As Product Owner for our Windows Teams, you’ll guide three high-performing Scrum teams, driving forward the evolution and excellence of our Windows Privilege Management (EPM) capabilities. You’ll shape the roadmap, define vision, and ensure every sprint delivers measurable value to customers and stakeholders alike.

What You’ll Do

• Lead three Agile development teams building and refining our Windows Privilege Management platform, ensuring clear prioritization and purposeful delivery.
• Create and communicate an inspiring product vision, connecting strategy to execution.
• Take broad ideas from inception through discovery and solution, defining the problem space collaboratively, working with multi-disciplinary teams to explore and shape possible solutions, and creating an incremental backlog to deliver value iteratively.
• Own and refine value-led backlogs, balancing innovation, technical excellence, and customer impact.
• Run Scrum ceremonies and drive collaborative workshops that keep teams aligned, motivated, and delivering great outcomes.
• Partner closely with engineering, UX, product management, and other Product Owners, ensuring a cohesive vision across the Endpoint Privilege Management suite.

• Maintain a 3–6 month roadmap with varying granularity — ensuring immediate clarity and long-term direction.
• Support the teams’ pursuit of engineering excellence and product quality, fostering continuous improvement and customer trust.

The Role

As a Principal Architect for EPM, you will be a senior member of the technical team that sets the vision and overall design of our software solutions. You will partner closely with product engineering, platform teams, and stakeholders across the Office of the CTO to shape the next generation of our EPM platform. • Deep expertise with at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working familiarity with others
• Hands-on experience architecting big data and analytics platforms, including ingestion, schema design, partitioning, and query performance tuning across technologies such as Elastic, ClickHouse, Databricks, or similar
• Microservices and cloud-native design patterns, including containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Solid understanding of modern design patterns and practices such as Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD
• Competency in a core programming language
