer Team Lead is responsible for overseeing training operations and curriculum development in support of intelligence missions. This role requires deep knowledge of intelligence tradecraft, instructional design standards, and operational training delivery. The Mission Trainer Team Lead develops and delivers training programs across multiple geographic locations, ensuring alignment with intelligence objectives, doctrine, and operational standards. • Lead as an End-User-Engagement (EUE) Liaison within a comprehensive Electronic Health Record (EHR) system implementation across multiple medical centers. 
• Act as a fulcrum between Training, Change Management, Adoption, Communications, Informatics, & Training stakeholders/activities and the central deployment team - ensuring consistency and repeatability in EUE execution across multiple hospital deployments at different stages in their transition.
