Subscriptions are a key growth area for Roku and are a significant growth path. In this role, as part of the subscriptions platform team, you will envision, architect, build, and run a highly available, fault-tolerant, efficient, and performant platform that scales to billions of viewers.
In this role, you will lead the architecture and implementation of a highly available, fault‑tolerant, and performant subscriptions platform that scales to billions of viewers across AWS/GCP, owning key initiatives end‑to‑end while coding roughly 80% of the time. You’ll evaluate and adopt new technologies, design shared architectural layers (queuing, event systems, shared memory), and collaborate across Product, Engineering, QA, and Ops to deliver resilient services spanning streaming, APIs, notifications, and batch workloads. As a hands‑on technical leader, you will set engineering excellence by example, drive CI/CD automation and platform reuse, influence roadmap through cross‑team architectural discussions, and consistently turn complex requirements into reliable, well‑documented systems.
For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $186,000 - $388,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. About the Role
Most marketing teams are bolting AI onto a content process built for 2018. We're building one for 2026.
The first is to produce excellent content and drive organic growth. You're an SEO expert across keyword research, on-page, technical, content clusters, and measurement, and you're hungry to figure out GEO, because nobody's a GEO expert yet and the playbook is being written in real time. Own the strategy and the execution that make Delight.ai discoverable wherever buyers and LLMs research: Google, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Reddit, the podcast feeds CX leaders actually listen to. SEO and GEO aren't checklists you run after the writing is done. They shape what gets written and how. The output is long-form posts, narratives, technical explainers, podcast prep, the occasional Reddit thread that earns its own citation. The bar is high. Your work has to hold up in front of CX leaders running real programs at airlines, retailers, and B2B SaaS companies, and in front of our own product and engineering teams. Sloppy generalities won't survive either audience, and they won't earn citations either.
The second is to build the engine that lets a small team produce work like that at volume. Pipelines, agents, prompt libraries, retrieval layers, schemas, design systems. The connective tissue that turns one writer into a content function. Delight.ai is an AI concierge platform, and our marketing should look like it was made by people who actually believe in the technology they sell. We have the tokens. Use them.
You will join a small, high-agency team at the intersection of product, marketing, and web. Pay Transparency
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. Job Summary:
We are looking for a Tax Manager I to join our Tax Team. The Tax group is a dedicated team of professionals who work in conjunction with our wealth advisors to provide tax compliance services to our high-net-worth clients. We are looking for someone who loves client service but does not enjoy the headaches of billable hours in a traditional public accounting firm. We are looking for a seasoned Senior Tax Manager to join our Tax department. This role is based in our San Jose, CA headquarters (in office Tuesday-Thursday) or remotely across the US, reporting to the Senior Director, Tax. Opportunity for Impact
Taxbit is seeking a Head of Communications to build and lead our global communications strategy. The global digital economy landscape is shifting fast, with Taxbit at the center of it. This leadership role shapes how we show up publicly and internally: defining our narrative, translating complex regulatory developments into clear public positioning, and bringing top-tier media and analyst relationships that establish Taxbit as the authoritative voice in tax and compliance for the digital economy. You will partner closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, and people teams to ensure message consistency across all channels and stakeholders. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, sees opportunity in ambiguity, and wants to build something impactful.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$225,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
