The Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team at GFiber establishes the framework that ensures our technology operations manage risks effectively and align with industry best practices. As GFiber navigates a complex corporate separation, our environment requires agility and an AI-native mindset. We partner across Engineering, Operations, Security, Legal, and other business units to embed GRC principles into our evolving systems. Our work protects GFiber assets and customer trust while accelerating business velocity during this critical transition.
Role Description
In this GRC role, you will take ownership of evolving our Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes and driving tactical automation across the team. We are looking for a highly proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and operates with exceptional agency. You will identify opportunities to integrate AI into daily operations to streamline GRC tooling and workflows. You will also distill complex technical risks into clear executive presentations for senior leadership and the C-suite. Your tenacity and project-driving capabilities will directly enable GFiber to scale securely during our separation.
In this role, you'll:
- Take full ownership of evolving and maintaining GFiber TPRM processes to optimize our existing tooling platform. Translate complex technical and non-technical risks into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Identify and execute tactical opportunities to automate GRC workflows using an AI-native approach.
- Apply key cybersecurity frameworks, specifically ISO 27001 and NIST CSF, to manage and mature our risk posture. Act as a proactive project driver by tracking technical inquiries and moving initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
- Draft clear and effective risk presentations for senior leadership and C-suite executives.
- Support M&A and corporate carve-out initiatives by aligning GRC processes with our new operational reality.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience building, maintaining, and evolving Third-Party Risk Management programs and processes.
- Proven ability to design and implement right-sized security controls that balance risk reduction with business velocity and our specific operational environment.
- Experience taking an AI-native approach to problem solving and tactical automation within security or risk teams.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or CISM.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience supporting M&A activity or corporate separations.
- Proven ability to draft and deliver presentations directly to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Familiarity with scaling GRC practices outside of legacy parent structures.
- Demonstrated track record of high agency and proactive project execution in fast-paced environments.
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate risk clearly to varied audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $117,600 - $172,500 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.

Role Description
The Senior Service Delivery Specialist will be key in driving the performance and continuous improvement of IT support services to internal users or external clients. This role will help lead support desk operations, ensure adherence to IT services aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and organizational goals while striving to achieve operational excellence.
The Senior Service Delivery Specialist acts as the bridge between IT operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure efficient incident resolution, high user satisfaction, and reliable IT service availability. This role will assist in managing relationships with external service providers and vendors.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead, mentor, and help in the development of Support Desk team members and Team Leads, and support engineers.
- Implement and improve IT service management processes (ITSM).
- Communicate service status, risks, and improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for service issues.
- Plan workforce capacity and forecast support demand.
- Identify root causes and drive permanent resolution through problem and change management.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in IT support or service management.
- 4 years in leadership or service delivery management roles.
- Proven experience leading Support Desk operations.
- Proven experience supporting Mobile Devices and/or Laptops
It's preferred if you have:
- Ability to use written and verbal communication to explain fixes and ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Using metrics and data visualization to justify trade-offs and pivot strategies.
- Driving results across teams that do not report to you directly.

Role Description
As a Senior IT Engineer, you will drive strategic project execution and operational excellence by architecting, integrating, and managing our field service platforms. You will provide expert technical leadership to stakeholders and oversee complex system deployments across platforms such as geospatial network management systems, network testing and monitoring solutions, fleet telematics, and various Workforce Management (WFM) tools. Ultimately, your work will ensure optimal system health and empower our business teams with robust, well-integrated technical solutions.
In this role, you'll:
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of enterprise applications supporting field operations.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, field service teams, development teams, and technical groups to gather requirements, architect scalable solutions, and drive major system enhancement projects from conception to successful deployment.
- Act as the primary technical driver for cross-platform integration initiatives, ensuring seamless data flow, API connectivity, and communication between disparate field service and network management tools.
- Provide senior-level support and technical mentorship, managing system upgrades, vendor relationships, and complex troubleshooting while actively documenting system architectures, creating FAQs, and developing materials for knowledge sharing.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of hands-on experience in IT systems engineering, with a strong focus on enterprise application management, integrations, and architecture.
- 3 years of experience leading and driving complex IT projects from end-to-end within the telecommunications or field service sectors.
- Experience configuring, administering, and integrating specific operational platforms such as geospatial tools (e.g., IQGeo), network testing/monitoring (e.g., VeEX), telematics (e.g., Geotab), or WFM systems.
It's preferred if you have:
- Experience with Oracle Field Service.
- Background in telecommunications, fiber optic networks, or related utility/infrastructure domains.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, system integration middleware, and scripting languages for automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and IT project management frameworks.
- Understanding of data mapping, complex vendor management, and the ability to explain highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.

Role Description
As a Senior IT Systems Engineer, you will architect and maintain the digital workspace our employees rely on daily. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of corporate applications, from end-to-end deployment and configuration to automated patching and long-term administration. You will manage our Google Workspace environment and support critical office technology, including multi-vendor networking, conferencing, and advanced printing solutions. While possessing deep expertise in software application engineering, you will maintain a robust foundation in full device management to ensure secure and seamless delivery across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS platforms.
In this role, you'll:
- Manage the enrollment, security posture, and compliance of macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS devices using Microsoft Intune, Google Workspace, and Kandji/Iru to provide a stable platform for application delivery.
- Architect the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and proactive patching strategies for the corporate productivity suite. This includes leading the rollout of new enterprise solutions from initial environment setup through to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
- Deploy and provide advanced support for office technology, including LAN/Wi-Fi networking, Google Meet conferencing/AV systems, and enterprise printing hardware and software.
- Perform administration, strategy, and security hardening for Google Workspace, including advanced mobile device management for Android/iOS and Google Meet integrations.
- Utilize advanced scripting (Python, PowerShell, or GAM) to automate software packaging, agent rollouts (e.g., CrowdStrike, CatchPoint), and system-wide compliance remediation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors to understand business needs and implement scalable software and hardware solutions that streamline corporate operations.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in an Enterprise Corporate IT environment.
- 5 years of experience managing Google Workspace at an enterprise level, overseeing Application Lifecycle Management (packaging, deployment, patching), and supporting office networking (Wi-Fi, LAN).
- Experience managing macOS/Apple MDM tools (e.g., Kandji/Iru) and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience deploying applications on premise or software as a service (SaaS).
It's preferred if you have:
- Professional Google Workspace, Apple, or Microsoft Endpoint related certifications.
- Experience configuring Okta or Entra ID for SAML federation, SSO, and automated user provisioning.
- Experience working with Python, PowerShell, and GCP Cloud CLI for advanced systems automation and API-driven integrations.
- Experience delivering complex technical projects within an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum).
- Ability to use written and verbal communication to explain complex architectural fixes and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
