Job Summary 

Codal is searching for a hands-on Engineering Lead to perform various architectural tasks and provide technical leadership. We're looking for a driven, enterprise-calibre Technical Content Writer to own the voice of Codal across digital and editorial channels. You will be a cornerstone of our content engine shaping how Codal communicates its expertise in complex, regulated industries to sophisticated enterprise buyers.

This is not a role for someone who relies on AI to write. We want a writer who thinks deeply, crafts precisely, and produces content that earns trust with technical and executive audiences alike. You'll work closely with our Global Head of Marketing and internal subject-matter experts to develop a content strategy grounded in genuine expertise and clear market positioning.

What you'll own

Website and digital content

• Write and own key industry pages and solutions pages across the Codal website
• Develop copy that clearly articulates Codal's point of difference in a competitive market

Thought leadership and editorial 

• Produce authoritative blog articles in collaboration with internal SMEs across engineering, design and strategy

Case studies

• Lead end-to-end case study production from stakeholder brief and client interview through to published asset
• Design and implement a scalable case study process to accelerate output and reduce time from project completion to publication
• Work cross-functionally with delivery, sales and design to source stories, gather approvals and get case studies out faster

Brand and positioning

• Communicate Codal's point of difference clearly and consistently across all content formats
• Maintain a consistent enterprise tone of voice across all channels and asset types
• Contribute to how the team plans and prioritises content, not just what gets executed

Data and performance

• Track and report on content performance across key channels: organic traffic, engagement, lead attribution and pipeline influence
• Use data to inform content decisions: identify what's working, what isn't, and where to focus effort
• Set measurable goals for content initiatives and report results in terms of business impact, not just pageviews
• Work with the marketing team to connect content activity to CRM data and pipeline outcomes in HubSpot and Salesforce

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of B2B or enterprise content writing experience, ideally in digital services, technology, agency or consultancy
• Proven background writing for regulated industries: healthcare, financial services, compliance, or similar
• A portfolio that demonstrates range: long-form editorial, web copy, case studies, press releases, thought leadership
• Exceptional command of the English language: grammar, structure and nuance, with a strong editorial instinct
• Experience interviewing SMEs and distilling complex technical ideas into compelling, accessible narratives
• Strong project management instincts: able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball

About the role

We are leveling up our content strategy capability, bringing content thinking earlier into the process so it shapes architecture, design, and delivery from day one rather than catching up to them.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Content Strategist to lead the content dimension of client engagements from discovery onwards. You will embed with project teams during the critical early phases, develop a deep understanding of how content works across our clients' organizations, and translate that into models, taxonomies, and governance that set the rest of the build up for success.

This is a practitioner role. You will run workshops, interview stakeholders, audit content estates, and ship concrete deliverables that project teams rely on.

What you will do:

• Interview stakeholders to map workflows, ownership, authoring experience, and governance
• Facilitate discovery workshops to align on requirements and bring structure to complex content landscapes
• Audit content estates for structure, reuse potential, and quality
• Design channel-agnostic content models (types, fields, relationships, taxonomies) and translate them into CMS implementation requirements
• Map migration paths from legacy systems to new platforms
• Document risks, dependencies, and key decisions
• Recommend governance models for sustainable content operations
• Stay engaged through build as the content-accountable reviewer: answering questions, QAing against the model, and adapting when reality pushes back

• Draft, negotiate, and structure commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and partnership agreements with enterprise and Fortune 500 clients
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and self-service resources that enable efficient deal flow
• Advise on data privacy and regulatory compliance, including HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 requirements
• Manage employment law matters across multiple jurisdictions, including handbooks, policies, and workplace investigations
• Oversee corporate governance, entity management, and international subsidiary compliance
• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks; advise leadership on risk exposure
• Support M&A activity, commercial real estate transactions, and other corporate matters as they arise

What you’ll need to be successful (Required Qualifications)

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar admission 
• 8 + years of legal experience, with significant in-house technology experience
• Strong commercial contracts expertise, particularly in software/ technology services
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects beyond traditional legal scope
• Excellent judgment, communication skills, and executive presence 
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment

Codal is searching for an Accountant to manage core accounting functions, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support strategic financial decisions across the organization. To ensure success, you should have extensive experience with full-cycle accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement. This role involves maintaining high quality and standards across all financial operations to support Codal's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
• General Ledger Management: Own the full-cycle accounting process, including journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Lead close processes, performing variance analysis, and resolving discrepancies to deliver clean, reliable financials.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Partner with leadership to develop budgets, financial plans, and ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Skills

Our marketing team is responsible for driving pipeline across these service lines, working closely with sales and our technology partners to generate and convert demand.

The role

We're looking for a hands-on campaign executor to drive pipeline growth across the US market.

This is an individual contributor role reporting into the Global Head of Marketing. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, contributing ideas and flagging what's working in the US market while taking GTM strategy and running with it in execution. Your job is to make sure campaigns land well, follow through to outcomes, and improve over time. You'll also act as the primary marketing point of contact for the partners tied to your campaigns.

This is neither a strategy role nor a coordination role. We need someone who can take a plan, execute it properly, and follow all the way through to outcomes.

What you'll own

Campaigns

• Execute campaigns end-to-end across email, paid, events, content and partner channels, based on our go-to-market strategy
• Own implementation across a portfolio of campaigns each quarter, with clear pipeline targets by service line
• Contribute ideas on positioning, offers and channel mix, and flag what's resonating or not in the US market
• Identify execution gaps and follow-up opportunities based on in-flight performance
• Lead retros after each campaign and roll learnings into the next one

Partners

• Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partners tied to your campaigns (e.g. Databricks, Sanity, AWS and others)
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners, coordinating assets, timelines and follow-up

Execution and quality

• Write campaign messaging, emails, landing pages and briefs to a high standard
• Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn and similar) where relevant
• Set up and QA campaigns correctly in HubSpot, including tagging, UTMs, naming conventions and list management
• Support event and field marketing activity: webinars, conferences and follow-up sequences
• Make sure campaigns don't stop at launch; follow-up and lead nurturing are part of the job

Reporting and optimisation

• Set measurable goals for each campaign (MQL, SQL, influenced pipeline)
• Monitor in-flight performance and make optimisations
• Report results confidently, connecting activity to pipeline and revenue rather than just engagement metrics
• Identify trends across campaigns and propose where to double down or stop

Collaboration and coaching

• Work closely with content, design, web and sales to get campaigns live to a high standard
• Informally coach the marketing coordinator and specialist on campaign planning, execution and process
• Contribute to how the team plans and prioritises campaigns, not just what gets executed

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in digital services, agency or consultancy
• Proven track record running campaigns end-to-end, not just supporting them
• Experience owning partner or co-marketing campaigns
• Strong with HubSpot (or equivalent MAP), not just sending emails but understanding how campaigns connect to CRM and pipeline
• Comfortable in Salesforce for pipeline visibility and campaign attribution
• Experience running paid campaigns (LinkedIn or similar)
• Strong copywriting across emails, landing pages and campaign messaging
• Commercial mindset: understands how marketing connects to revenue, not just MQLs
• Able to operate with minimal direction and take full ownership of work
• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-moving environment
