The Role
As the Senior Manager of Flight Software at Capella, you will lead the team responsible for developing and maintaining the software that runs Capella’s satellite fleet in space. You will oversee the full flight software organization, supporting mission-critical development and on-orbit operations across multiple programs. In this role, you will set the technical direction and execution strategy for flight software, while building and scaling a high-performing engineering team. Compensation
The approximate base salary range for this position is $192,979 - $252,659. The total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a range of benefits available on our career site.
Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. EverPass is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to own the build-out of our Approved Developer ecosystem for AV control systems. This role is the primary driver for enabling AV control system partners to develop high-quality integrations with EverPass — and for getting those integrations published and available to customers through official vendor storefronts, or key product platform features. The Role:
The role of the Agile Program Manager is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to help lead critical Development initiatives and work closely with agile delivery teams. About the Role
We are excited to be growing our Business Development organization and are currently seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our Denver team. In this role, you will have a high impact position within our sales organization, overseeing the recruitment, performance, and culture of our Enterprise Business Development team in our beautiful Denver office. What You’ll Do
As a manager, you'll lead a frontline Business Development team, ensuring the achievement of activity and targets to generate new demand on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
You'll actively promote an environment that fosters the development of best practices, encouraging a team environment of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
Collaboration with sales and marketing leadership will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement of overall strategies.

Skills We’re Looking For
1-2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally in SaaS or B2B technology) with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
2+ years in outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement. Comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales cycles.
You adeptly navigate change and uphold an optimistic perspective within fast-paced, target driven work environments.

Demonstrated success in implementing effective inbound and outbound sales strategies and tactics.

Literacy in the evolving methods of applying AI to GTM motions
This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.
As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.

Appian is seeking a highly organized and cross-functional Launch Manager to drive the planning, coordination, and execution of both product launches and strategic go-to-market initiatives across the business.
This role serves as the central orchestrator of marketing activities across Product and Solutions Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Communications. The Launch Manager will ensure segment-specific strategies, regional plans, and business initiatives are unified into a cohesive, insight-driven go-to-market execution plan.
This role goes beyond traditional product launches, owning the rollout of key business initiatives such as new solutions, market expansions, pricing and packaging updates, and GTM transformations.
While we would prefer this role to be based out of our HQ in McLean, VA, we will evaluate qualified remote candidates. Regardless of location, working hours will be Eastern Time to align with core Marketing and Product Management teams.
The base salary for this role is between $125,000–$250,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
