Job Summary:
As a Knowledge Specialist, you will collaborate with the Knowledge and Localization Team to provide multi-lingual content for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include creating how-to video tutorials in multiple languages, conducting quality-assurance reviews of our product translations, and acquiring multi-lingual product screenshots for our help documentation and release notes. Additionally, you will work with the team to address client needs for multi-lingual content. ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for an application troubleshooting analyst – an individual who can perform analysis of a given problem report and determine where the problem is, its cause, solution or recommend effective workaround where applicable.
Acting as an escalation point for client Subject Matter Experts, Product Support Analysts act as the primary point of contact for client technical teams. Through a combination of technical investigation and troubleshooting, as well as collaborating with teams across D2L, PSAs offer a world class support experience for D2L Administrators with varying degrees of technical expertise across the Enterprise, Higher Education, and K-12 segments.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an aspiring IT professional focused on Infrastructure support and development. Your day-to-day activities will include end user support, planning and research on new support technologies (Laptops, Operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android, MacOS), security compliance) and Infrastructure (Microsoft suite of tools, JAMF, patching and software management), with other projects that directly impact the experience of D2L Employees. We aim to gain a deep understanding of the problems users face and use this to help us develop processes using the latest technology that are easy to use, flexible, and smart.

The Business Development Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the execution and follow-up of business development activities at D2L. About the Role
We are looking for an aspiring researcher to join our User Experience Research team. This role involves planning and conducting research on UX design projects that directly impact the experience of millions of users worldwide. We aim to gain a deep understanding of the problems users face and help others develop empathy so we can develop a product that is easy, flexible, and smart.
At D2L, UX Research is part of the larger Product Design Team. This means we work closely with Product Designers to inform the design on product initiatives. We get involved early in development projects to conduct research about our users’ goals, motivations, and challenges. As designers work through the phases of their projects, we stay deeply engaged and execute usability research to make sure that the final product is meeting our users’ needs and expectations.
The Product Design Team is part of our larger Technology, Engineering, and Design organization that is responsible for creating and developing all of D2L’s products. This means that we collaborate with not only designers, but also Product Managers, Developers, and many other talented D2Lers on our research projects.

On the backend, our product is built on the .NET stack, but we have a growing ecosystem of cloud-native services built on the AWS platform leveraging technologies such as Node.js, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, Serverless (Lambda), etc. On the front-end we use Polymer and other web frameworks to build engaging and responsive web apps. We also build native mobile apps in Kotlin and Swift. Ultimately, we strive to use the most appropriate technologies to achieve our goal of changing the way the world learns. You don't need to know how to use these yet, we'll help you learn!

Job Summary:
As D2L’s Revenue Enablement Specialist, you will support the Business Development Representative (BDR) team by helping deliver and maintain the training, content, and tools that improve prospecting effectiveness, meeting conversion, and time to productivity. You will partner with Revenue Enablement, BDR leadership, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to understand enablement needs, coordinate execution of key initiatives, and ensure BDR-facing resources are accurate, easy to find, and consistently used.
