As a Senior Product Designer at Ketryx, you will play a central role in shaping the future of our platform. As its sophistication and flexibility continue to grow, you’ll transform complexity into intuitive, delightful experiences that set a new benchmark for our industry.
We’re looking for someone with solid UX/UI design skills, a strong product mindset, and a holistic end-to-end perspective across the full customer experience. You will be working closely with an excellent team of designers, product people, client operation reps, front end devs and AI engineers across our offices. The role is based in Boston with 25% travel to our Vienna, Austria office.
We expect you to champion consistency across the entire end-to-end customer experience. For this reason, in addition to being a key contributor on the product design team, the role also has a dotted line to GTM.

As Head of Design at Ketryx, you'll lead a small, highly motivated team of UI/UX designers and own the design strategy for our platform. You'll set direction, ship high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes, and steer projects from concept to launch.
You'll work end-to-end on UI/UX — partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and executive leadership to ensure designs are intuitive, technically sound, and aligned with business goals. As a Solutions Engineer at Ketryx, you’ll be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for the technical portion of enterprise sales cycles. You will guide prospects through structured discovery, run rigorous technical evaluations, and deliver demos and Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements that show how Ketryx supports regulated software teams. A core part of the role is acting as a pre-sales solutions architect: taking real customer workflows and constraints and turning them into repeatable solutions focused on value.
You’ll do well in this role if you enjoy fast-paced environments, can balance multiple active evaluations, and are motivated by helping customers connect technical capabilities to business outcomes. This position is based in our Cambridge, MA office. You're building the legal engine that enables us to double our sales team and triple enterprise deal flow over 18 months, cut commercial contract cycle time by 40%+, establish legal operations from scratch, and ensure legal is never the bottleneck on deals that save lives.
You're a pragmatic, commercially-minded lawyer from a fast-growth B2B SaaS company who knows what "good enough" looks like at Series B. You've negotiated enterprise MSAs with Fortune 500 customers on their paper, move quickly on IP/liability/data terms, and default to "how do we get to yes" rather than risk aversion.
You have a proven track record building for scale: playbooks that scaled across sales teams, repositories that got used, processes that cut cycle times. You implement systems yourself, know when to dig in and when to move fast, and thrive in high-autonomy environments. Comfortable as the only lawyer, rolling up your sleeves, and explaining complex legal issues to your CEO in two sentences.
