The expected range of compensation for this position based in Toronto, Canada, including commission and/or bonuses is $140,000 - $155,000 CAD. We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. What you'll be doing

The Role

We're looking for an experienced developer who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real impact. You'll join our TMT Technology team at TripArc, where you'll navigate the interesting challenge of modernizing a mature travel platform—decomposing legacy .NET systems into Azure-native microservices while keeping the business running smoothly. 

This isn't a role where you'll wait for detailed specifications or step-by-step guidance. You'll own problems end-to-end: digging into complex business logic in existing codebases, designing solutions that bridge old and new, and shipping code that serves thousands of travel professionals daily. Some days you'll be untangling decade-old stored procedures; others you'll be architecting event-driven services on Azure. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than frustrating. 

You'll work within our Agile framework—two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, the usual ceremonies—but we expect you to drive your own work. That means collaborating directly with QA, Product, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, pushing back when timelines don't make sense, and helping teammates when they're stuck. Documentation matters here: we use JIRA and Confluence extensively, and your tickets and design docs should be clear enough that anyone can pick up where you left off. 

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy features across our stack—from legacy Web Forms applications to modern .NET Core microservices running on Kubernetes. 
• Lead migration efforts, breaking down monolithic components into loosely-coupled services while maintaining system reliability. 
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures; work with MongoDB for document storage where appropriate.

Technical Skills

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with Entity Framework or similar ORMs.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced developer who thrives on autonomy and wants to make a real impact. You'll join our TMT Technology team at TripArc, where you'll navigate the interesting challenge of modernizing a mature travel platform—decomposing legacy .NET systems into Azure-native microservices while keeping the business running smoothly. 

This isn't a role where you'll wait for detailed specifications or step-by-step guidance. You'll own problems end-to-end: digging into complex business logic in existing codebases, designing solutions that bridge old and new, and shipping code that serves thousands of travel professionals daily. Some days you'll be untangling decade-old stored procedures; others you'll be architecting event-driven services on Azure. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than frustrating. 

You'll work within our Agile framework—two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, the usual ceremonies—but we expect you to drive your own work. That means collaborating directly with QA, Product, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, pushing back when timelines don't make sense, and helping teammates when they're stuck. Documentation matters here: we use JIRA and Confluence extensively, and your tickets and design docs should be clear enough that anyone can pick up where you left off. 

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy features across our stack—from legacy Web Forms applications to modern .NET Core microservices running on Kubernetes. 
• Lead migration efforts, breaking down monolithic components into loosely-coupled services while maintaining system reliability. 
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures; work with MongoDB for document storage where appropriate. 
• Build and maintain event-driven integrations using NServiceBus and Azure Service Bus. 
• Collaborate with Product and QA to scope work, estimate effort, and balance competing priorities within sprint commitments. 
• Own your deliverables through the full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment via Azure Pipelines, and production support.

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills

• 5+ years working with C# and the .NET ecosystem, with hands-on experience in both .NET Framework and .NET Core. 
• Strong SQL Server skills—you're comfortable writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large, intricate database schemas.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with Entity Framework or similar ORMs.
• Familiarity with message-based architectures; NServiceBus or Azure Service Bus experience
• MongoDB experience

Nice to have

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, ideally Azure Pipelines or similar tools.

Developing the Unity platform means designing, building, testing, and maintaining the systems that empower developers to ship and operate live games at scale. The Diagnostics team sits inside Unity's LiveOps umbrella and is responsible for the data that tells creators how their games are actually behaving in the wild — crash reports from the Unity runtime, telemetry and observability across customer projects, product health analysis, and the Unity Dashboard surfaces that put that data back in developers' hands.

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join the Diagnostics team as a backend-leaning generalist. You will lead end-to-end design across our stack — ingest from millions of game clients, pipelines built on OpenTelemetry, a ClickHouse-based data lake, and the dashboard surfaces customers depend on — and you will partner closely with the Data, IAP, Profiler, and DevX teams on the integrations that make Diagnostics useful. Our stack is Go (primary), Kotlin, TypeScript, and C#. This is a small, autonomous team where senior judgment compounds: you will shape how the team designs, reviews, and ships, including how we work with agentic AI tools as a core part of the craft.

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end design across ingest, pipelines, ClickHouse storage and query, and the dashboards developers rely on.
• Write and maintain high-quality Go services that handle attacker-controlled inputs at scale, with strong attention to reliability, performance, and clean data contracts.

What We Need

We are looking for a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of new animation features and gameplay mechanics at our new studio. The pay range for this position in British Columbia at the start of employment is expected to be between $71,400 and $105,660 per Year. The Role

Join us as a Software Development Manager and play a pivotal role in launching and enhancing our SaaS platform services. In this role, you will initially lead a team focused on solving critical security challenges in identity and authentication — designing, developing, and maintaining secure access services that scale across our products. About the Team

Engineers on this team construct our rules-based calculating engine for processing sales commissions. This might sound simple if you have never been exposed to sales comp plans, it is not! We are low on meetings, high on accountability. Most of the team are in EST time zone but we have a few located in PST and Central as well. We are far from maintenance / progressive evolution in many areas, there is a lot of room to make a big impact in the overall design.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Manager of Data Platform, you will play a critical role in the evolution of our Spark based data platform. You'll lead development efforts for our complex, data-rich platform features while being an example to the team of code quality and thoughtful software design. You will be working on the most challenging code at Forma.

As a Staff Engineer, you are expected to operate with a high degree of ownership and trust. About the role

What You'll Do

Agent Platform & Architecture

• Design and build core agent platform capabilities, including orchestration patterns (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Execute), tool execution layers, memory/context management, and guardrails
• Develop reusable agent skills and a standardized tool ecosystem aligned with platform conventions
• Implement enterprise-grade controls for agent execution, including human-in-the-loop workflows, permissioning, and policy enforcement

Retrieval & AI Systems

• Design and implement RAG services, including hybrid retrieval, reranking, embeddings, and citation behavior

Production Engineering & Reliability

• Build automated evaluation and regression pipelines to maintain quality at scale

Applied Research & Technical Strategy

What You Bring
