Purpose
As an Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a specific focus on the Finance business capability. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the business, IT peers, internal and external functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that enable our business requirements. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the technical design, development, and integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to achieve optimal performance and scalability.
The Role
- Lead the technical design and architecture of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions withing the Finance business
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Provide guidance and expertise on the configuration, customization, and extension of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications to meet specific user needs
- Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Cloud Financials modules, supporting all phases of the project lifecycle
- Guide business process optimization and transformation in the context of Oracle Cloud
- Develop solution blueprints, process flows, gap analysis, and technical documentation
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations
- Collaborate with development, integration, and security teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and standards during the development lifecycle
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up to date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and enhancements
- Support cutover, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring business readiness
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export control
- 15+ years in Oracle ERP experience with 7+ years in Finance
- Expertise and consulting field experience across several Oracle Fusion Financial modules, such as:
- General Ledger
- Payables/Receivables/Fixed Assets
- Cash Management & Expenses
- Tax Automation & Configuration
- Financial Reporting (SmartView, Financial Reporting Studio, Fusion Analytics Warehouse)
- Accounting Hub and Subledger Integrations
- Demonstrated ability to design scalable, future-ready Oracle Cloud ERP Financials solutions aligned to industry and Oracle leading practices
- Proficiency with relevant Oracle utilities, tools and middleware
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client management skills
- Comfortable working in the defense industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies, such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM)
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems including MES, PLM

Purpose
We’re seeking a Full‑Stack Software Engineer with solid experience in application development, data modeling, and feature implementation to join our growing team. In this role you will write clean, efficient code, help evolve our platforms, and collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality features on schedule.
The Role
- Full‑stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using modern web technologies, with a primary focus on TypeScript (Node.js and front‑end frameworks such as React or similar).
- Data Modeling & Persistence: Create and evolve relational and NoSQL data models that support new functionality and improve existing features.
- Feature Delivery: Own individual features from specification through implementation, testing, deployment, and post‑release monitoring.
- Code Quality: Participate in peer code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and follow best practices to ensure maintainable, high‑quality code.

Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- 5–8 years of experience in full‑stack development
- Fluency in TypeScript with solid experience in Node.js and modern front‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL data modeling

- Proven ability to write clear, concise design and technical documentation

Compensation
At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels E04 - E05 as evaluated through our interview process.

- E05 / Sr. Engineer: $141,380 - $194,390

We are seeking a talented and experienced Master Data Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and executing data governance practices while maintaining high-quality, reliable master data across enterprise systems. You will partner cross-functionally with Business Development, Data, Operations, Productions, and Engineering teams to define data standards, enforce governance rules, and ensure alignment of master data across ERP, PLM, MES, and other downstream platforms.
The role will support and help shape the future-state ownership model for key data domains including items, vendor, customers, and operational data by partnering with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify gaps, and build the case for centralized master data management. You will contribute to data standardization efforts, naming conventions, and critical data quality controls while helping guide the organization toward scalable governance practices. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Data & Process Management.

The Role
- Evaluate current-state master data processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems.

- Drive data quality initiatives by establishing validation rules, monitoring critical attributes, and managing exception reporting to improve accuracy and consistency.
- Manage and support data governance intake and workflow processes, ensuring proper tracking, approvals, and visibility of data-related requests and issues.
- Develop and maintain data governance artifacts including data dictionaries, attribute definitions, naming conventions, and documentation repositories to support transparency and standardization.

Purpose
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to join our Robotics & AI Software team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced automation and software engineers to develop and implement innovative algorithms for task and motion planning plus computer vision in robotic systems. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and testing of software solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency and reliability of robotic software algorithms. This involves symbolic task planning, robot kinematics, collision detection, optimization, and computer vision.
The Role

Purpose
As an Oracle Fusion Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the functional configuration and day-to-day operation of Oracle Fusion ERP, with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain modules. The Role
- Implementation and Configuration: Support the setup, configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP, including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement and end ensuring alignment with business processes and controls.

- Integration and Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams to design and maintain integrations, custom reports, and workflows using Oracle tools such as OIC, VBCS, ADF, OTBI and SmartView.
- Data Management: Participate in data migration, validation, and cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity during system upgrades or migrations.
- Project Participation: Support ERP related projects, including upgrades, patches, UAT, regression testing and month end or year-end close activities.
- Customer Service and Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Monitor and support scheduled jobs and processes, including resolving transaction console errors
- Provide after-hours support during upgrades or vendor-led updates when needed
Basic Qualifications
- Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, financial or accounting background a plus
- 3+ years in an Oracle ERP functional support role
- Recent, hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Strong experience in Finance and or Supply Chain modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, INV, OM, or Procurement
- Experience building OTBI reports
- Strong understanding of business processes and controls
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable supporting production systems and business-critical processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, defense, or manufacturing industries
- Familiarity with other enterprise systems including MES, PLM

At Divergent, our pay range is based on the level of the job. For this role, we will consider candidates at levels S03 - S05 as evaluated through our interview process.
- Specialist 03 / S03: $82,620 - $135,734
- Specialist 04 / S04: $95,400 - $156,729
- Sr. Specialist 05 / S05: $110,160 - $180,977
