Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, including platform best practices, content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
A strong understanding and a clear point of view on what makes content scroll-stopping, engaging, and platform-native
Experience ideating, creating, and editing social content, especially short-form video
Ability to work independently, but you also know how to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners to move projects forward
Strong writing skills with solid communication skills and know how to tailor messaging for different platforms, audiences, and creative formats
Comfort in guiding creators, designers, editors, influencers, or agency partners and can give clear, actionable creative direction
Experience with social media management, reporting, and trend-monitoring tools such as Sprout Social or similar platforms
Experience interpreting performance data, spot patterns, and turn learnings into better creative decisions
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment without dropping details
Proactive, self-directed, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
Interest in health and wellness and excited by the opportunity to create content in a space that is constantly evolving.

Job Summary:
The Pricing Data Scientist is a hands-on, high-autonomy individual contributor responsible for owning end-to-end pricing analytics and measurement in close partnership with the Pricing organization. This role focuses on practical, decision-driven work including competitive price validation, pricing test measurement, promotion and discount analysis, elasticity assessment, and executive-ready insights -- translating complex pricing dynamics into clear, credible recommendations that influence senior leaders. The ideal candidate combines strong quantitative skills with pragmatic execution, is comfortable building and applying predictive models while working across SQL, Python, and analytics workflows, and can independently deliver results without heavy guidance. Success in this role: judgment, bias toward action, and the ability to clearly articulate the “so-what” behind the numbers.

Job Summary:
The Category Manager applies their analytical skills and business expertise to take ownership and drive growth and profitability for the category(s) while articulating a clear strategy and long-term vision. As a category expert, they will have a fundamental understanding of the products, vendors, brands and global trends driving the business. They will lead the team in evaluating, curating, pricing, promoting, and growing the brands/products in their assigned category and cultivating strong vendor partnerships that result in mutually beneficial opportunities. The role directly partners with the Director and Sr. Category Manager. As a leader on the team they will be responsible for hiring, managing, developing, and mentoring of the Buyers and Senior Buyers, and creating a cohesive, efficient and forward-thinking team. This role is the fourth step in the progression of the Merchandising team's buying structure, and is responsible for making merchandising decisions for large volume, highly visible accounts.
