ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for an application troubleshooting analyst – an individual who can perform analysis of a given problem report and determine where the problem is, its cause, solution or recommend effective workaround where applicable.
Acting as an escalation point for client Subject Matter Experts, Product Support Analysts act as the primary point of contact for client technical teams. Through a combination of technical investigation and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with teams across D2L, PSAs offer a world class support experience for D2L Administrators with varying degrees of technical expertise across the Enterprise, Higher Education, and K-12 segments.
Successful candidates must have strong analytical skills and be creative problem solvers. They will be able to make accurate risk assessments and demonstrate above-average attention to details and competencies. They are excellent communicators and are comfortable discussing technical issues with clients whose technical expertise may vary.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Utilize electronic communication by chat, phone, email, or assignment through case tracking system to interact with users facing technical issues, effectively identifying and documenting the problems they are encountering
- Conduct thorough research and implement appropriate solutions by referring to user guides, technical manuals, and other relevant documents
- Identify and correct improperly configured installations
- Replicate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems experienced by users, employing troubleshooting techniques to ensure prompt resolution
- Create, update, and resolve support cases within defined Service Level Objectives
- Improve product/tool design and functionality through creation of Software Defect reports and Feature Enhancement reports
- Create Support documentation, including FAQs and both internal and client-facing Knowledge-based Articles
- Participate in collaborative troubleshooting sessions to identify root causes of complex issues
- Participate in a shift rotation including weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on Eastern Time
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Fluency in English and Canadian French is required

- Active Directory, Office 365 Suites, OAuth, LDAP, and SAML solutions.
- Web applications and how they work at a high level (web servers, database servers, client-to-server communication)
- Wireshark, Fiddler, and other browser based diagnostic and reporting tools
- Communicate technical and complex information in verbal and written form
- Strong customer service skills

Desired Experience:
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL

Job Summary:
As D2L’s Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support the Business Development Representative (BDR) team by helping deliver and maintain the training, content, and tools that improve prospecting effectiveness, meeting conversion, and time to productivity. You will partner with Revenue Enablement, BDR leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to understand enablement needs, coordinate execution of key initiatives, and ensure BDR-facing resources are accurate, easy to find, and consistently used.
In this role, you will help run onboarding and continuous learning for BDRs by managing logistics, maintaining training materials and knowledge bases, and supporting live sessions as needed. You are detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative—able to translate field feedback into practical improvements and track participation and adoption using defined enablement metrics. This role may require occasional travel for team meetings or key enablement events.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Partner with BDR leadership and top performers to coordinate enablement that strengthens core prospecting skills (ICP messaging, outreach sequencing, discovery, objection handling)
- Support the BDR onboarding program by scheduling sessions, maintaining training paths and resources, and gathering feedback to improve the experience
- Create and maintain BDR readiness resources (talk tracks, call guides, battlecards, email/call templates, sequence examples) and keep content current, approved, and easy to locate
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Product, Marketing, Services, Rev Ops) into clear, BDR-ready updates that reinforce positioning and key initiatives
- Support recurring learning moments (BDR team meetings, enablement sessions, certifications) by assisting with agendas, materials, facilitation, and follow-up
- Help optimize BDR workflows and tool usage (e.g., CRM activity standards, routing, sequencing tools, conversation intelligence) by documenting best practices and reinforcing adoption
- Track enablement inputs and outcomes (attendance, completion, content usage) and help report on BDR productivity indicators in partnership with Rev Operations
- Support content governance and quality assurance for BDR-facing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment to brand and messaging standards
- Maintain a working understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to support timely updates to BDR messaging and objection handling resources
- Identify common performance gaps (e.g., low connect rates, weak ICP targeting, low meeting conversion) and propose practical enablement actions in partnership with BDR leadership
- Maintain BDR content repositories and communication channels in partnership with Revenue Enablement
- Support knowledge checks and certification processes to validate understanding of products, services, and BDR best practices
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- 2–4 years of experience supporting revenue enablement, rev operations, business development, or a related go-to-market function in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of BDR goals and success measures (activity, conversion rates, meetings set, pipeline contribution) and the ability to align enablement support accordingly
- Demonstrated project coordination skills—organizing stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving day-to-day execution and follow-through
- Flexible and agile—able to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear BDR enablement assets and confidently support live facilitation when needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations stakeholders at multiple levels
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on content quality, version control, and consistent processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams) and comfortable learning and supporting BDR tools (e.g., CRM, sales engagement/sequencing tools, content management, conversation intelligence)
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of day-to-day execution and follow-through
- Experience with virtual learning environments, content portals, knowledge bases, and/or learning management systems is preferred

