ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Network Engineer III, you will serve as the network security subject matter expert within our IT Infrastructure team. LVT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Engineer III (Atlassian) to join our growing technology team. This role will be pivotal in managing, optimizing, and scaling the project management and collaboration infrastructure that powers how LVT plans, builds, and delivers work.

The primary focus of this role is the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Atlassian product suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence) — ensuring these platforms are secure, reliable, well-governed, and aligned with the evolving needs of the business and end users. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands-on Atlassian expertise paired with broader systems engineering instincts: strong fundamentals around SaaS administration, integrations, identity, and lightweight automation.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Atlassian Administration & Optimization (Primary Focus)

• Own day-to-day administration of the Atlassian Cloud suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related products).
• Design, configure, and maintain projects, workflows, screens, fields, schemes, permissions, automation rules, and notification schemes — balancing flexibility for teams with sustainable, standardized governance across the org.
• Build and maintain dashboards, JQL filters, and reporting to give leadership and teams clear visibility into work, capacity, and delivery health.
• Lead Atlassian governance: drive standards for project setup, naming conventions, custom field hygiene, and lifecycle management to keep the environment performant and maintainable.
• Evaluate, install, configure, and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps; rationalize the app footprint over time.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As Data Engineer, AI, you will play a key role in building and advancing LVT’s data platform — contributing across the full data engineering lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation to semantic modeling and delivery — while also helping build the data infrastructure that powers LVT’s AI initiatives, including RAG pipelines and Snowflake Cortex models. This is a core engineering role with an AI edge: you’ll keep the data platform running with precision and reliability, and you’ll be the person who makes sure our AI systems have the clean, well-structured data they need to perform.

LVT is looking for a strategic, hands-on expert to own our company-wide AI transformation. As Operational AI Strategy Manager, you will define how LVT adopts and scales AI across every function, building the models, policies, and cross-functional partnerships that turn AI from an experiment into a competitive advantage. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll architect our AI roadmap, develop internal AI policy, rationalize our AI tool investments, and directly build AI components within our automation workflows alongside our Integrations and Data Engineering teams. This is a senior individual contributor position with broad organizational reach and executive visibility.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Workday Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and operational excellence of our Workday platform across all modules. This individual will serve as the enterprise owner of Workday, ensuring system stability, optimization, integrations, security, and business alignment.

The ideal candidate has deep functional and technical expertise across Workday HCM, Payroll, and other Workday related modules, while also possessing strong managerial leadership and vendor management experience. This role requires close partnership with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party service providers.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not purely administrative — requiring active involvement in configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and system design.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Platform Strategy & Governance: Own the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance of the Workday ecosystem. Provide deep expertise across: Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting & Talent, Benefits, Financials (GL, AP, AR, Expenses, Assets, Projects), Procurement & SCM, Adaptive Planning, Prism / Reporting, and Security & SoD. Lead biannual Workday release management and impact analysis and ensure system performance, scalability, and compliance.

• Hands-On Configuration & Support: Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security roles, reports, calculated fields, integrations, and notifications, Troubleshoot complex production issues across functional domains, review and approve configuration changes before deployment, lead testing efforts for enhancements and upgrades, ensure documentation of system design, changes, and architecture.

ABOUT THIS ROLE 

As the Sr. Manager of Data Engineering and Architecture, you will be a hands-on leader responsible for defining and executing the data engineering strategy, architecture, and technology stack. You will be responsible for the foundational data infrastructure that powers analytics and decision-making across the organization.

A critical part of this role will be building, mentoring, and managing a team of 3 data engineers. You will guide the team's efforts while also contributing directly to the development of our modern data warehouse in Snowflake using dbt and SQL, transforming raw data into reliable and accessible datasets. Crucially, you will spearhead the data migration efforts for our ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud deployment, designing a robust, cohesive data ecosystem that bridges our new Oracle environment with Snowflake.

Your leadership will ensure the successful design, build, and maintenance of robust data pipelines that ingest data from a variety of internal and external sources into Snowflake. Your team's work will support reporting, dashboarding, and analysis across the company, enabling teams to make informed decisions based on trusted data. Given the green-field nature of this initiative, the role is expected to be approximately 30% technical leadership, strategy, and people management, and 70% direct, hands-on engineering and architecture.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Service Desk I technician, you are the lifeline for all technology needs within the organization, empowering team members across every department by ensuring the tools they rely on are available, functional, and reliable. You will resolve incidents, identify root causes to prevent recurrence, and fulfill service requests with a sense of ownership and accountability from first contact through resolution. You will help users become more self-sustaining through clear knowledge articles and practical guidance, assist with AV needs ranging from small conference rooms to company-wide events, and provide white glove support for executive leadership as needed.

This role is based in-office five days per week out of our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to and resolve technical requests across in-person, chat, and email channels with a focus on speed and quality.
• Manage the ticket lifecycle from initial triage to resolution, ensuring users are kept informed throughout the process.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers (Mac/PC), peripherals, and mobile devices to maintain peak productivity.
• Assist with user provisioning and access troubleshooting for enterprise platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Help set up and maintain audio-visual equipment for conference rooms and company-wide events.
• Draft internal SOPs and user-facing knowledge base articles to help the team solve common technical issues.
• Proactively identify recurring technical issues and suggest ways to improve the user support experience.
• Assist with routine updates and monitor systems to ensure compliance with LVT IT security policies.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• 0–2 years of experience in an IT support role, internship, or a technical customer service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; progress toward IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of Windows and macOS environments and a desire to learn new enterprise technologies.
• Natural curiosity for diagnosing hardware, software, and basic connectivity issues (VPN, Wi-Fi, peripherals).
• High level of empathy and professionalism, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a queue of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A service-oriented mindset with a commitment to seeing every issue through to a successful resolution, regardless of complexity.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment (monitors, computers, etc.) as needed for office setups.
