The Role

The Role

We are looking for a Sr. UX Researcher who owns their space, moves quickly, and drives real product decisions within the secrets management space.

This role is the primary customer advocate for our password management capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying meaningful problems across this ecosystem, delivering actionable insights, and influencing what gets built. • Own UX research for BeyondTrust’s password and secrets management capabilities

The Role

The Role

The Director, Product Management role will focus on certifications and compliance, and will lead business line growth for the BeyondTrust platform and product portfolio across the US Public Sector, global government markets, and regulated security and compliance frameworks. This role owns the strategy, planning, and support the execution of certifications and compliance initiatives across the full product lifecycle, working cross-functionally and cross-organizationally to align teams, priorities, and outcomes.   

This is a product leadership role with direct accountability for business outcomes. Certifications are treated as strategic product investments that enable new sales, unlock regulated markets, and accelerate revenue growth. They are a means to growth, not an end in themselves. Ownership is shared across the organization, but this role is accountable for ensuring certifications function as a durable product and business capability, not a compliance-only exercise.

• Own the strategy, planning and resourcing for certification programs, including FedRAMP (Moderate and High), GovRAMP, DOD ATOs & Certifications as well as other government and global regulated-market frameworks. 
• Serve as stakeholder in partnership for Trust & Assurance Organization for certification maintenance, including assessments, continuous monitoring, and reauthorization activities. 
• Maintain authoritative knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and proactively assess their impact on product direction and delivery.

• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers and partners
• Lead RFP responses for your accounts
• Own full end-to-end sales cycle, including running sales meetings, working closely with your SE and partner network, managing a deal through to close.
• Act as an advisor to prospects to understand whether their needs could be met with the BeyondTrust product portfolio
• Understand and document customers’ business and IT strategies, priorities, and goals; capture this data accurately in CRM system

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ quota-carrying sales experience with a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota
• Proven success of engaging and selling to Federal Civilian Agencies
• Based in the DC area, with flexibility to travel for customer meetings, partner engagements, and collaboration with the broader sales pod, building strong relationships, maintaining visibility, and driving success.
• Experience with enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT or related managed services sales to global organizations
• Experience with Salesforce
• Able to command sales message and sales
• Experience leveraging the channel to drive business

• Ability to travel within the region

The Role:

The Sr Account Executive will manage a defined sales territory and be responsible for delivering against a quota goal for the defined territory. • Responsible for sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and account management through the close cycle
• Maintain accurate Whitespace data on customer and focus prospect accounts
• Partner closely with Vice President, SE’s, PAM’s and wider POD to deliver strategic goals
• Algin with Channel team and Channel Partners to deliver value to our customers and BeyondTrust wherever possible

• Sale experience in the DOD Unified Combatant Commands and DOD Forth Estate accounts.
• Familiar with federal buying vehicles such as ESI, GSA, CHESS/ITES, etc
• Knowledge of the federal government channel of VADs and VARs
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota
• Established network and relationships with senior IT professionals
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Ability to travel within defined region