Job Summary:
As D2L’s Customer Success Enablement Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery and execution of our global Customer Success Enablement Strategy. You will collaborate with key business functions to assess enablement needs, define and execute enablement programs, and identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the customer success organization.
As an experienced enablement leader, you will oversee onboarding, productivity improvement, learning development, and training across various roles within Customer Success. This role will require approximately 25% travel annually, primarily within North America (US & Canada), with potential for international travel.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver competency-based programs that support ongoing skill development across the Customer Success organization (e.g., onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion strategies)

General Description:
As a D2L Solutions Engineer on the Account Management team, you'll spend every day helping those around you get the most out of D2L products and services. You'll help existing D2L clients and educators by learning about their unique needs and proposing solutions including D2L products and services to meet those needs. Your passion for teaching and learning makes people want to open up to you, and your expertise in learning technology and how to accomplish nearly anything using the D2L platform makes you a trusted advisor. You're excited to speak to everyone from students and instructors to a CIO, Professors, Vice Chancellors or Chancellors, and your demos and presentations provoke gasps of amazement, if not outright applause.
Major Responsibilities (How Will I Make an Impact?):
- Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform. You won’t just need theoretical knowledge of how things work, but you will be expected to try things out and make sure they work in practice. You will need to get creative and sometimes approach and re-approach a solution until you find the right fit.
- Support the sales process by becoming an expert in D2L products and services, including functionality, usage, architecture, and deployment.
- Prepare and present persuasive and expertly tailored product demonstrations before a wide variety of audiences and under challenging circumstances. Audiences could be new or seasoned users, executives at a conference table, university faculty in a lecture theatre or HR and L&D professionals piled into stadium seating. Needs could be vague or extremely unique, and timelines to prepare can vary.
- Build compelling, value-oriented presentations while partnering with your sales team to prep for such presentations.
- Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects to understand their infrastructure, needs and potential customizations they may require.
- Provide feedback to product management teams regarding use cases and trends in the field.
- Create technical documentation and materials as required for your prospects.
- Be the conduit through which internal SMEs are contacted and engaged into sales opportunities.
- Attend sales presentations, meetings, and conferences as required (travel 25-50%), and be willing to work various hours across North America from PST to EST.
- Engaging in proposal writing - review client requirements, identify optimal product mix, address gaps and assessing competitive alignment, and culminating in the creation of clear, concise responses.
Competencies (What you’ll bring to the role):
- 3+ years' experience as a Brightspace user either as an administrator or an instructor having used the platform extensively.
- Comfort with other learning management systems and other learning platforms that might integrate with the LMS.
- Have a deep interest in education and educational technology including familiarity with technology ecosystem and the LMS.
- Must be very comfortable with presenting complex education and technology concepts to a variety of stakeholders.
- Be highly engaging in person and virtually.
- Must have excellent writing and comprehension skills.
- Be able to work remotely in a professional manner.
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.

