As a Senior Cloud Engineer at LVT, you will be a primary architect of the infrastructure that powers our global fleet of intelligent units and our sophisticated Agentic AI platform. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architect and Implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure within AWS to support our rapidly expanding AI and IoT ecosystems.
• Drive Automation by developing and maintaining robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, reducing manual overhead and ensuring environment consistency.
• Orchestrate Containerized Workloads using Kubernetes, managing cluster health, scaling, and performance optimization.
• Develop CI/CD Pipelines via GitHub Actions and ArgoCD to enable seamless, automated deployments across multiple environments.
• Engineer Complex Networking Solutions to ensure secure, low-latency communication between our cloud infrastructure and physical units in the field.

• Enhance Observability by implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks that provide deep visibility into system health.
• Lead Technical Design Reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members, acting as a subject matter expert on cloud-native best practices.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Cloud Expert: You are a senior-level engineer with experience engineering complex environments within AWS and hold a deep understanding of its core services. Ideally you also have some experience in Azure and other cloud providers as well.

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is [$140,000 - $190,000] USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. About the Role

The Backend Engineer at iCapital will play an integral role in designing and implementing systems that power the iCapital platform. We are looking for engineers who can build APIs and applications that are highly performant and intuitive. As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will architect and maintain the digital workspace our employees rely on daily. The Data Engineering team (DAENGR) is the backbone of Route's data ecosystem. Atlassian Administration & Optimization (Primary Focus)

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience working across multiple security domains such as cloud security, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response, endpoint security, detection and monitoring, governance support, or infrastructure hardening.
• Working knowledge of modern technical environments, including cloud platforms, SaaS applications, APIs, endpoints, and identity systems.
• Experience assessing security risk, recommending mitigations, and partnering with others to implement improvements.
• Experience investigating security alerts or contributing to incident response activities.
• Experience using scripting or automation to improve security workflows, reporting, integrations, or repetitive tasks.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Essential Job Duties

The Manager, Performance & Test Engineering will lead BambooHR’s Performance Test Engineering, Load & Stress Testing, and Test Automation (SDET) functions. This leader will develop and execute a long-term strategy for performance validation, observability-driven testing, automation frameworks, and scalable quality engineering practices.

This role partners closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, and Platform Engineering to ensure our platform is reliable, performant, observable, and backed by robust automated quality signals.

You will:

Leadership & Strategy

• Build and lead a high-performing team of Performance Engineers and SDETs.
• Define the vision and roadmap for performance engineering, load testing, and automated testing across BambooHR’s product ecosystem.
• Drive a unified quality engineering strategy that blends performance, reliability, observability, and automation.
• Mentor and develop engineers, creating growth paths and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Performance Engineering & Observability

• Own the performance engineering discipline, including system-level performance, scalability, latency, and capacity modeling.
• Oversee load, stress, and chaos/performance experiments aligned to product SLAs and SLOs.
• Partner with Platform and DevEx Engineering to strengthen observability tooling, metrics, and dashboards.
• Build frameworks and processes to proactively detect performance issues before they reach production.

Test Automation & Quality Frameworks

• Lead development of scalable, maintainable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Evolve testing practices to shift-left quality signals into CI/CD pipelines.
• Establish standards for test coverage, automation ROI, and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed automated quality practices into daily workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Engineering to ensure performance and automation platforms integrate seamlessly into development ecosystems.
• Work with Product Management to define performance requirements, benchmarks, and quality gates.
• Coordinate with SRE/Platform teams to align on capacity planning, infrastructure improvements, and production insights.
