The role

The Relationship Manager is a part of the Commercial Operations  - Cash Management Implementation & Client Servicing team and is the direct contact for white glove support and servicing of commercial clients for their cash management and funds transfer services. This role partners with clients to understand their financial, operational, and treasury needs while delivering tailored banking and payment solutions. The Relationship manager will perform annual reviews of client relationships and recommend additional products and services to support the growing banking needs of clients.  The RM  ensures a high-quality client experience, and coordinates across internal teams—including Operations, Payments, Risk, and Product—to deliver seamless onboarding, execution, and ongoing servicing.

What you’ll do:

• Primary and centralized white glove servicing for existing commercial clients on all cash management and account-related matters
• Coordinate and manage resolution of service requests, issues, and inquiries by partnering with all internal teams
• Provide ongoing support for cash management products including ACH, wires, online banking, and APIs
• Proactively monitor client service needs and ensure timely follow-up, communication, and issue resolution
• Guide clients through product enhancements, service modifications, and system updates
• Facilitate onboarding of additional services, managing documentation, setup coordination, and client training
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service changes, and support cases in CRM systems 

The hours of the position will be 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.  These hours may change as volumes increase to meet daily deadlines. 

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's  Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant relationship management experience
• Deep understanding of banking and electronic payments.
• Strong written and communication skills
• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills 
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills. 

The role

The Reconciliation Specialist is a part of the Payments COE - Commercial Payments Services (CPS) Settlements Team and is responsible to ensure that all transaction volumes are processed and reconciled on a daily basis.  The reconciliation specialist will use excel as the source to perform daily reconciliation for each commercial partner’s daily activity between the FBO account and sub ledger accounts at Galileo.  The reconciliation specialist is also responsible for managing postings/exceptions.  Consistent communication with the CPS, Galileo, EPD (engineering & product) and Accounting is expected to ensure reporting and resolution of all differences are timely and accurate. As part of a dynamic team, CPS Back Office representatives provide quality service and effective and efficient operational support for the assigned area's internal and external business partners as well as providing advice and assisting with training for less experienced team members. Individuals at this level are expected to use some independence of thought but to refer more complex problems to department management.

What You’ll Do:

• Daily completion of settlements for services associated with the CPS’s FBO accounts and sub ledgers with Galileo using Excel spreadsheets.
• Work with other Bank departments to rectify posting discrepancies
• Accurate and timely reporting of differences
• Reporting untimely resolutions to management
• Ensure changes are made to settlements as needed
• Ensure SOPs are kept up to date as changes are made
• Work with Product and Engineering for automation possibilities
• Other duties as assigned

• Tech savvy and possessing strong analytic and problem-solving skills are beneficial; knowledge of banking regulations is desired
