Role Description
As an Application Engineer, you will join GFiber's Product Catalog engineering team. This highly visible team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the critical systems and rules engines that control GFiber's product offerings. In this role, your understanding of product catalog architectures, rule integrity, and hands-on software engineering skills are key aspects that will help you drive our technical roadmap and collaborate effectively with product teams and business analysts.
Our ecosystem relies heavily on in-house Kotlin microservices running on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing Redis for caching, and integrating deeply with Salesforce—which acts as the system of record for our rule data. You will apply industry-standard implementation patterns to build and maintain these services, ensuring seamless integration with third-party CPQ platforms like Vlocity and Salesforce CPQ. As a team member, you will also foster a collaborative environment, providing mentorship and technical guidance to distributed engineers to ensure the continuous enhancement and optimal performance of our software end-to-end

As the Senior Software Engineer for Scout Motor’s digital products, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our software products, from concept to deployment. As Babylist’s Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning & Discovery+Site Monetization, you’ll lead the team driving the next era of our machine learning and personalization efforts across the product. This is a hands-on leadership role for a manager who remains technically fluent while scaling people, systems, and impact. You’ll manage and grow a high-performing ML-focused pod spanning product recommendations, search, PLPs, and site monetization, with a clear mandate: maximize revenue and user value across surface areas through personalization.
You’ll guide the team on technical direction behind our homepage feed, “add next” experience, and other core personalization surfaces, while building the foundations for long-term ML excellence at Babylist.

Role - Senior Database Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Database Administration, the Senior Database Operations Engineer will provide timely and quality database design, development, maintenance, and problem resolution services for internal and external customers. They will manage highly resilient corporate and cloud database infrastructure utilized by GHX DaaS/SaaS solutions. The Sr Database Ops Engineer will work with various operational and development teams to plan, design and implement and support core database functionality that meets company initiatives with respect to performance, scalability, reliability, and adherence to operational policies and principles.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Administration and management of GHX databases, including:Backup and recovery ,Monitoring of data database capacity and performance ,Security and data access management ,Installations, upgrades, and patching ,Fail over server management
•Safeguard the company's data, tools and information systems by adhering to Operational and Security policies and procedures throughout the lifecycle of service delivery.
•24/7 monitoring, on-call support and troubleshooting database issues, provide operational feedback to development and release teams.

• Collaborate with DB platform engineers on DB version and upgrades as well as best practices
Required Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in CS or related discipline or equivalent experience
•5-8 years’ experience in Database Administration
•In depth knowledge of at least one RDBMS platform or No-SQL platform (ie MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Oracle or SQL server) with familiarity and the ability to support additional platforms at a basic level
•Experience with hybrid and public cloud concepts
•Part of a support organization involved in implementation projects
•Proven ability to manage databases in a high transaction/high availability environment
•Experience with horizontal scaling and high availability technologies/concepts (ie Oracle RAC & Dataguard, SQL Server ‘Always On’)
•Hands-on experience with Solaris, UNIX, Linux, or Windows operating systems in a physical and/or virtual environment
•Experience with cloud hosted databases AWS preferred

We are hiring a **Smart Signals Engineering Manager** to own the day-to-day execution, people leadership, and technical delivery of the Smart Signals team.
Lead the team. Own 1:1s, performance calibrations, career development, and hiring. Set the bar for code quality, on-call discipline, and delivery. Coach intentionally — especially engineers approaching Staff.
Drive execution. Own sprint planning and roadmap delivery. Manage scope, urgency, and quality tradeoffs — know when to ship and when to slow down. Run tight processes: planning, incident response, on-call rotations, postmortems.
Stay technically grounded. Maintain enough depth in the signals stack to review designs, challenge architectural decisions, and surface risks before they become incidents. Partner with ML Engineers on signal pipelines and model deployment.
Coordinate across teams. Represent Smart Signals in technical discussions across Engineering. Manage cross-team dependencies proactively and communicate tradeoffs clearly to PMs and leadership.
Shape signal strategy. Partner with Eng Leadership and Product on roadmap prioritization. Translate research findings into executable engineering plans. Contribute to detection strategy as the threat landscape evolves.

What you'll do

What’s Exciting About the Role
Verifone is seeking a Kafka DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. This is an operations-first role with a strong emphasis on scripting, automation, and pipeline development. Guerrilla, the Amsterdam-based developer of Horizon Zero Dawn, is looking for an Online Services Engineer to support our Online Tech team with upcoming projects.
Our Online Tech team builds reliable, and high-performance online systems with a focus on low-latency delivery. We work with various other disciplines to create tools needed to build online game features. We deliver the networking and replication layers for both game client and server, integration with online platform services (e.g. PSN), authentication, matchmaking, inventory, store, server allocations, and more. The team works in close collaboration with our Online Infrastructure team, which designs and maintains the build and deployment environments for our services, servers and tools.
Our services use industry-standard web technologies built on modern frameworks: Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.5.x (with migration to Java 25 and Spring Boot 4 coming soon), Kotlin, Hibernate, and OpenAPI. We leverage Redis for caching and pub/sub, Amazon SQS for queuing, and PostgreSQL/MySQL for persistence. The services are designed around domain-driven architecture with a hybrid approach between microservices and domain services, and we share as little state as possible between services.
We host our services on Kubernetes backed by Amazon EKS and use other AWS services like S3, DynamoDB, and RDS. Our deployment pipeline uses GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for continuous delivery. Some of our DevOps tooling is built with Golang.

Our backend is powered by Node.js (Koa, NestJS) and MongoDB. The frontend stack includes Webpack, Vue.js, and React, with nearly all code written in TypeScript. For high-throughput messaging and background processing, we use Kafka (for millions of events) and Bull (Redis). Analytics data is stored in ClickHouse, and we use Elasticsearch for search.
We are a distributed team of 160+ product professionals, including 80+ engineers. Our team members are mainly based across Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Many of our developers bring 5 - 10+ years of experience, and we foster a culture of deep technical curiosity and knowledge sharing.
Despite our scale, we operate like a focused team - where every task matters and every voice is heard. We value thoughtful collaboration, strong engineering practices, and a product mindset. You’ll be joining a team where quality, mentorship, and mutual respect come first.
You will join a small team responsible for the stability, performance, and security of our server infrastructure: bare metal, VMs, databases, queues, networking, and infrastructure security. Our philosophy is simple: the team owns its systems end-to-end, and every engineer should be able to diagnose and fix issues in their area of responsibility.
This role is for someone who enjoys working with real infrastructure (OS, hardware/virtualization, networks), not just cloud abstractions.
We understand it’s impossible to be an expert in everything, but it’s important to have solid hands-on experience in two or more of the areas below:
