What You’ll Do
As a Staff Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Your responsibilities will encompass managing Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), handling infrastructure components such as Route53, CDN, Firewall, WAF, load balancers, etc. You will work to Write and maintain IaC and automation systems. You will be instrumental in building and implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) and resiliency automation strategies across Availability Zones (AZs).
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Cloud Engineering.

The compensation range for this position is: $160,000 - $180,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.

What You’ll Do
NetDocuments is seeking a Staff Database Engineer to provide enterprise-level technical leadership across our global data platform. In this highly impactful role, you will define technical strategy, architect complex multi-cloud systems, and drive multi-quarter initiatives that shape the reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency of data systems serving a global customer base.
As a Staff Database Engineer focused on data, you will operate at the intersection of architecture, execution, and mentorship. You’ll remain deeply hands-on while setting standards, tackling ambiguous problems, and serving as a technical authority for data platform decisions. You’ll partner directly with leadership to translate business needs into durable technical roadmaps and guide the evolution of our data infrastructure across AWS and Azure.

In this role, you will design, operate, and optimize highly scalable, secure, and resilient database systems spanning AWS and Azure, supporting enterprise-scale, geo-distributed workloads.
This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of database architecture, distributed systems, and cloud data platforms. You will lead complex technical initiatives, influence architectural standards, and mentor other engineers while remaining deeply hands-on with production systems. NetDocuments is seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator to own the operational excellence, reliability, performance, and security of our global database infrastructure across AWS and Azure. In this role, you will manage mission-critical production systems that support enterprise-scale, multi-region workloads, ensuring databases are resilient, performant, and secure.
This role is ideal for a hands-on DBA who thrives in complex, high-availability environments, enjoys deep technical problem-solving, and is comfortable leading database operations for globally distributed systems. You’ll work closely with Data Engineering, DevOps, and application teams to support both day-to-day operations and large-scale database initiatives.
