The Mandate: Humans + AI

Reporting to the CRO, you will lead the strategy for a customer base that already loves us. Currently, our motion is 100% human-driven. Your mandate is to identify where we can leverage AI automation to augment our people—removing the "robotic" work from our managers so they can focus on high-value human relationships. 

• Lead the Leaders: Manage a team of two managers who oversee our Account Management and Renewal squads. Coach them to move from order-takers to growth owners. 
• Modernise the Motion: Build the first version of our AI-augmented expansion playbook. You'll identify opportunities to use AI for customer health monitoring, automated renewal touches, and predictive cross-sell signals. 
• Design the Multi-Product Playbook: Define how we cross-sell new products (Protect and Backup) into an established base of thousands of IT pros.

So, what will your new role look like?

As a DevSecOps Lead, you will be an operational individual contributor responsible for embedding security directly into our products, pipelines, and development workflows — with a focus on CI/CD, C#/.NET applications, Azure, and AI-driven software delivery. This is a deeply technical role where you will write code, build tooling, and work closely with developers to ensure security is a natural part of how we build and ship software.

You will join the AI-SDLC team, which builds internal platforms and tooling that enable AI agents to operate across the development lifecycle. This is an opportunity for a performance-driven marketer to take ownership of paid acquisition (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit) and lead structured testing across the funnel. You'll manage a significant ad budget (~1M per month) alongside a paid media agency you'll lead day-to-day, and work closely with our Senior Manager of Demand Generation to grow ShareGate's reach, optimize campaign efficiency, and uncover new growth opportunities through experimentation.

As a web developer on the ShareGate marketing team, you're the technical engine that turns ambitious ideas into reality. You own the technical layer: you build what Webflow can't do on its own, you make sure integrations hold up, and you keep our analytics tracking reliable so we can make the best decisions.

You're the one we call when things get technically complex, when a campaign needs a microsite that truly stands out, or when the team needs to move faster without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities:

• Implement pages, components, and landing pages in Webflow, including custom code when the platform hits its limits.
• Build, maintain, and improve integrations with our third-party tools (Intercom, Spara, MCP, and others).

In this hands-on technical leadership role, you’ll own the architecture, define the long-term technical vision, and help build the team that will bring this highly requested capability to life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design, architecture, and delivery of the Backup feature, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
