Some companies call them “Property Administrators”, but at Prometheus our Home Base Coordinators do so much more. Our Home Base Coordinators focus on the administration of multiple properties, and your role is a constant blend of:

• Financial Administration – Whether it is managing rent collections, reviewing ledgers, processing final account statements, or tracking invoices, you are on top if it all. You make every detail count and count every detail.
• Leasing Administration - You will provide support to the leasing team in qualifying future Neighbors - verifying applications, performing credit investigations, and creating all associated documentation accompanying the rental agreements.
• Customer Service – You are a problem solver that makes renting easy. When Neighbors have questions about policies or deposit charges, you help them find the answers. When the office gets busy, you are the first one to jump in and answer the phones and provide support to the leasing team in qualifying future Neighbors.

You will present a professional approach to remedy any Neighbor concerns and follow-up as necessary to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.  
• Leasing Activities - You're already a leasing All-Star and in this position, you will assist other Neighbor Ambassadors with closing. Additionally, you will help create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity, developing an intimate knowledge of market conditions. 
• Daily Operations - You will take a proactive role in the preparation and maintenance of Neighbor profiles. You'll assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
• Supervisory Responsibilities - You will supervise the leasing team, provide general training & development, and set goals & celebrate milestones. We love to have fun while we work and celebrate each other!

The Neighbor Service Technician III is responsible for all general apartment maintenance in order to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and to provide a quality living environment for our Neighbors.

• Customer Service – First and foremost, it's your job to make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, ridiculously well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. Show them tomorrow matters.
• Daily Operations – Every detail counts. As a Neighbor Service Technician III, you are responsible for the timely completion of all phases of apartment turnovers and troubleshooting/repairs of most major and all minor mechanical systems. You will also help with scheduling outside vendors, tracking budgets and financials, and perform administrative support duties for all maintenance related activities.
• Leadership – As a lead, you enjoy mentoring others, providing guidance and leadership to your team. Additionally, you will help the Neighborhood achieve their financial goals through managing costs and being resourceful. You lead by example, setting the standard for the team.

HERE'S MORE OF THE NITTY-GRITTY 

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Education - A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required, and you must have minimum three certificates from related institutions reflecting completion of maintenance related courses, such as: BOMA, IREM and/or vocational programs.
  
• Availability - You must be available for on-call services and weekends.
• Industry Experience - Minimum of three to four years experience and/or training in apartment maintenance. You have mastered the basics of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs. You are a safety guru and have knowledge of safety policies and procedures.
• Leadership - Minimum of one year supervisory experience, two or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
• Communication Skills - Ability to speak, communicate, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace including, but not limited to, English in order to maintain safety in the workplace and serve internal and external customers.
• Technical Skills - Must possess basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools. Must be able to use Yardi and manage work orders through technical systems.
• Physical Demands -  Requires standing, climbing, balancing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity. Some work tasks are performed outdoors. Temperature is moderate. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Our Construction team is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager - Tenant Improvements & Special Projects to serve as the owner's representative for assigned construction activities across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest markets. This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial tenant improvement (TI), retail repositioning, office turnover, and select capital improvement projects across Prometheus' commercial portfolio.

• Preconstruction, Design & Permitting - Lead cost estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and space planning for tenant improvements and capital projects; manage architects, and consultants through design development, constructability reviews, and jurisdictional approvals; ensure compliance with lease terms, building standards, and occupied-building constraints.
• Tenant, Leasing & Stakeholder Coordination – Serve as the primary construction liaison from lease execution through closeout; partner with Leasing on Work Letters and Letters of Determination (LOD); align scopes, TI allowances, costs, schedules, and delivery conditions while supporting a consistent, professional tenant experience.
• Construction & Capital Project Management – Procure and manage general contractors and trades; oversee project execution, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and field issues to ensure schedule, budget, quality, safety, and operational compliance; support planning and delivery of building maintenance and capital improvement projects with minimal disruption.
• Contract, Cost & Financial Oversight - Administer construction contracts; track budgets, cost-to-complete, and TI allowance utilization; support forecasting, documentation, lease compliance, and long-term capital planning in collaboration with Asset Management, Property Management, and Engineering.

 JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Your Experience - Minimum of eight to twelve (8-12) years of construction management, with five to seven (5-7) years focused on commercial tenant improvements, interior buildouts, and/or capital projects. 
• Industry knowledge - Experience working with commercial real estate owners/developers and/or general contractors with a strong TI/interiors practice. Experience coordinating work in occupied buildings strongly preferred. 
• Technical Competencies - Proficiency in preconstruction estimating and scope development; knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing; strong contract administration and change-management capabilities; Strong system proficiency in Yardi and Sage Job Cost; Advanced Excel skills in developing and auditing cost estimates; Knowledge in construction project management platforms including Procore, CMiC, ACC.
• Communication – Strong written and verbal ability to communicate effectively across functions to convey team goals. 
• Relationships - Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders as well as focusing on finding creative solutions.

The Neighbor Service Technician I is responsible to efficiently perform all general maintenance tasks including service requests and turnover functions in order to maintain and preserve the Neighborhood and to provide a quality living environment for the Neighbors.

