SoFi’s Instructional Designer supports all operations employees daily through designing learning programs and courses. This role supports keeping the SoFi Operations community improving and growing. The Instructional Designer will prioritize and respond to multiple training requests from business partners in operations, the project management office, and the learning and development team. These conversations should include seeking solutions for SoFi various business units, including frontline employees, how to create effective learning and development tools and methods , and new solutions from the latest learning trends.
What You’ll Do:
Create multiple methods of learning for SoFi employees. Deliverables may include but not limited to, e-learning, instructor-led training modules, infographics, learning bites, short instructional videos, and utilize resources to support employee development,
Consult with subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create content and design materials from scratch
Analyze complex technical content and write engaging and accurate scripts within set deadlines
Awareness of latest learning trends, theories, frameworks, and evaluations protocols that align with the needs of adult learners.
Develop and write learning assessments for varying training delivery
Manage content libraries for all business functions with experience using various learning management systems (LMS) to house training, assessments and tracking completion of each.
Help guide and execute visual strategy for training products, communications and knowledge management systems with the company brand guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously using the JIRA system
Produce concise, clear and interactive instructional materials for web-based and instructor-led training
Support monitoring and evaluation of learning using surveys and other feedback mechanisms, including train-the-trainers sessions and trainer certifications.
Efficiently manage time and workload in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with internal teams of project managers, designers, and programmers
Promote a positive corporate culture by exhibiting a strong level of professionalism
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, or 3 years of related experience
Minimum 2 years of Instructional Design experience
Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to create content and course materials.
Experience with business writing and communications skills
Experience in designing training materials using the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models.
Understanding of Learning Theories and Instructional Design Models
Experience with Google Suite
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and the Articulate 360 tools
Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred
Experience developing materials for classroom (ILT), virtual, and self-paced eLearning modules.

The role:

The role
The Relationship Manager is a part of the Commercial Operations - Cash Management Implementation & Client Servicing team and is the direct contact for white glove support and servicing of commercial clients for their cash management and funds transfer services. The Role:
The Director of Operations Learning & Development is responsible for building and leading a modern, scalable learning ecosystem. This ecosystem should equip every front line SoFi Operations employee with the skills, knowledge, and learning resources required to deliver fast, accurate, and member-centric experience. What You'll Do:
Be the owner and driver of the Operations L&D program strategy end to end from development through execution - In partnership with senior cross-functional leadership, translate SoFi’s product and Member Experience strategies into a focused and dynamic portfolio of learning and development resources driven by data and front line insights
Cultivate and empower a team of knowledge managers, instructional designers, and trainers—fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth so they can produce best-in-class learning experiences that strengthen operational excellence across SoFi
Own and maintain the Operational Learning Library from New Hire Training, Nesting/On the Job Training, and In Production using innovative instructional design and Knowledge Management to enable learning through a variety of channels
Training methodologies will include classroom instruction, online learning and scenario practice, hands-on labs, peer-to-peer coaching, focus groups, instruction to senior leadership, and train-the-trainer sessions, among other methodologies
Apply a data-focused approach and leveraging AI to continually improve SoFi’s learning and development programs, strategies, and standards
Develop and strengthen SoFi’s culture of Continuous Learning. This includes a structured program pursuing development activities (for front line managers and individual contributors) and opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills, and seeking feedback from others
Drive scale and Member Experience by selecting (build and/or buy) a learning and content management system and related tools, and developing a robust plan to optimize and iterate upon the system

The Contact Platform Engineer is a strategic technical lead focused on the evolution of SoFi’s omni-channel interaction stack. This role serves as the primary architect and data researcher for the member journey and may perform system configuration as needed.
The successful candidate will mine historical IVR and chat data to identify customer friction points and translate those insights into high-level blueprints. You will act as the bridge between Operations and Engineering, designing the "what" and "why" so that technical teams can execute the "how".

The role
The Reconciliation Specialist is a part of the Payments COE - Commercial Payments Services (CPS) Settlements Team and is responsible to ensure that all transaction volumes are processed and reconciled on a daily basis. The reconciliation specialist will use excel as the source to perform daily reconciliation for each commercial partner’s daily activity between the FBO account and sub ledger accounts at Galileo. The reconciliation specialist is also responsible for managing postings/exceptions. Consistent communication with the CPS, Galileo, EPD (engineering & product) and Accounting is expected to ensure reporting and resolution of all differences are timely and accurate. As part of a dynamic team, CPS Back Office representatives provide quality service and effective and efficient operational support for the assigned area's internal and external business partners as well as providing advice and assisting with training for less experienced team members. Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to department management.

The role
SoFi is seeking an energetic, analytic, and intellectually curious Independent Assessment & Review Analyst to join our Fraud Risk team. This role - as part of the 2nd Line of Defense - will conduct assessments of the fraud program design and operational effectiveness, evaluating prevention, detection, and response capabilities, including processes, tools, skills and staffing. Additionally, the person in this role will look to ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance with regulatory standards as well as identifying exposure to fraud across business units, products, and channels making sure vulnerabilities are recognized and understood. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management and/or analytic strategy and will be an agile learner, think strategically, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do:
· Conduct fraud 1st line program assessments, in part querying against large relational databases
· Improve fraud program resilience by delivering data-driven actionable feedback and recommendations
· Monitor the implementation of recommended improvements and the ongoing evolution of the program to meet dynamic fraud landscapes and regulatory changes
· Record discrepancies between existing controls and the level of risk protection required, highlighting areas where enhancements are needed
· Assess the impact of new products and initiatives to the fraud risk appetite, conducting reviews and providing effective challenge
· Review and assess fraud forecasts and forecasting methodologies, providing strategic insights and recommendations to further enhance accuracy
What you’ll need:
· Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience in risk management or analytic strategy within the financial services industry preferred
· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
· Strong collaboration, organizational skills, and attention to detail
· Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently or within a group
· Intellectually curious. You adapt to change, embrace bold ideas, ask questions, test assumptions, and challenge conventional thinking
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions
· Proficiency in data analysis and deriving meaningful insights for decision-making
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· Ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
· Proficiency with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office products
