As Head of Design at Ketryx, you'll lead a small, highly motivated team of UI/UX designers and own the design strategy for our platform. You'll set direction, ship high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes, and steer projects from concept to launch.
You'll work end-to-end on UI/UX — partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to ensure designs are intuitive, technically sound, and aligned with business goals. You communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, and you thrive in environments where ideas move fast.
You're a self-starter who does well in early-stage startups, balancing team leadership with hands-on design work. You embrace AI as a core part of how modern products — and modern design teams — are built, and you bring that mindset to your craft.
Ideally, you're based in Vienna or Boston, or ready to relocate quickly. Unfortunately, we're unable to sponsor immigration visas at this time.

Job Title: Channel and Strategic Partnerships Director
Employment Status: Full-time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday; hybrid schedule
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: competitive salary + equity
*compensation may be negotiated based on experience level
Reporting directly to our CEO, this is a rare opportunity to build Ketryx’s partner ecosystem from the ground up. As our first Channel & Partnerships Director, you’ll design and own a partner-led growth engine that drives revenue, trust, and long-term market expansion. You’ll create and operationalize programs that bring together two powerful channels: enterprise technology platforms like Atlassian and Siemens, and boutique consulting firms in regulatory, quality, and cybersecurity.
You won’t be inheriting a bloated, outdated partner model—you’ll craft the blueprint yourself, with full executive support and visibility. You’ll work at the intersection of commercial strategy, AI, and category creation, enabling new routes to market for a platform that’s already trusted by three of the top five global MedTech companies. If you’ve ever wanted to build something career-defining—and watch it scale across industries that quite literally impact lives—this is the role.
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas (including H-1B), F-1 visas, or Optional Practical Training (OPT) status at this time.
You’re a strategic operator who’s managed multiple types of partnerships, including enterprise tech alliances, and now you’re ready to own the full build of a partner program from the ground up. Cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations, from frontline consultants to senior executives, to drive alignment and influence is in your DNA. You love crafting structure where none exists: defining partner tiers, building incentive models, and crafting joint GTM motions that result in pipeline.
You thrive in high-trust, high-autonomy environments, and you’re excited to work shoulder to shoulder with the CEO and executive team to launch something category-defining and build the system that helps Ketryx define the next frontier in validated AI for regulated industries.

Employment Status: Full-time
Office Hours: Monday - Friday; hybrid schedule

Compensation: $200,000-$250,000 + meaningful equity options

We're building the AI platform that lets medical-device and pharmaceutical teams release life-saving products in weeks instead of years. In two years, we serve 25 million patients, power three of the top five global MedTech companies, and serve a quarter of Fortune 500 MedTech — backed by Lightspeed and founded by the former Head of AI at Amgen and CTO of Wolfram Cloud. What starts in life sciences scales everywhere: automotive, aerospace, energy, any sector where safety is non-negotiable.
Be Ketryx's first in-house Legal Counsel (reporting to VP, Finance & Operations). You're building the legal engine that enables us to double our sales team and triple enterprise deal flow over 18 months, cut commercial contract cycle time by 40%+, establish legal operations from scratch, and ensure legal is never the bottleneck on deals that save lives.
You're a pragmatic, commercially-minded lawyer from a fast-growth B2B SaaS company who knows what "good enough" looks like at Series B. You've negotiated enterprise MSAs with Fortune 500 customers on their paper, move quickly on IP/liability/data terms, and default to "how do we get to yes" rather than risk aversion.
You have a proven track record building for scale: playbooks that scaled across sales teams, repositories that got used, processes that cut cycle times. You implement systems yourself, know when to dig in and when to move fast, and thrive in high-autonomy environments. Comfortable as the only lawyer, rolling up your sleeves, and explaining complex legal issues to your CEO in two sentences.