• Customer Service – First and foremost, it's your job to make sure our Neighbors feel at HOME, well-cared for and genuinely proud to live in our Neighborhoods. Show them tomorrow matters.
• Daily Operations – Every detail counts. Neighborhood Service Techs are responsible for timely completion of all phases of apartment turnovers and troubleshooting and repair of most major and all minor mechanical systems. Our Techs help our Neighbors with basic: appliance repairs and installation, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting.

• Neighbor Relations - If you love helping people, building relationships, planning events, and providing five-star quality customer service than this position is for you. You will present a professional approach to remedy any Neighbor concerns and follow-up as necessary to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.  
• Leasing Activities - You're already a leasing All-Star and in this position, you will assist other Neighbor Ambassadors with closing. Additionally, you will help create strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize rental activity, developing an intimate knowledge of market conditions. 
• Daily Operations - You will take a proactive role in the preparation and maintenance of Neighbor profiles. You'll assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
• Supervisory Responsibilities - You will supervise the leasing team, provide general training & development, and set goals & celebrate milestones. We love to have fun while we work and celebrate each other!

YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT

Our IT Team is looking for a Security Operations Analyst II responsible for leading in-depth investigations and incident response to escalated events and be involved in security-based projects as well as manage security solutions/systems. This role correlates data across SIEM/XDR, identity, endpoint, network, and SaaS/cloud sources; determines true blast radius; separates routine administrative activity from attacker behavior; and coordinates containment and remediation with Infrastructure/IT.

• Security Operations: Lead investigations for escalated incidents such as account compromises, endpoint malware, suspicious network activity, and SaaS misuse. Correlate data across SIEM/XDR, identity/SSO, endpoint/EDR, network, and cloud/SaaS logs to build attack timelines, identify entry vectors, and assess lateral movement. Coordinate containment and remediation with Infrastructure/IT—disabling or recovering compromised accounts, isolating infected endpoints and removing malware, validating EDR coverage and system integrity, and confirming cleanup success. Produce clear, audit-ready incident documentation detailing scope, evidence, actions, timelines, decisions, and resolution rationale. Act as an escalation point for the Service Desk and junior analysts, provide real-time guidance, and apply chain-of-custody and evidence-preservation practices for high-severity events, maintaining case files with hashes, screenshots, and IOC/IOA sets.
• Detection, Playbooks, Threat Intelligence, and Continuous Improvement Response: Tune and improve detections, automate repetitive workflows, and drive incident response improvements. Refine existing rules and propose new use cases based on investigations and recurring patterns; enrich cases with threat intelligence (IOCs and TTPs) and incorporate those learnings into future detections and playbooks; Contribute and evolve response playbooks for major incident types (account compromise, endpoint malware, SaaS abuse, suspicious network activity), participate in post-incident reviews with root-cause analyses and practitioner-level technical narratives, and recommend prioritized, practical prevention and mitigation improvements. Conduct targeted threat hunts (e.g., OAuth abuse, living-off-the-land binaries, credential-stuffing against legacy protocols), define and track alert-quality KPIs (true/false positive ratios, suppression coverage), and collaborate to improve MTTD/MTTR.

Our Security Operations Analyst II possesses the following experience, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, technology, or a related area with a master’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in Security Operations or Infrastructure/IT Operations with a security focus.

• Financial Management - You know just what it takes to ensure your Neighborhoods achieve the income expectations in your operating budget. No matter if you are recommending major capital projects or simply tracking your office supply budget, you make every detail (and dollar) count. You are fluent in variance reports, market dynamics, and local rental ordinances.
• Customer Service – You are a problem solver that makes renting easy. When Neighbors have questions on things like complex rental laws or are dissatisfied with their service, you help them find the answers. • You Like to Be Kept "On-Call" - You know your Neighborhoods never shut down just because your office closes at 6pm or your personal work week ends on Friday. Even though you may be out of the office, you always tell your team that you're only a phone call away if they ever have rental questions or there are maintenance emergencies. Our IT Team is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer Manager responsible for leading and developing the Infrastructure Engineering team while serving as a hands-on technical authority across enterprise infrastructure. This role combines deep technical expertise, team leadership, and project management to ensure infrastructure services are reliable, scalable, and secure.

• Leadership & Team Development - Lead, mentor, develop and manage all Infrastructure Engineers (I, II, III) by fostering a culture of technical excellence and accountability.  You know how to build a good working relationship both in person and remotely to support performance and communicate technical and operational standards. You demonstrate leadership skills by defining team goals, managing workloads, conducting performance reviews, and inspire confidence in your team.
• Infrastructure Strategy - Oversee and guide the architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of servers & OS, networking, Active Directory & IAM, virtualization & storage, SaaS applications.  You serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure proactive monitoring, automation, and capacity planning are in place.  You are a key driver in the planning direction by defining and maintaining the infrastructure roadmap for modernization, automation, and resilience.
• Project & Program Management - Lead infrastructure projects from requirement gathering through implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, in scope, and within budget.  You have the ability to influence key stakeholders by defining project objectives, collect resources needed, communicate milestones, and provide status reporting.  You demonstrate skills in managing risks and communicating through cross collaborative teams and IT leadership to successful deliver projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related technical field is required. With a master’s degree in IT management, cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
