Tomorrow.io is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts across multiple business functions, using an AI First approach. What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle on assigned roles from role scoping through sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and closing top talent
• Partner closely with hiring managers to improve hiring capability, align on expectations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and interviewer experience
• Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline while continuously improving quality-of-hire and reducing time-to-hire
• Use data and market insights to inform hiring strategies, identify trends, and optimize recruiting processes
• Serve as a trusted adviser to leaders across Space, Weather, Go-to-Market and G&A teams by anticipating talent needs and proactively shaping hiring plans
• In partnership with the TA Manager, refine recruiting processes and practices to scale with the business and support long-term growth

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of Recruiting experience within a SaaS/AI startup environment
• Experience sourcing and recruiting talent across various functions (Tech, GTM, G&A, etc.)
• Experience leveraging AI to automate parts of the hiring process (Sourcing, scheduling, analysis, etc.)
• Previous experience recruiting candidates in the space or aerospace industry
• Skilled in competency and behavioral based interviewing
• Leverages data to anticipate and solve problems throughout the hiring process
• Proficient in optimizing ATS’s (Greenhouse preferred)

• 2-4+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in aerospace, satellite systems, radar technologies, or other hardware-integrated environments.

The Opportunity

Tomorrow.io is expanding its federal footprint across civilian and defense missions, including NOAA AWIPS, FAA next-generation air traffic control, and newly formed Tomorrow.io Federal.

We are seeking a senior Federal Solutions Architect to join us initially as a part-time independent contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced federal technologist who wants to:

• Stay hands-on as an individual contributor
• Apply deep federal architecture and compliance expertise
• Make high-impact contributions without people management (for now)
• Help shape a growing federal practice with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role next year

This is a builder role, not a maintenance role.

What You’ll Do

Own Federal Solution Architecture (IC-Focused)

• Act as the senior technical IC for federal programs including NOAA AWIPS, DoD weather systems, and future classified and unclassified deployments
• Design and document end-to-end architectures: system diagrams, data flows, integrations, security controls, and CONOPS

Lead Compliance & Security Architecture

• Define and implement technical approaches aligned with FedRAMP, RMF, FISMA, ITAR, CUI, and DoD IL5/IL6
• Serve as a hands-on technical contributor during ATO processes, audits, and security reviews

Partner with Integrators & Government Stakeholders

• Engage directly with system integrators (e.g., SAIC, Leidos) and government technical teams
• Translate mission and operational requirements into deployable, compliant architectures

Bridge Product Engineering & Federal Reality

• Work closely with Tomorrow.io’s global engineering teams to ensure architectures are feasible within the product roadmap
• Adapt commercial platforms to meet federal operational and compliance constraints

Support Capture & Growth Efforts (As Needed)

• Provide technical input for RFIs, RFPs, solution narratives, and architecture diagrams
• Collaborate with Business Development and Capture teams to shape technical strategy early

Note: This role is intentionally scoped as a senior IC position. Team leadership and hiring may become part of the role if/when it transitions to full-time, but are not required initially.

What You Bring

Federal Architecture Expertise

• Proven experience architecting and delivering systems in federal civilian and/or DoD environments
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure, data platforms, APIs, and operational systems

Compliance & Security Fluency

• Hands-on experience with FedRAMP, RMF, FISMA, ITAR, CUI, DoD IL5/IL6
• Ability to design architectures that balance performance, security, and regulatory rigor

Credibility & Independence

• Comfortable operating as a trusted technical expert with government customers and integrators
• Able to work independently, define structure, and deliver with minimal oversight

• Experience standing up new environments, programs, or federal capabilities

We're seeking a Staff engineer - AI Builder to lead the design and implementation of AI-native technical frameworks that redefine how large-scale systems are built, extended, and evolved.

This role is deeply technical and architecture-driven, focused on designing modular, extensible, and AI-first system foundations that enable scalable development with AI as a core engineering collaborator.

You will work across the full stack, building infrastructure where AI actively generates, extends, and maintains software components as part of the native development flow.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of AI-native system frameworks that emphasize modularity, extensibility, and adaptive scalability.

Tomorrow.io’s Government Business Development team enables nations and public institutions to manage risk faster than the speed of weather.

We work with governments and public-sector stakeholders to modernize operations, ensure safety, and build long-term resilience through next-generation weather, climate, and operational intelligence.

As VP, Government Business Development APAC, you will own and scale Tomorrow.io’s government business across your region. You will be accountable for closing and expanding multi-year public-sector contracts, building a durable regional pipeline, and serving as the senior company representative to government stakeholders, partners, and international institutions. In addition, you will be responsible for leading and developing the regional government sales team, initially managing a small team and scaling it over time with full accountability for the performance, professional growth, and domain expertise of all sales personnel operating in the region.

This role combines regional market leadership with hands-on execution. You will lead the region’s largest and most complex government opportunities while building the foundation for repeatable growth across priority sectors.

What you’ll do:

• Own the regional government business, including pipeline development, deal execution, and revenue delivery across priority sectors.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for complex public-sector engagements, from opportunity shaping and market entry through procurement, contracting, and expansion.
• Build and maintain senior relationships with ministries, regulators, agencies, and state-owned entities relevant to priority use cases.
• Shape and influence government programs aligned with national priorities, modernization efforts, resilience planning, and operational readiness.

• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally as required.

What you bring:

• Fluency in English, additional languages relevant to the region are a strong plus.
• 15+ years of experience in government, institutional, or enterprise sales, with significant responsibility for complex, multi-year public-sector deals.
• Proven track record of closing large-scale government contracts, ideally in SaaS, data, infrastructure, or technology-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of public procurement, budget cycles, and the realities of navigating multi-stakeholder government environments.

We are seeking a Field Ops Engineer to join Tomorrow.io’s on-site technical operations for a high-profile, fast-moving global technology project. You’ll support the deployment, operation, and maintenance of Tomorrow.io’s weather systems, including radar and weather stations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and reliably across multiple international sites.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute on-site technical challenges during global operations.
• Manage the deployment, installation, calibration, operation, and disassembly of weather systems.

• Support field logistics, including transporting equipment, setup coordination, and on-site troubleshooting.

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on field role that involves working in dynamic, real-world environments. As part of day-to-day responsibilities, you may be required to:

• Lift, carry, and move equipment (including items over 40 lbs)
• Assemble and disassemble weather stations and related hardware
• Operate in outdoor environments (including heights) and varying weather conditions

What you’d bring:

Any EAE position at Tomorrow.io will generally require at least the following:
(please note that this is not a comprehensive list)

• 3+ years of successful SaaS sales with proven quota attainment
• 2+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
• Based in the greater Boston area, with the ability to collaborate onsite 2x per week
• AI-First Mindset: Enthusiasm for GenAI and ability to self-disrupt with new technologies and processes
• Experience and comfort being conversant with all levels of personas
• Success with solution selling
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude, balancing multiple tasks

What you’d do:

• Build a book of business within specific verticals 
• Utilize referrals and existing business relationships to identify new business opportunities 
• Ability to target the right personas and build new relationships through deep understanding of key vertical market value
• Ability to build/demonstrate value on how your clients are achieving ROI leveraging our weather intelligence solution
• International travel onsite to prospects when needed
• Collaborate with all branches of Tomorrow.io (e.g. Public Sector, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Enablement) to support highest quality of service and knowledge sharing with clients
• Generate accurate forecast and business pipeline
• Travel onsite to prospects when needed