Job Summary:
The Paid Media Specialist will support our in-house paid media team, who executes digital marketing efforts across the North American, EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions. This is a hands-on paid media role where the candidate will be expected to be in platform executing and optimizing campaigns daily. This role is perfectly suited for a new starter in digital marketing who is looking to expand their knowledge and experience.
As a member of the performance marketing team, the successful candidate will be expected to help execute and optimize our various campaigns across the year, while providing recommendations to the channel strategists where applicable.
The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to develop their knowledge outside of paid media by supporting the performance marketing team in ABM & SEO efforts.
The successful candidate will report to each of the channel strategists and the performance marketing director.
How Will I Make an Impact?
- Support in the creation and management of new LinkedIn Ad campaigns for the B2B market (with support and guidance from the Paid Social Manager).
- Support in the execution & optimization Paid Search (Google Ads) campaigns for the North American & International markets (with support and guidance from the Paid Media Manager).
- Support in the execution of ABM marketing display campaigns.
- Creation of landing pages for performance marketing campaigns (with support & training from web experience team).
- Partner with creative team & external freelancers to develop assets for performance marketing campaigns.
- Support in the management of external agency and/or channel partners.
- Report success metrics and provide insights & recommendations on paid search & paid social performance.
- Assist with project and resource planning where required.
- Work with web, SEO & content team to feedback keyword insights & findings.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing tactics & channels.
- Knowledge of Paid Search and/or Paid Social channels (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience working in SaaS and/or B2B verticals is preferred.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for an application troubleshooting analyst – an individual who can perform analysis of a given problem report and determine where the problem is, its cause, solution or recommend effective workaround where applicable.
Acting as an escalation point for client Subject Matter Experts, Product Support Analysts act as the primary point of contact for client technical teams. Through a combination of technical investigation and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with teams across D2L, PSAs offer a world class support experience for D2L Administrators with varying degrees of technical expertise across the Enterprise, Higher Education, and K-12 segments.
Successful candidates must have strong analytical skills and be creative problem solvers. They will be able to make accurate risk assessments and demonstrate above-average attention to details and competencies. They are excellent communicators and are comfortable discussing technical issues with clients whose technical expertise may vary.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Utilize electronic communication by chat, phone, email, or assignment through case tracking system to interact with users facing technical issues, effectively identifying and documenting the problems they are encountering
- Conduct thorough research and implement appropriate solutions by referring to user guides, technical manuals, and other relevant documents
- Identify and correct improperly configured installations
- Replicate, diagnose, and resolve technical problems experienced by users, employing troubleshooting techniques to ensure prompt resolution
- Create, update, and resolve support cases within defined Service Level Objectives
- Improve product/tool design and functionality through creation of Software Defect reports and Feature Enhancement reports
- Create Support documentation, including FAQs and both internal and client-facing Knowledge-based Articles
- Participate in collaborative troubleshooting sessions to identify root causes of complex issues
- Participate in a shift rotation including weekdays, evenings, and weekends based on Eastern Time
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for driving customer retention, growth, and strategic alignment across assigned accounts. This role ensures long-term customer success by managing renewals, expanding revenue opportunities, and fostering strong executive relationships. The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to client business objectives and success metrics.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of account management—from renewals and expansion opportunities to executive engagement and strategic planning. You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that showcase outcomes and success metrics, proactively manage churn risk, and ensure accurate forecasting. Additionally, you will champion client engagement by driving participation in key in-person events and aligning stakeholders at all levels.

How you will make an impact:
Renewals
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts, ensuring timely execution and alignment with contractual terms.
- Proactively engage customers well before renewal dates to reinforce value delivered and address any concerns.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations and compliance
Expansion Revenue
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding customer goals and unmet needs.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to position additional solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Develop proposals and close expansion deals that contribute to overall revenue growth.
Executive Alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across multiple levels of the client organization.
- Create and execute engagement plans that include regular executive touchpoints and strategic discussions.
- Ensure every client attends at least one in-person client event annually to strengthen partnerships and foster collaboration.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Lead structured QBR sessions focused on demonstrating business value, reviewing success metrics, and aligning on future outcomes.
- Prepare data-driven presentations that highlight ROI, adoption trends, and progress toward agreed objectives.
- Document and track action items from QBRs to ensure accountability and follow-through.
Account Strategy
- Develop comprehensive account plans that outline customer objectives, jobs to be done, and problems to solve.
- Align internal resources to support the customer’s success metrics and long-term strategic goals.
- Continuously update account strategies based on evolving customer needs and market conditions.
Forecast Churn Accuracy
- Maintain accurate churn forecasts by monitoring account health, engagement levels, and risk indicators.
- Use data and insights to predict potential churn and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Report churn risk and mitigation plans to leadership on a regular cadence.
Risk Management
- In partnership with Customer Success, identify and assess risks that could impact customer satisfaction, retention, or revenue.
- Develop and execute risk mitigation plans, escalating issues when necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving critical account challenges quickly and effectively.
What you will bring to the role:
- 5+ years of account management experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage a large book of business with multiple accounts and a track record of successful achievement of assigned quotas.
- Experience with enterprise-level web-based applications.
- Ability to develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer goals and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, renewal processes, and expansion opportunities.
- Skilled in building multi-threaded relationships, including executive-level engagement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to lead QBRs and influence stakeholders.
